Handicap accessible. Well stocked and was easy to find what I was looking for. Cashier was so sweet, even when she was having issues with the cash register.

I visited this store at the recommendation of a friend on 2/23/2021 around 7:30 PM. Within moments of entering the store, I was asked if I had a mask. I stated that no I do not and that I am exempt under the Arkansas State exemptions as well as the Federal exemptions. The employee working stated that he would not serve me if I did not wear a mask. I stated that legally he cannot require me to where a mask and stated that it is harassment for him to question me further. He stated that he would not service me and that company policy requires a mask for service.I stated that he was wrong and that it is illegal for him to make such a statement.I will not be back to this store.Note: I have a lung issue that will put me in the hospital. Masks, even ski masks will cause it to flair up.

Super friendly and helpful, recommended a great beer based on what I was getting and it was awesome! Lots more chilled in the cooler, ask if you cant find something and its probably there!

Small store, but they have what you need. I love that I can get the local craft beers there. They arent pushy, but are quick to recommend a good choice if asked.

I was super-impressed that when I was looking for a certain seasonal beer, one of the employees (Mike, I believe) took the time to check in the back after Id hung-up, and then he called me back, because the computer showed some in-stock, even though it wasnt on the floor.

Have always had great service at this store, but I recently ordered a keg of beer and it turned out to be bad. I took the nearly full keg back to the store expecting a battle to get a refund. To my surprise, Rich called me the next day from the store and apologized profusely and immediately offered a refund. Plus, he said he felt like he needed to do more and started to offer something else when I told him the refund would be just fine. In this day when people are constantly trying to screw you out of something, and denies all responsibility or ownership for anything, this place is above all that. The people here are extremely courteous and helpful, and the prices are very good. Plus their location is great. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to the staff at South Walton Spirits, and a big thank you to Rich!!
