I called and was set up on line. I then went and checked in with my license. Linda was wonderful, thorough with check out. She explained everything, and I was all set. Thank you.

If I could leave no stars I would. Bid on a unit on this website. Won it! Just to drive 3 hours (YES I SAID 3 HOURS) and be told that they messed up the lockers and gave ours away! Bought many units all around and this is the only place that did wrong. More people should be honest enough to say that was not their locker they won as well. -10/10 would NOT recommend.

Just called there to rent AT LEAST 2 of the biggest storage units they have. Not only was this woman very rude & kept talking over me, but hung up on me the second I told her I thought her price was a little bit more than i really wanted to go! Even though in my next breath i planned to reserve 2 of them! Learn some respect! !

I am moving from Owensboro to the area and needed a storage unit to assist with the move. I didn’t have to be present to purchase and the manager is so long and easy to work with.

I was a customer for around 5 minutes. I called and asked about the promotion of $1 for the first month on select units. Being the middle of the month, it showed a prorated amount online when I went to make payment. I called and was told that the following month would be $1, and the current month would be prorated so I went through with the transaction. Immediately after, it showed the full cost for for the following month, so I called back to see what the problem was. Seems that since I reserved the unit on the 15th instead of the 16th, I only received the 2 weeks free. Customer service argues that I was told that it would work that way, which is ridiculous. I would have waited the ONE DAY if that was the case. I requested a refund and was told that I would receive a call back later that day. On that call, the call disconnected. This happened on the next 3 calls as well. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge, which prompted the company to call back. Overall, not a great experience for me.

Staff was very friendly and service was always prompt. The unit was clean and made me feel comfortable storing my belongings. Very secure place to store your possessions long term.

Lst time to rent unit

Beware, these folks are scam artists. I spoke to a telephone representative to inquire about renting a unit in Berea, KY and was quoted a price of $152. However, after providing my payment information, they informed me there would also be an additional charge of $12 month for insurance as well as a $25 administrative fee. I told the telephone rep that I would not be renting from them but later in the week received an email requesting payment and after looking at my credit card statement found out they had charged me for a rental I never agreed to, sign a lease for, nor took possession of. I called SROA to discuss this with no help provided so I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Again, beware.

They have raised our rental cost twice in 15 months. It went from 131.00 to 166.00. Considering all thats going on with the virus and its not a climate controlled unit, then it becomes a questionable time to raise the rent. Tried calling the company headquarters and got voice mail. Left a message and two days later no reply.

24 hr Would Be Better But Other Than That 👍

We dropped off our Uhaul here and found the staff to be very friendly. These guys do have air conditioned storage units available which is unusual.
