I purchased my vehicles from Elite but was having them serviced in Hawthorne because ofthe convenience. When Hawthorne closed we decided to have them serviced by Elite andwere not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Problem is that I couldnt buy here because I live in NC but Ray was extremely understandable, courteous and helpful nonetheless. I went in on a Thursday with my wife to turn in our 2013 Rouge, our lease had a few months left. We wanted to get the new 2016 Rouge and was lucky to have been paired up with Benny Rodriguez. He listened and took good care of us. He showed us different options in cars and quotes for a lease. We walked out happy and ready for our new 2016 Rouge for pick up on Friday. Came back Friday, the car was clean and ready to go. Finished with some paperwork, finance and Benny Rodriguez card. Benny has often called to find out how we are enjoying the car and to call if we have any issue. He really cares and takes care of you. He is not your average car salesman. He goes above and beyond and takes good care of you and your experience. I would recommend friends and family interested in buying or leasing a new car to head to Nissan of Bergenfield and ask for Benny Rodriguez!

I leased my Rogue from Elite Nissan 3 years ago. My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car. I called for over a month to set up a time to bring in the check and continually was disconnected by the receptionist. I managed to somehow leave a few voicemails for the sales department and my calls were never returned. I finally drove over to the dealership because I was tired of being ignored. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm and was told that the manager leaves at 3, so I was out of luck. When asked when hell be in, I was told sometime in the morning. The next morning I called several times to make sure someone was there before I wasted more time driving over for no reason. Once again I was could not speak to someone because I was either disconnected, no one picked up the phone or I was connectecd to a full mailbox. Dont waste your time with these people. The customer service is terrible and they clearly dont care about their customers. Go to Ramsey Nissan. They arent too far away, answer their phones and are actually helpful.

Mike was very pleasant and did his job, went back and forth to the finance manager and came up with the number $300 per month but we needed to return the next day to evaluate the trade in value. We made it clear not to worry about the payoff amount and gave us a unbiased value so we withheld that information. They came back with $5500 trade, a positive equity of about $1500. I specifically asked “Will you still do the same deal as last night. The salesman himself repeated the deal word for word and I said great $300 monthly sign and drive. He sounded positive and said he needed to speak with his manager. Calls me back with the dumbest explanation of they need the payoff amount to give know if they’ll do the deal and went in circles. He basically wanted to say , hey your car has a positive equity and we’ll use it to get the $300, not to reduce the $300 we already agreed on. He tried to explain it again and Sugar coat it but all said and done , once a positive equity was uncovered, he said it’ll be hard to get $300 on a 30K car. It was possible less than 24 hours ago but now that you discovered a positive equity, everything changed.With all respect due, I calmly said I’ll call you back. I’ll never beg anyone to sell me a car. I understand everyone wants to make an extra profit and won’t straight up say it.I went to anothe dealership, 22 miles away and walked away with a banging deal of $286 sign and drive and trade value of $5000, bringing me down to $245 sign and drive . I was delighted! & happy I’m patient, have no excitement and kept my calm while shopping around.

Leased a 2013 3.5 AltimaMario was our salesman who was very helpful and informative. He got us the best deal and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also like the small dealership feel. The staff was very personable and friendly. They explained all about the future service on the vehicle and about how easy it will be to get service with loaner cars and shuttle service, not to mention the two free first services. It was very stress free completing the deal.

I dont know why all the negative words BUTAlex from Internet sales was one and only person Ive dealt with that knew his stuff. Not only did he help me get the exact car I wanted,but he made the process fun and easy. Saved me more money then any other dealer in a 15 mile radius. My experience with the salesman and management was the best experience I have ever had. I have been dealing with these people for at least 12 years. There was not one time that I can say that experience with Ben and Ray has been bad. They are the best. Dont be swayed by the ridiculous review of any one person that has given them anything under 3 stars. Its not true. These are phony reviews from a person has never been here. Benny in sales was great, Alfredo Menses in MANAGEMENT NOT SO MUCH!The Finance manager Alfredo Menses was beyond rude and very unprofessional to myself at the dealership as well as my mother on the phone, I would not let that take away from the great service I received from Benny!But they can certainly use a different finance manager with some manners and customer service training! Had I known he would be the person closing the deal and I would have to deal with his lack of personality, respect, empathy and customer service skills I would have gone else where.Until they get all around good staff I wouldnt recommend this place, but if you do go, go to Benny!

