We used Joyce Factory Direct to replace all our windows (12) and our French Doors and Bow Window. We love them! Its amazing how much more light we have in our house by upgrading our windows that were original to the house (built in the 70s). We had French Doors going into our backyard and replaced with a sliding door. Much more functional and practical for the space.We were sold on a complete upgrade to our Bow Window. We replaced the entire unit including the casing and frame. It was worth every penny. It is beautiful.We are excited to see the energy savings over the course of the summer and next winter.Our installers were Mark & Adam and they were great. They showed up on time every day and got right to work. The job was scheduled to take 4 days and they completed in 2.5. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable.We absolutely recommend Joyce and will use again in the future!

Bathroom finished product looks great, cant lie. They sent 1 man to complete a 2-3 day job. It ended up taking 5 days, it wouldve been 6 days but the installer asked to stay late on day 5 to get it done. I thought that was nice of him, he stayed until after midnight working to finish. The installer, Greg, was a great guy, very knowledgeable. There were some hiccups at the end, a leak that he took care of very timely. Behind the sink looks kinda bad due to a vanity misunderstanding, but we agreed that Ill fix it later. Shouldnt have to, but whatever. The company wanted to charge me extra if they were to come back and fix the wall behind the sink. At the end the company tried to charge the full amount of the work to my debit card, thank god it declined because it wouldve cleaned out that account. They were not supposed to charge my card anyhow, you know, cause they set up the financing before we even started 🙄.In the end I would probably not recommend them due to how long it took versus what the consultant told me at the start, he really led with a 2 day project, missed the goal on that one. An assumption was made without confirmation with me which resulted in the wall behind the sink looking a mess. They wanted to charge extra to fix it, and they tried to charge the project to my card. On the plus side, I purchased a defective toilet which Greg really helped me with. They need to get that man some help, he was literally the saving factor with his knowledge and customer service.

We had a bad experience with the first salesman. We called the company to send someone else. Bryon Milter was very professional and his demonstration was very helpful. Yesterday Chris Dinga and Brian Lee finished installing our windows. They did an awesome job. Both very kind and respectful. Ready to face any challenges this winter will bring.

I had 24 windows and a slider replaced with triple glazed, low-e glass. I had used them over 11 years ago to replace over twenty windows in my century home rental and was so impressed with the work I immediately considered them. I chose the triple glazing due to being close to two interstates and barking dogs in the neighborhood. Very effective for almost eliminating the traffic noise. The barking dogs is reduce too. My crew consisted of Mark and Adam. These two are excellent at what they do. Very considerate of my property and did a great job protecting and cleaning up. They worked through very cold weather, wind, and rain. I have to hand it to them for not complaining and still doing great work.

Our entire experience with JFD has been a great one. We are repeat customers. The purchasing experience was nice, sales rep was kind and informative, and not pushy like most salesman are. When it came time for installation, Mark and Adam were on time, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and all around great people. Any questions Ive had about current or potential future work they have been more than helpful in providing insight and information. We had a shower/tub remodel completed with Joyce. Al was our installer. He was amazing, his workmanship was excellent, his customer service skills unparalleled. I really like this company. The two gentleman(Mark & Adam) who installed our windows were professional and courteous. I originally scheduled a vacation day to stay at home and deal with the installation, but after a few hours saw that they had everything under control, were organized, detailed and professional. I went back to work to save my vacation day for a warm summer day! The windows were all custom built so I feel confident that they were built to the correct size and to my knowledge there were no issues with any of the installed windows. Joyce Factory will be at the top of my list for my next project.

The installers were very good except that they left hand & finger prints on the new windows for which I have had to hire someone to wash the windows since I am at an age where I can no longer do this myself.I was also only give one screen for each set of windows that have 2 windows which open. I understand that additional screens are to be made & delivered.

Brought my sliding glass door screen to them to be fixed after calling them a few times. This was a process. No one knew anything on phone. When it was done they gave me some one elses screen which if course wouldnt fit my door. Had to bring it back to them which was quite inconvenient for me. Luckily I have a truck and they found mine the next day. I just heard OH IM SORRY I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I commented that they should be marking them with masking tape with customers name so this doesnt happen anymore. Other than this I like this company. Unfortunately they dont have heavy duty screening if you have pets. I do have some other projects though to do in house. Workers are very good. Would use them but other office people need to get it together.

