Very reliable, honest, and quick. They went out of their way to get our car back to us asap. 2 days before promised! Very friendly and easy to work with.

I wouldnt trust this place to babysit a dead goldfish. Let alone touch my vehicle. I would give zero stars If I could. Ugh...just awful

The office staff and mechanics at Parkway Auto are fantastic. They are flexible in scheduling and talk to you like a real adult who can make informed decisions. They are good at explaining which maintenance features are urgent or just routine. Everyone is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

I needed tires rather quickly, and the folks at Mr. Tire were great. I was in and out in about an hour, the tires are way better than the originals that came with my 2014 Ford, and the price was great also - 25% off with a coupon. The staff was friendly, and they torqued the lug nuts properly when they installed the tires. Ill be back for more service as I need it.

Having moved quite a ways from home, its nice to have a reliable and fairly priced place to go should my car have any issues. I have always received great service and will continue to come back!

Georges review is right in one way - the work they do is great. Todd, who is the owner I believe is a down to earth honest guy. My car was dying a slow death and he said Ill be happy to work on it and you can pay me, but if it was my car I wouldnt spend another dime. - I mean thats honest, right? Also, knowing I dont have the money on any given day, theyve done repairs and let me sit my car there until a week or so later when I did have the money, and charged no fee. Good honest employees who I feel are committed to QUALITY customer service.

Always provide quick and courteous service. They explain everything that needs to be done, even taking pictures of the problems, but they are never pushy. They explain what items could be safety concerns and which problems can wait for a later time and they track the problem until they feel it should be repaired. Even reimbursed out of town brake repair work I had done because of their lifetime guarantee policy.

Used to be a reputable place to have a car worked on. Took mycar here for nearly 20 years, as did my entire family. Now the entire olace has gone to hell. The manager us a mysoginistic jerk and thei work is shoddy at best. Avoid at all costs.

The guy at berea parkway auto care are great guys, awesome service and genuinely care. Very helpful, stand up 5 star service. Also the service manager jeff great guy and very helpful/ personable.

I have had all my service on several vehicles done here for many years. They have always given me honest advice about my options, even when the answer is that its not worth the money to fix. Be sure to ask about ways to save, such as their care care club. Note: I believe a previous reviewer is mistaken. Dave is the owner and Todd is the manager. Charged me 25$ to plug a tire.....very disappointed especially since they didnt disclose this to me until after the job was completed....if I would have never caught a flat in this area with my children...I would have definitely went somewhere else.