Car needed oil and tire maintenance, was told an hour and half, actually took 2 plus hours!!! Then was told i didnt need tire maintenance they were fine. When i got in my car tire pressure is suppose to be 33 and three tires at 32 and one at 27. That was the manager who took car of me. How do you have creamer and sugar for coffe and no coffee. This place is horrible, I really dont write reviews but they made me today.

Leased 2018 murano, they sold me a coverage for maintenance and easy care. After a week I tried removing the coverage, the guy from the bank told me to fill out some paperwork and after 1 year or trying to remove the coverage but they didn’t. I’ve been paying for a coverage for over a year for no reason. They are liers I’ll never get a vehicle there again and I don’t recommend it to anybody not even to my worst enemy.!!!

I have never felt more welcome and personally cared for as I do when I go to Elite Service. However, I wonder about how they measure tire wear. When I went last October, the inspection report indicated yellow 5/32 tread depth. When I went back in December the service manager didnt understand where that reading came from, as the new readings were green 6/32 in front and 7/32 in rear. When I went this time in April 2016, all tires are now green 7/32. I appreciate that 1/32 of an inch is a small amount, but there should be some uniform way of measuring this for safety.Also, I needed the button replaced on the seal belt that holds the buckle up. The technician first installed it with the buckle below it! Had to re-do it. That, along with a recall repair and what I overheard as I was leaving but not told prior, made a predicted one hour wait time last 2 hours 15 minutes. Normally I take advantage of the free ride back to my place of work and pickup when done, but I waited as I was originally told it would be about an hour.I think these are anomalies, as I am otherwise more than satisfied. I just hope they are not indicative of a change of direction.Also, I should note that someone from Nissan had called the month before to set up a service appointment. We finally negotiated the date, but there was never a call back afterwards, and when I called the morning of the supposedly scheduled service, I was not on the list. I appreciate the accommodation the service manager made to come in later that same day.

Every time I have had to get a new car, the experience has been less than pleasant. I always feel like I am getting ripped off. In this case I not only felt like I got a good deal, I also felt like the guys went above and beyond for me. One example was, I had to get a new car this time because someone totaled my old car (also purchased here). My insurance company gave me a rental. Someone scratched the rental the day I got it and my sales guy had the service department buff out the scratch for me. They have earned my business for sure!

This was my second time visiting this service center, and I was very happy with the service both times.The first time they made me aware of areas that needed attention, and I had some parts replaced. This was an oil change visit, but Im glad they performed a multi-point maintenance check on my car, as I dont drive as much and I see them every 5 months. A lot can go wrong in 5 months...The second visit again was for an oil change, but this time everything was on point, so no additional service required! Im glad that I have access to professionals who are honest about the status of my car, and wont try to sell me services I dont need.Thank you!

Went in expecting the price listed on the internet. Got that price. Then the finance man came in to give me some examples of monthly payments, they seemed a bit high against my estimates. Turns out they tack on over $700 in Prep fees. I had them break it down for me and they were trying to charge $430 for the oil change. No thank you , goodbye.One positive- Our salesman Mario was really nice and very fun to chat with.

Im a former sales person and I can truly say that this place is beyond unprofessional... I personally got compliments on my service but this chain is horrid. It took me a month and a half to get my commission check and also very nasty attitude from the owners wife. The management lies to their customers about prices of cars so if the online price says 9k itll be bumped up to 13k (after taxes) and I felt so bad after telling the customer the actual price. Run as fast as you can from this dealership. And also, I was NEVER trained how to do sales and online sales correctly. Oh and Alex? BDC guy? Complete liar and has zero clue what hes talking about. If you want great , PROFESSIONAL service go visit all American ford.... Great staff, management and service.

I would also give Elite 0 stars if possible. There service department is extremely unprofessional.Second time this year my trunk on my 2017 Murano does not open. The only times I was offered were times that did not work with my work schedule. They do not offer loaner cars.When I said I work during those times. The rude receptionist, said I was not giving her enough..The manager was not helpful either. Said I have to make appointments through the receptionist who wasn’t offering me a time that works.I’ll never go back. There is always an issue. I have been leasing with them since 2009! They lost my business. Called another dealer. They accommodate me and offered me a loaner car.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible, my girlfriend recently bought a car from these lairs. We told them that outside of the car payments & insurance we couldnt afford to pay for the license and registration. Satan, oops! I meant to say the salesman told us not to worry about anything, all the payments would be built into the financing. What a surprise we got when the plates came and we were told we owed $1000! Lairs and thieves all of them...this is the reason why people hate car salesmen! There a step-up from pond scum! Now we are stuck with a car we cant drive, and theyve already taken our trade-in so we have NO CAR to drive! DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND LOOK FOR A CAR ELSEWHERE! Unless being lied to and ripped off is something you like to have happen to you! Fortunately my lawyer is VERY good at what he does so well see what they have to say when they find themselves in court!

