This was one of the best shopping experiences in a long long time! The company has a great showroom with many products and price ranges to choose from. The displays give you great ideas. Best of all is the sales staff, our sales person was Wanda and she couldn’t have been better. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and understands and meets your needs. Wanda made our bathroom renovation painless, she guided us well since she knows the business inside and out! We also did not have ‘sticker shock’, pricing is fair for their high quality line of products.

Wanda is awesome. She knows how to put things together...especially if you are not sure what you want. Her patience and creativity was priceless. Could not have done it without her. GPS has beautiful fixtures and accessories. Completed my bathroom renovation in one day with Wanda.

Wanda!!!! I was lost and overwhelmed with what to pick for my 2 gut renovated baths. I had the ideas of what I was going for but Wanda helped me tie it altogether. When she pulled something up for me, usually on the first shot I said yup, that’s what I want, maybe second. It was fast and efficient, she knows what’s up snd makes great suggestions. I’m going to be creating a very what looks to be fancy Roman inspired master bath, no interior designer needed, just me n Wanda! 😉

Nicely curated display selection of fixtures etc., youre not overwhelmed with tons of options, but if you want something else they can order it. Worked with Stacie who is knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out our bathroom fixtures and were very happy; will be back when we do our kitchen!

Showroom is not huge but it is such a good location for me. I would rather have the store close so I can go back and forth (which you will need to do if its a large project) easily. I worked with Wanda and shes awesome. Shes a great listener to your needs and has a lot of expertise in working within a budget. If I could I would give Wanda a 5 star rating personally.

I had many questions during the course of our renovation project, and Eli was extremely helpful. He spent hours helping me in the store, as well as over the phone in between. Eli went above and beyond to resolve any issues, and didnt stop until we were satisfied with the outcome. He continued to take my calls with questions even after all of our items were delivered. Julie at GPS spent hours and over 1 dozen emails helping me remedy a problem with a fixture cartridge that neither she nor her store sold me. Bought a vanity from the Bergenfield showroom. Wasnt cheap . Arrived damaged. Salesman told me someone dropped it. Problem is I didnt discover the damage until my plumber came over to install the unit and we took off the top of the box. Called and sent a picture asap. Their solutions were of no help as I had the contractor there ready to install this along with other work. They were unwilling to comp me for the damage. So in the end, I have a damaged unit I payed full price for, again not cheap. 1k + . For that $$, this thing should have been pristine. Very disappointing !

We had been thinking about renovating our bathroom and finally made a commitment to go through with it. We were encouraged by our contractor to visit GPS; as it turned out, we had actually purchased some items for an earlier kitchen project from them. We had very vague ideas about what we wanted the new bathroom to look like, however after our initial visit to the store, we had direction and focus. This is all due to the patience and insight of Eli Muniz. Eli helped to put this idea onto paper and ultimately into a real bathroom. His recommendations and suggestions came with experience and an eye for putting together a beautiful and functional space. He is knowledgeable about the products and takes great care to point out the many features of the products on display. Our materials have been delivered and we look forward to the remodeled bathroom.

STAY AWAY!!!! Recently purchased a shower set from this place and like many others found that one of the pieces was defective. The whole set was not cheap! Ideally if you buy something and it doesnt work then it should get replaced right? I called them right away to see if they can replace the cartridge that costs $40-$70 but the response I got is that it was installed wrong so in other words its pretty much my fault... Really? I just spent a lot of money and this is the response I get? I saw from previous reviews that if the manufacturer agrees the item needs to get replaced then it can take up to several weeks to arrive. During the sale I was told Moen has a lifetime warranty and value customer service. If thats true then why not replace the part and deal with the manufacturer yourself right? Customer service 101. Obviously we cant wait that long so now I have the task of finding a solution after spending a lot of money at GPS. If youre in the market to buy higher quality supplies please do yourself a favor and stay away from GPS! They dont value customer service and are willing to sacrifice it for a small part that can be bought in Home Depot or Lowes for cheap. Very disappointed! Zero stars but I have to click on one to post this. Not sure how this company stays in business. STAY AWAY!!!!

The staff were pleasant to work with, however, I often felt rushed into making decisions, and certain key parts of my order ended up taking months to arrive and I was not told this when I placed the order. I was left without a bathroom vanity and sink for over 2 months, when I easily could have ordered something else if I had been told of the timeline.
