All of the employees have been so helpful during our remodel but Mike has gone out of his way to color match paint and stain for my new kitchen cabinets.

Always a fantastic and super helpful staff. We have used this Spectrum store for numerous projects, from indoor painting in churches, residences, weekend projects, and also for stains on home woodworking projects. Its my personal favorite as everything I need is typically there (and more), and theyve done even better at matching and getting paints than the other paint specialty chain in the area where the paint had originally come from. Travis and his team are fantastic, and they dont pause for much, but stay focused on solving my needs and getting to the other customers requests quickly. Theyre open every day but Sunday. Call ahead and theyll even have it ready when they say and upon your arrival. They will even deliver paint and supply orders out to you if needed.

Can we give them a 10 out of 10?!! The staff and manager at the Bentonville Spectrum Paint store are amazing. We had too many issues building our custom home to mention here, but these guys saved us several times. They are knowledgeable about the products and advised us right every time. We are extremely pleased with the service and products. There’s no other paint store for us! Thank you!!!

Ive been here probably 10 times in 6 months while renovating my house. Each time the staff has been friendly and helpful, sometimes mixing up to 5 gallons of paint before I arrive so I can just pick it up and go. Ive also been able to borrow one of the paint chip wheels, which was very helpful in planning out colors.

Worst customer service ever very rude .THEY Feel like experts but they dont know anything hands down a 100% recommend Sherwin-Williams paints

Worst Service Ever- Do NOT go here.Lets get one thing clear, Spectrum Paint may be OK for contractors but they are in business to take advantage of homeowners. We are out $300 because of their shrewd up-selling techniques and stuck with 5 gallons of primer (that we didnt need but they insisted to my wife) and 5 gallons of a color that doesnt match the card. We had 5 professional companies quote our job and none of them will even use the paint that we purchased from Spectrum. It just goes to show you why Home Depot and Lowes are winning and terrible little operations like Spectrum are getting wiped off the map. They are very quick to try and help you but will leave you stranded once they have your money, like I mentioned, our color, Grey Owl, was mixed and came out like a baby blue- not a Grey Owl and they would do NOTHING!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