Robert Weber is a great Sales Person to work with at the Bergenfield Nissan dealership. My Dad and I have been shopping around for a new Rouge. When we arrived at Bergenfield Nissan dealership we were greeted by Robert. He is one of the best sales guys we have ever dealt with at a dealership. Any questions I had about the vehicle and what I wanted, he knew all the answers.. He made us feel very comfortable in the vehicle we were choosing. We also dealt with Scott the sales manager, very helpful explained all the details and helped us make the best decision in terms of price on the vehicle we were choosing. To start - they roped me into driving there from queens because they claimed that they had the exact car in the exact color I wanted and that the car would be at a specific price. I confirmed with the guy 3 times over the phone to get assurance that this was the case. My father and I sold my old car that very day and drove over there. Once we go there suddenly the price was 3500 dollars more. I sat there fighting with them and eventually after agreeing to finance (we were going to buy it outright originally) it and pay it off after three months, I got the price I was promised. Then lo and behold... the color that I was told was there... well nope... not there. So after contacting several other dealers who could not match the price, i begrudgingly took the other color I did not want (I had no car and needed one to drive)... but wait there is more. The lot where it was housed was locked and the guy who had the key went home!!! So after promising to drive it to me the next day we got the car. SO - then after it was driven to me the next day.... IT HAD DAMAGE ON IT! I was livid. The guy over the phone promised to pay me for my tolls and gas, grant me a loaner, get it fixed, and swore that I would get a three year free oil change package. Again I agreed. All worked out. Picked up the fixed car and asked for the three year oil change paperwork. The manager told me it doesnt work that way, that it is applied to my VIN number. Fast forward to recently, went to get the oil change and nothing was set or registered. I contacted elite nissan, the manager was let go, they told me I should have had paperwork for the special arrangement. He stated he could see what he could do but that likely I would get nothing. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I am contacting Nissan corporate about this but word to the wise, if you are going to go here for a car be ready for shady acts and demand EVERYTHING in writing. Also - do not be fooled by the other posts. Before I left their place they begged me for a good review. People are being solicited for their reviews.

Please DO NOT shop at Elite Nissan. The sales consultant Dennis Thompson was so unhelpful I was begging him to buy the car. On the test drive he asked such silly questions, why do you need this car (huh), I dont think this is for you....and kept going. Although he tried to talk me out of buying the car, I still wanted the car. When he started the paperwork the price jumped nearly $2k from the asking price and just kept rising. I had zero room to negotiable. I was still willing to proceed but suddenly my 790+ credit score wasnt sufficient. Annoyed at this point I left the dealership, Dennis and the manager promised to call me close the deal. No one called me. I returned several calls. On the evening of the following days I called yet again. Dennis got on the phone and happily told me, I sold it to someone else but keep searching our website for other deals. He just didnt want to sell the car to me. Racist.

I brought a new car here on Thursday with Benny . I was at work so he helped me through most of the process over the phone calling me each step of the way . We had a few bumps with the bank and I couldn’t get the first car that I wanted . With a little patience and the help of Benny and Walfredo I still walked out with a 2017 with ONLY 35 miles on it ! Their customer service was amazing . I wouldn’t buy a car from anywhere else . They even paid off my old run down kia spectra! They are amazing and I am a forever customer now . Very poor dealership! Have been waiting on a part for my car and we are now going on day 11, no part and no car...Second time in for service on same issue. I am sure Nissan wants to get paid in a timely fashion though!~ No tracking, no information and no idea when the part will arrive. Every day a new route for the part to get here - I have heard New York to New Jersey to Kentucky, Tennessee so forth and so on! Dont be exasperated, shop elsewhere and service elsewhere. Its a shame because the service manager is so nice and has a great personality - just terrible dealer practices!Already called Nissan Financial, Nissan Customer Care and still NOTHING from the service manager. Guess they make their own parts!

