Went in to have a front screen replaced service was top notch. Harmony runs the front counter and is very organized and thorough. The screen on the phone was fixed within an hour as she promised. I am having to go back to bring another phone to have back glass replaced which is being ordered. Hoping for same level of service and a call back when it comes in.

We took my fiancé’s iPhone 7 Plus here to get it fixed. They told us that it would be $150 it ended up being $280 total. They also kept his phone for over 2 weeks and kept telling us “oh it’ll be Wednesday” then we call on Wednesday. “It’s gonna be either Saturday or Monday” we didn’t end up getting it til that following Friday. The phone also worked great for about a week and now we’re having the same troubles with it. Honestly don’t waste your money here.

IPhix is simply awesome. They have repaired at least 4 of our devices and do excellent work! It’s a nice feeling to turn in a phone with a broken screen and getting back what feels like a new phone.

I dont know, they only work on Apple devices.

My wife brought her apple watch here to have the screen repaired. They told her it would be $170 to fix it and would be done in a day or two. After waiting a week she decided to call and check to see if it was done, at that time they told her they hadnt even touched it and it would be at least another 2 days before it would be done. When she checked back 2 days later they told her that the accidentally broke the watch and had to send it to Kansas City to be repaired. They told her it would be at least another week before she could get it back. Another week passed and she had to call them again to get a status report, this time they told her that the place in KC was unable to fix it and all the would be willing to do it give her $100 for breaking her watch. They were disrespectful all through the process and never once called her to follow up on the status of her repair. I would not ever recommend anyone go to these guys. There are far better options in Northwest Arkansas!

I have been here for multiple devices & never had any issues with repair. Only delay is if parts are unavailable or back ordered, and they let you know up front. This is a service that you could totally get taken advantage of because you NEED your phone/tablet, but they are very reasonable.

Great customer service! I had my phone screen suddenly stop working: black screen, buttons working but unresponsive with the screen, and when i plugged it in, it would flash and wouldn’t let me click my apps! I had a family issue happening at that time and i couldn’t get off work in time to make it to the shop before closing. I called up there, and they said they would wait on me to get there. I got there about 10 minutes after they were supposed to close and they were very nice and fixed my phone in 15 minutes! they truly were the nicest and they were super gracious for me coming in after hours! Highly Recommend!!!

After numerous other repair stores put on low quality phone screens for well over $200, I was referred to this store. They are the BEST!! I got a new screen put on my iPhone 6S for less than $100 (I purchased the glass cover and a new phone case as well, however). They got it done in 20 minutes, and the quality of the parts and the labor is so high. They’re super helpful and polite, too. I highly recommend this place!!

Went in to replace my cracked iPhone screen. Experienced very fast service I was out within 20 minutes. Best pricing in NWA they only charged $45 plus tax. The only cons I would say are: if you are planning on paying with a credit card they do charge an extra two dollars (probably because the credit card companies charge the business) and while fixing my phone the guy was on the phone talking to someone else. I would prefer when they are working on a devise you are off the phone and concentrating on what you are doing so there are no accidents.....

I knocked my phone into a sink full of soapy water one night and after the bag of rice trick, noticed the screen wouldnt respond to my fingers. I called when they opened and Sean answered all my questions and had options ready to go. I took the phone in and in less than 2 hours Sean had everything explained and fixed. He even noticed an additional issue I hadnt while going through his tests and got my phone back VERY quickly. GREAT shop, fair on price and honest about what they can/cant do. Went in on Wednesday for a screen replacement quick turnaround. However, by Friday the screen was flickering, switching screens for no reason, unable to slide it open and had a line appear on the phone and it was kept in an Otter box case. I have had every IPhone made beginning with the 3 and kept in an Otter box case and have dropped, thrown and sat on in these cases and never had an issue, the onetime my daughter takes it out of the case she drops it and shatters the screen causing this whole ordeal needing a new screen. We drove 40 minutes on Saturday back to she shop from West Fork to address the issue was told nothing it was dropped and wasn’t willing to stand behind their craftsmanship or product. I will send my phone straight to Apple to have it fixed for the same price and be without a phone for a few days.

I was so pleased! The last time I had my phone screen repaired at another store, I had to drop it off and come back 4 hours later and it was about $150. It never really worked right again. So, when I broke that one I tried iPhix. iPhix repaired my screen in less than an hour. They were so friendly and helpful! They helped me find a new case and put on an anti-glare protective screen. The new screen, the protective screen and the new case was all less than $150!

Very poor part quality. I have had two iPhone screens replaced here and both cracked within a week of the replacement without any drops. While the shop appears quick and cheap against local competitors, save your money and go literally anywhere else if you want to avoid another repair.

It has been a few months since I was here, and glad I saw the Google review because I need to come in and look at some iPads and watch bands.But I have an iPad mini that I drove off with and it was on top of my Jeep, it stayed out for about 20 miles until it met pavement going up 49 into Missouri. Long story short, I went in here not knowing anything about them and ask for the screen repairs and anything extra. To my shock it looked as good as new when I got it back 24 hours later.I highly recommend and suggest this location if your in the Bentonville area!

These guys were AMAZING! Seriously the phone store in the mall told me my phone was a lost cause and I needed to pay $300 for a complete rebuild. On the other hand these guys told me they would have it fixed in an hour and it was $50!! I would recommend them all day long ESPECIALLY compared to the bigger stores.

I have replaced a few iphone and ipad screens in the past on my personal devices and familiar with its difficulty as well as the price of quality replacement parts.My work utilizes about a dozen ipad minis in an education setting. Accidents happen and we expect to replace 2-3 a year. I choose this shop to handle my repairs. They have excellent communication, turnaround time, and fair prices. I could do it myself for cheaper, but it wouldnt be by much and the time I save is much more valuable. Repair time is usually same day, with one time being 2 days due to a part out of stock. The quality of work is superb. Fit and finish is excellent and the device is always returned much cleaner than when I left it.

I had an Ipad screen replaced due to a crack. Within a few months one corner of the Ipad started to pop and the screen jumped around. It sounded as if the adhesive was breaking down. This was confirmed/diagnosed by iPhix to be the problem. Yes, I was out of the 30 day window warranty and no there was no damage nor was it exposed to heat. The shop agreed to replace the screen a second time for half the price but not to guarantee it beyond 30 days. I truly believe it was iPhix error on how it was installed the first time. I will take my business elsewhere.