Weather and Covid definitely delayed the project on a few occasions, but now that it is complete, I couldnt be happier with the end result. Dave, Aaron, and Kenny were extremely hard working and did beautiful work.

Bath Planet;Trevor and Phil, the installers were wonderful! Professional, clean, and courteous. They were awesome! However, the salesman made promises that were not put into the work order. Then added costs at the time of installation. Very,very disappointed and would not recommend unless they put every nut and bolt in the sales agreement or you want to spend more than quoted. He made used car salesmen appear to be honest at all times.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. Back in February, we started the process of putting on a home addition (sunroom). The sales person came out to our home, talked with us, and even had us come to the showroom for more discussion. That culminated in us signing a contract, putting 10% down, and then receiving approval for the appropriate financing. We were told by the sales person that obtaining a permit in Cleveland can take time, so he was anticipating best case scenario that work would start by June, worst case by September. In the time since then, we sold our patio furniture (since the deck was being replaced by the sunroom) and also made significant purchases for our new addition. We signed a contract, right? So why wouldnt we think this would be able to be completed?On March 22, I received an email from the project manager introducing himself and noting that I can reach out at any time. He said he would be forwarding plans for our review in the near future. We never received these.Fast forward to June. I asked the project manager if he had any updates. He said he would be coming out with another engineer to take a look at the property. I indicated that it was unlikely Id be able to meet with them when they came since I would be working, but to call me or let me know of any updates after they looked at the property. I was not sure why they had waited this long to come out, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. He never called me. I sent an email a little over a week later and asked how things were going and also to check on the status of the permit. No response.Fast forward to July. One of the head sales guys (not our original sales guy) calls me to tell me they cant do the project. He starts telling me how it has something to do with our house being double-bricked, but then talks about how hard it is to get a permit in the City of Cleveland. Really?!?! They knew we lived in Cleveland when they had us sign a contract. We were under the impression that for the last 4 months they had been trying to obtain the permit, but no, they had apparently been doing nothing. Why hadnt they made this realization sooner? We had further discussions with the original sales person who, for some reason, made a comment about how they could do 3-4 jobs in the time it would take them to do our job. So in the end, we realized this was about money. They did not want to do our job because it would take up too much of their time when they could be doing other jobs. They then decided to bail. I am sure if we had decided to bail after we put the 10% down, then we would not have gotten anything back.I will never do business with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them. The meetings before installation went well and the sales representative was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. All measurements were taken twice by two different representatives to be thorough. We were probably most impressed with the installation crew though. They were so friendly and respectful. It can be stressful and awkward to have strangers in your home (and our installation was a major project that took three full days) but these men were just wonderful. My son was even home sick during the installation process and they were so kind and patient with him. One of the crewmen even talked my son through the installation process of his own bedroom window and made him feel like he contributed. We will use this company in the future and recommend you do too.

Our sales rep, Rick G. was great at helping keep the charm of the house, even though we were putting in modern windows. That was very important to us. The crew that installed our windows were punctual, professional, kind, and FAST. They addressed any little issues immediately and everything came out beautiful. We are now planing to use them for our siding.

Once I spoke with the sales team at Joyce and looked at their products, I knew this was the company I was going to do business with. The install crew Mark and Adam were on time, courteous and knew what they were doing. The outside temperature was near the single digits and had to be miserable to work in. They did a great job cleaning up and answered any questions I had about the new windows. I’m happy to shop local and will not hesitate to contact them again!

Bathroom remodeling, this company is horrible. My bathroom was done by someone they just put on the job . He had no paperwork or anything, well me and my husband was like this cant be 9,000 dollars worth of work. Months later they sent someone to come look at it, it wasnt done correctly so he fixed it and now the tub is separating . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...

I had a simple project of having a patio roof installed. This would be replacing a canopy that requires a tear down every year and leaves my patio unusable. We didnt really know what to expect when this endeavor started. The professionalism displayed by everyone was very refreshing. They walked us through the steps and estimated time frames for each step. When the actual installation happened, it was incredibly efficient with very minimal disruption. In my instance this happened in under 4 hours. This definitely had the best possible outcome. They understood my needs/wants and exceeded that.