Took in my Murano for service on Sat 8/10. Received it back and while on my way home, the back left tire wheel well came loose after a cop alerted us. Called service department back and they were closed. Took it in next Mon and was told, the issue cannot be fixed till Tues. I was told it probably happened when the tires were rotated. This team they have is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have had so many quirks with my car and even the silliest one they always check out to put my mind at ease. They always have a loaner ready and when there was a time when one wasnt available (because I was bringing it in for something under warranty & warranty issues dont cover loaner cars in ANY dealership) theyve run out to tell me which buses run by them & what the bus stop number is. NJ transit websites dont help much :). And they always follow up with you.Weve been a family of Nissan owners from back in the days when it was Datsun. They are by far one of the better service departments. Theres a Nissan dealership in my town & I know my warranty will be covered there but I go to these guys instead because theyve been so great. I wish I knew everyones name but the people that Ive had contact with so far are Joelle, Mike, Mike, Lita & Karina (I hope Im spelling the last 2 names correctly).

Ive historically hated going to get my car serviced, always felt like no matter how new or old my car was, it was going to need at least $500 worth of service whether it was necessary or not and without explanation. Well, I got a coupon in the mail for Elite Nissan and decided to give them a try. I went in skeptical and even a little sarcastic, but to my surprise when they completed the inspection, they shared that all I needed was my rear brake pads changed, rotors cut and filters replaced. Keep in mind I went to the other Nissan location which I wont name and they were at $570! Elite Nissan was running a special and when I combined that with my coupons (all of which they honored), I walked out paying less than $300 and with a smile on my face. The service was GREAT, the receptionist was KIND and I found them all to be HONEST, something I thought I would never say about a dealership service department. Thanks Elite Nissan, you will definitely get my business again and even if it costs a little more!!!

READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ABOUT ELITE NISSAN IN BERGENFIELD BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK GOING THERE, I WISH I DID.From the sales managers to the general manager, they lie to your face with great pleasure and no shame. We found a car on their website and called them to understand if it is available. They said it is available and the price is the indicated price on the website. I asked about the fees involved and the manager on the phone (ALEX) said they only charge documentation fee. I probed if they charge any other fee such as preparation fee or else, they said clearly they only charge documentation fee, registration/dmv and tax and thats it. We went there and were first told the price of the car is actually $1800 more.. then they said there are actually much more fees that total up to 800 on top of what we were communicated. It was very frustrating but we asked if they can help us with the price. We then negotiated the price to a certain number, shook hands and then they decided to change the price back to the original without showing any reason. Another manager came and we asked why they are changing the price and the answer was: because I say so.. really.We wanted to talk the general manager, who proved to be even more careless and seriously challenged in terms of ethical conduct. I finally gave up about the car and said we would like to provide the feedback in terms of what we went through, with the hope that this can guide them for the other customers. The answer was shocking, he told us: I dont ask you how you are running your home, I dont think you should tell me how I run mine. Nevertheless, I said, you shouldnt deceive people by not indicating the fees correctly, we spent two hours. He replied: Every dealership does that, they dont tell you the fees upfront to get you in and then reveal the details. These are the words of the General manager of an official Nissan Dealership.My pregnant wife was crying because of the unfair treatment and the lies we had to go through. Such a shame for the Nissan brand and such a shame for the people who work there. I would never recommend anyone to go there. RUN to another dealer if you can.. READ THE REVIEWS IN GOOGLE.

The receptionist was rude and the manager behind the desk didnt do anything about it. It didnt appear that they were interested in really being customer-oriented. I was disappointed that what should have been an hour hour-and-a-half visit took 3 hours. The work was completed and it appears that the factory rebate was done correctly. However, time will tell.

Pushy and sneaky. All I wanted to do was return my leased car to them. I understand the residual is too much for me right now. And apparently Nissan is a luxury.. So i just want to get rid of the car.. been calling several times and telling me the sales associate I met before is busy. They finally told me to come by. Finally got there and they told me they cant take my car since the lot is full. You know, they could have told me their lot is full over the phone instead of me driving over there and wasting my time!I dont understand why you couldnt have redirected me to someone else who was available to help me instead of making me wait and having to drive over there... Run away as far as you can (as fast as you can) from this dealer. Its a dealership that makes you think you walked into a bad movie set, with the sleezy dealers that will make you promises that they cant keep.When I went in, I specifically said that I am still in the process of trying to decide what car I wanted and that I just wanted to test drive a car. They spent the next hour trying to educate me on how to buy a car and making a bunch of promises so I would sign the papers that day. (Even though I specifically said multiple times that I would NOT sign anything that day) Then the test drive was less than 5 minutes, I have no idea how the car handles, but apparently I LOVE the car (according to the sales people).I really like Nissans, but as a matter of principle I would not buy one from this dealer.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Would give this place negative stars if I could. Ripped off my son who is in college. He went in for a basic oil change and walked out with a bill over $300 for services they led him to believe he needed. Management hides because they know they are shady and dishonest. My father a master technician for over 35 years was shocked at the bogus charges after he reviewed the bill and looked at the car. Stay away from this place the negative reviews are about a mile long! We have already notified Nissan Corporate to let them know who they have representing and tarnishing their brand.

