Absolutely fantastic service! I explained my situation to the employee, she informed me I was eligible for an upgrade. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products, helped me transfer everything and made me feel very comfortable with the new phone.I drive to the Berea Cricket store from Richmond just because of the service and knowledgeable. The employee spent time to make sure I was well informed before I left the store.Cant recall the employees name, but she is a super star.

The employees were friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to help me find everything I was looking for. The only downside to this location is the limited amount of merchandise. They dont have a lot to choose from. Will return to this location for sure.

Cricket wireless in Berea is an awful place to shop there rude it takes them ever to do anything and when they do it its wrong anyway go to AT&t there better