So far, not really impressed. Have had ongoing window issues since they were installed 3-1/2 years ago. Dealt with their installer/dealer in Michigan for the first 2-1/2 years and got nothing but empty promises to check into the issues (air coming through the windows on windy days).Started dealing with Joyce directly last year. Issues still not resolved.

I was told to call this place from a friend of mine that got work done. I called immediately and the Vice President came to my house to meet me. We discussed many options and I decided to purchase windows from this company. They were easy to reach over the phone, easy to work with schedule wise and just a pleasure to work with. Day of Install came and I was blown away with their prompt time as they said 8 AM and it was 7:55 AM when they arrived. I couldnt of asked for a better experience for such a big purchase and job. Mark and Adam did my install and were great. Very informative, explained everything to me and always cleaned up after themselves. Windows turned out better then I could imagine. I will definitely be using this company for all my window needs and will always refer them to others.

Everything was great, from the salesman (Rick) to helping us figure out what product we should use, his attention to detail on the window muttons and he found what we were looking for in a patio door, the person who measured had more ideas and altered the order to save us some $ on the installation and when Mark & Adam came to install, they were professional, kept me informed of their progress, they were neat and left no mess. I used to be a glazer (windows guy) many years ago and being in the business I could tell they knew what they were doing and did a nice job on the installations.No job is perfect, when they saw an issue they made me aware of it and began the process to rectify the problem. All around a great company to do business with and the people are amazing that I have been in contact with. Highly recommend them.

We had our bathtub and walls replaced. First, the wrong walls were installed, the wrong handrail, the wrong shower head extension. The company said new walls would be made and installed. We were also told the old walls would be removed before the new walls installed. Instead, the new walls were glued over the old walls. We ordered a rain shower head but the straight pipe for it was never installed. Now, the walls are obviously bowing. The shower head piping is leaking too the basement. The quality and workmanship is very poor from this company.

We purchased a sliding door from Joyce. The whole process from Brian visiting our house to show us what they had to offer to Mark and Adam doing the install was easy and professional. Mark and Adam arrived early and knew exactly what to do. They had the new sliding door installed in 3 hours. I was really worried about having people in my home with the pandemic, but Mark and Adam took all the necessary precautions too keep us safe. Zero stars should be an option. Joyce Factory Salesman left an oil stain on my new driveway. When I called the sales guy back he said “ Not my car.” Salesman refused to return for me to look at his car. Realizing the salesman was not going to address the I pulled the “Karen” move and called the business manager. It took days for them to respond. Only for him to talk to me negatively and say it was not from the salesman’s car because he said so. I sent them videos from my home surveillance system showing the salesman arriving with no stain on the driveway and when he left there was. After several days an attorney called from Joyce and I sent him the videos. Their lawyer reviewed the videos an said “it is obvious the salesman’s car left the stain”.The lawyer said he would be in contact with the powers to be and get back to us. Well it’s been weeks and nothing. We decided to use another company. If this is how they treat you before you buy their windows imagine what comes after. Now, I will continue to inform people of this everywhere.

Phil Hodos and his team were AMAZING!! Very professional! Followed all necessary precautions to protect my floor, walls, and dogs. They didn’t even mind the dogs and my dogs loved them!! I had a question the day after the install and Phil answered it even with it being a Saturday. Definitely recommend!

We had our bathtub converted into a walk-in shower and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They did an extremely high quality job where everything came out seamless and they did it in two days. Joyce Windows was very patient in scheduling our install during COVID quarantine. We were originally scheduled in March but they waited till May at our request. When they did schedule Mark and Adam the installers were very professional and kept social distance and wore masks in our home. They made us very comfortable with the entire process. They were prompt and tidy with the install and very personable. I am so excited with the new windows our house is much quieter and the windows open so easy. Thank you for a great experience.

Mark and Adam did a great job on our install. Great workmanship and attention to detail even with our old house. Cleaned everything up afterward. This is our 2nd job with Joyce Factory Direct. Definitely would use them again for other projects!

We scheduled an appointment for Joyce Factory Direct to come out and give us an estimate. It was for 3 pm on Saturday. I rearranged my schedule for the to come out. They never showed up or called. Then they text to reschedule, nope. My time is just as important as your business time, and to not even have the decency to make a phone to call to reschedule is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were looking to do one bathroom and if this went well, we would use the company for the other bathroom. We will take our business elsewhere.