I would never recommend buying any car from this dealership. Had a similar incident as another review on this page. Had a negotiated contract stating the unit price of the car. Came back the next day to finalize the finance papers, the dealer backed up from the negotiated price. This dealer refused to honor the negotiated price on the SIGNED CONTRACT and actually tried to sell us the car for more than the listed price online. Each person we talked to claimed to be the highest level manager of the dealership. These guys are frauds.

Every aspect of the transaction was like pulling teeth.First, they lied about requiring financing to do a deal, then lied about being new to TrueCar and now its 32 days since I gave them a check and my license plates have still yet to arrive (despite the fact that they gladly charged my credit card for $14 to FedEx the plates).Nissan is doing tremendous damage to their brand by being associated with these people. They should pull their dealership from them ASAP.Ive contact TrueCar as well to have them removed from the list of Certified Dealers.Run, do not walk, RUN away from this dealership.

Dont ever come to this dealership !We came over here and was greeted by a very nice / friendly receptionist.Put down a deposit, but we end up changing our mind because we found a better mechanic to fix the car issue. This is when everything goes down hill.We stopped by 3 times to talk to BENNY because he NEVER return a phone call, unless if you want to buy a car. He stated that it was the head office that was holding the payment, then they need time to process a check, then the main office was not providing him a refund code to revert the transaction.Its a whole bunch of BS. I gave my Nissan Altima for diagnostic service on Monday 04/10, I met Mike and was told it will cost me $125 for diagnostic services, I ensured I informed Mike that if there are any extra charges for the service/parts I will be informed before proceeding further. He acknowledged, But to my surprise when taking the delivery of the car I was asked to pay $267. Upon enquiring Im told that the diagnostic took longer and hence extra charge. My question iswhy wasnt I informed of this earlier? I would not have opted had I been informed, when I refused to pay I was rudely told my car will not be returned if I dont pay up. I use this car for my daily commute to work hence I was forced to make the complete payment of $267 and take my car. Elite Nissan of Bergenfield certainly lives up to its name although it does treat its customers in an elite manner. I made an appointment and the Sales Rep was ready and waiting for me. How nice to be greeted with a smile and a handshake by Benny Rodriguez and it was genuine. We looked at my car and fro there he was able to suggest a car to my liking. We looked at the car inside and outside, that I did lease later and also some others, however it was my first choice. From there we worked with figures and he spoke to Zuheir Bader for me and between the three of us we were able to seamlessly go over the numbers in a workable fashion. This had to be one of the best experiences I had with numbers in years of leasing cars thru the same dealership. It was pleasance, courteous yet businesslike all the way. Even the paperwork was seamless. I would be neglectful if I did not mention Mario Guzman who went over all of the computerized features of the car and also connected the car to the satellite program and my phone. How nice to have that in place immediately!!! From that point Benny and Alfredo Crieses (spelling?) who went over all the information I needed for the lease. Alfredo finished the formal paperwork with me. While were doing that Benny contacted my insurance company and got the car insured and printed out the insurance card. He then went over my payment plan again with me and answered questions I had. rom that point on Benny took over as there was a problem with the States computers and we were held up with the temporary plates. No dismay coffee was given to me and I waited in the waiting area that was clean, neat and with magazines to read. The experience was such a pleasant one I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and also return again and again. Thank you gentlemen.

