When someone broke into my business through a front window, I knew who to call to fix it. It took a second to get through, but it is always worth the wait! They are busy people because they are AWESOME!! They explained that they were a week out, but when they heard how bummed I was, they came out within 30 minutes of my call. The glass had to be ordered so they manufactured a board to fit perfectly into my sliding glass window before they left. Within a week they were back out with my new window and I was back to business as usual! It is nice to know that good people still exist in this world! From one small business to another...thank you! Your urgency, professionalism, sense of humor and most of all your kindness was much appreciated in that moment! Ill never call anyone else!

Berea Glass is a small glass cutting and window and screen repair business located on Depot street just off of North Rocky River Drive in Berea. The staff has been there for decades and provides a warm and friendly atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, and the service is good. The best price youll ever find only if you can ever get a hold of them. . Talk to owner 3 times now in 1 month to get the repair man to contact me, still no word!5 months later still cant get them to come take out my door toreplace a shattered glass. Finally winters over but once again need them to answer phones to get out here. 3* for price!

Called them before I went over. They were very friendly and prompt with quoting the cost of my small job, a single window pane. The piece was from a century home, and needed a couple of 45 degree angle cuts at the top. The owner cut it while I waited. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Dont even waste your time calling because the woman that answers clearly doesnt want to be bothered by you. She wont even take the time to let you finish a sentence. Customer service is obviously not important with this company. Save the frustration and call someone else!

Recently picked up a large piece of glass. 48x35. The glass was given to me loose and I was told to “bring a blanket.” After condescending me for “not having my truck empty” amonst other things, a guy helped me put the piece of glass into my truck. The glass broke while WE, yes WE were loading it, and I apologized. He also aplogized that “I would have to buy another piece.” I did NOT buy another piece as I was still ON THE PROPERTY when it happened! This guy also threatened to “knock me out” or something along those lines if I hurt him with the pieces of broken glass WE were picking up. Apparently that is an appropriate way to treat a paying customer. I called them on my way home, and was told by the woman that answered the phone she would “tell him about it when he gets back.” I got no phone call, no apology, and no attempt at a resolution. But hey, they offered me the pieces of useless broken glass, how nice of them huh? I currently have a dispute pending with my credit card company and will NEVER get anything from them ever again...