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid Elite Nissan service department! To sum it up, they have no problem with lying to you, REPEATEDLY. We used this place for general maintenance up until a year ago when their blatant lying began, so we started using a local shop for the same services. The Friday of Memorial Day weekend, however, the transmission suddenly stopped working and the car had to be towed. Knowing the car was too new for this sort of thing to happen with only 70,000 miles and less than 5 years of use, and knowing this was the closest dealer service center to my house, I brought it to Elite service center hoping we could get Nissan corporate to repair it for us since, I found out after research, their CVT transmissions are garbage and there are several law suits against Nissan because of them failing so early.When I dropped off the car I spoke directly to the service center manager and asked him how long the repair would take. He said the whole transmission would need replacement and they would need to order one. Since it was a holiday weekend, they wouldn’t get the part until Tuesday or Wednesday, and then it would be a day’s worth of labor, so the soonest he said would be Wednesday, the latest, Thursday. I explained that we need 2 cars for my family and asked if they have loaner cars and was told they don’t do loaners, only rental cars… I could rent one from them. That option didn’t seem worth it since we would be okay with one car over the holiday weekend and only be 2 or 3 day inconvenienced once the holiday weekend was over. I thought my wife and I could probably work something out to get around the issue, so I went home to contact Nissan corporate directly to see what I could work out with them about covering the transmission replacement.Wednesday I called Elite to ask about the progress on my car and was told, “they’re working on it.” When I asked when it would be done the response was, “by the end of the week.” When I called Thursday afternoon to find out if the car was done, the service manager was put on the line and told me they had JUST ORDERED THE TRANSMISSION but it would be there in the morning and they would get right on it. Frustrated, I reminded him that I needed the car ASAP because we had been struggling to get by on one car and we really needed the car. He said not to worry, but I was worried because of the LYING I had dealt with in the past with this place that was obviously STILL PAR FOR THE COURSE with Elite Nissan.Friday early afternoon I called to check on the progress of the car and was told the transmission wouldn’t arrive until TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY! I demanded they provide a loaner and was told they don’t supply loaners but I could rent a car from them. Pay for a rental when the delay was THEIR fault?! What?!! I demanded a loaner because THEY had delayed the progress of the repair by waiting A WEEK to order the transmission. The manager lashed back and said, “I don’t have to supply you with anything!”Wednesday I called Elite again to find out about the progress and was put on hold. Finally the girl on the phone said the transmission had arrived that morning and they would begin working on it. Since it was only 9 AM, I asked if it would be done by the end of the day. I was put on hold again to be told probably not! I waited ANOTHER day.Why does this manager CONSTANTLY lie and misrepresent the truth? Why can’t they give straight answers, even when a reasonable and patient customer explains their needs and inconveniences? Why can’t they maintain/restore good faith with customers by doing what they can to help out and alleviate the stress and inconvenience, especially since they had wronged me once before? It’s because management in Elite Nissan has NO MORALS or concern for their customers. It’s no wonder why they have a FAIL rating with the Better Business Bureau and low ratings on other sites that they can’t interfere with or pay off. Please do yourself the huge favor and learn from my mistake in using this place. Take your car somewhere else.

I am submitting official complaints against Elite Nissan of Bergenfield, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, and Nissan. I was allowed to drive off the lot with a new pathfinder lease, when the dealer had no intention of settling my old lease obligations. He accepted my old Q50 lease as a lease return and promised to pay off my lease. Instead , only part of the lease was paid off, leaving me with a ~$1400 debt to NMAC. I was not aware that Infiniti would send my remaining balance off to Active Recovery, and this was almost instrumental in preventing me from acquiring funding to buy my family a house.I have reached out to all parties involved. Alfredo and Anthony, the managers at the dealership keep yessing me to death saying it will be paid off - its been almost a year now and Active Recovery has been hounding me all this time, harming my credit score.NMAC has promised to research the situation to no avail.I want this deal unwound as this is not what I signed up for. I got a horrible price for this - Im paying almost $500 a month, after putting $3000 down , and after all that I still owe $1400 on my OLD Infinity lease.I did not sign up for this. I want OUT of this deal , since I now need to pay off the rest of the leftover balance with Active Recovery.The dealership in question, Elite Nissan of Bergenfield, is playing an old game based on my old cars negative trade in value. They promised me verbally that the old lease would be handled. They arent supposed to let me off the lot in a new lease, without satisfying my old lease. But they did just that.Good day

Wish I read the reviews beforehand and Wish I could Give 0 stars. Called beforehand, spoke to Teyia and Alex. Told them how I would be paying for the car and I was coming from 2 hours away. Then waited 2 hours at the dealership after making an appointment. Right before I was about to pay for the car, the manager comes over and says that the price I saw online was a financing price and if i was paying cash it would be $3,000 more than the advertised price. they wanted $18,000 for car that was listed for $13,000 because I was paying in full in cash instead of financing with them. They tried to make me pay out of pocket for parts that were covered under warranty! So I took the car out of there and tried my luck with Elite Nissan, and they did not disappoint. Mike took over my case and made sure it was resolved in a timely manner. He called and gave me updates on the status of my car so I always felt in the loop.
