I texted with Tommy prior to going to the dealership, and he was able to answer all of my questions to a T. Upon arrival, the vehicle was parked out front. Tommy had the key in hand as I walked in the door.Everyone was extremely friendly to my entire party throughout our visit. Tommy was very easy to work with and has a great attitude. Jesse, the FM, was extremely helpful, and able to simplify every document before signing.I highly recommend visiting Tommy, and letting him hook you up with the perfect ride for you!

I went in looking for a new vehicle and Tomas was amazing and got me into a new Hyundai Sonata fully loaded! Jesse handled the financing very promptly and he ensured you understand. They informed and asked me before any hard inquiries so that I’m aware. Before putting money down which would be a few days later they let me take the vehicle with only proof of insurance. Amazing staff! Very helpful!

Bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla. They originally told me no, then after I had went home continued to try and get me accepted for financing. Car came with a broken taillight which I had to battle them for them to fix it. Also was making a grinding sound when starting it which they didn’t tell me, they thought it was the water pump and had it “replaced” the day that I bought it. It was actually the starter was going bad so I took it to Toyota and they fixed it. They messed up on some billing issues almost dinging my credit and causing a late payment (for which they reimbursed after several weeks of me annoying them everyday). 6 months later the water pump that they “replaced” is going bad. Terrible experience with management. My salesman was good, management couldn’t be any worse. I will never do business here again and I recommend you DON’T either.

We came to look at a 2016 Honda Pilot that was coming from a Crain joint in Little Rock, and while the car was NOT in great condition when it arrived (even seemed to genuinely surprise the Bentonville team), the team was willing to replace the windshield due to a couple of cracks and do a LOT of touching up on the car. Ultimately, after their work, the car seemed like new. While it was a bit of an unexpected twist, we are satisfied with the deal and service. Jesse was particularly kind and helpful throughout the process. Look for that guy to help you if you get a chance.

I took my old 2001 Santa Fe in and had some repairs done. When I got it back it ran better, but still felt off a bit. I called them up and they had me bring it back, they put in on the little fault code reader with me in the shop, and immediately saw what was needed. They ordered the part and kept my ride for a couple of days. It runs like a brand new car now. I love that they took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and they were very courteous.

I must accept some responsibility for my experience, since I failed to read reviews prior to conducting business with Crain Hyundai of Bentonville USED CAR HAVEN! I called Crain Hyundai of Bentonville about a 2018 Honda Civic and confirmed the price was $21,900. I then drove over an hour to Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. I test drove the Honda and asked salesman what the additional fees/charges over $21,900 would be to purchase this car. He replied, only $129 Dealer Doc fee nothing additional. When we went into the sales office, the price to purchase this Honda increased to $22,900!!! Sales Mgr. said there was an additional fee that they had forgotten to add (this car had been on their lot for a month per CARFAX! and I honestly feel I was not the first customer in a month to consider purchasing this car). I very much feel this is not a proper way to conduct business. I wasted a lot of time and gas being manipulated into going to Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. Do yourself a favor, read why they have a less than 4-star rating.

ONLY reason I’m giving stars at all is because of our awesome sales associate Tomas.I purchased a ‘20 Tuscon Sport from them May ‘20. Great experience. Unfortunately I totaled my car during the bad weather in December. During the claims process with our insurance we were told we did not have GAP (we purchase GAP & EW on every vehicle). After calling several times with no response and an in person visit we were told that the reason we did not have GAP was due to me signing on the incorrect line (my husband was the main name on the loan, I was co-signer). Since January we have called countless times to try and get a copy of that paperwork with no such luck. It was a nightmare just trying to get the cancellation paperwork from Abby (extremely hateful) for my extended warranty. 2 weeks ago I spoke with sales manager Paul (they apparently have no financial associates/managers anymore) who was supposed to look into this, call corporate to get a copy of our paperwork and call me back. Nothing. Not surprising though considering he didn’t take down any of my information. The same day I spoke with Paul I called corporate myself and talked with the woman in charge of the GAP paperwork and she told me that 1) she couldn’t find any paperwork where we had signed anything regarding GAP 🤔 2) then followed that statement up with “I am going to have to send this to Paul because there is definitely some conflicting information on here”. She sent to Paul while on the phone with me. Still nothing. We have been nothing but nice with company, however, their serious lack of customer service has lead us to reach out to a lawyer for help..Hoping they can help us get some clear answers.

Very desapointed with my experience with this dealer.First I texted one of the salesperson asking for out the door price. I never received and answer. His response was the manager were busy.The next day I went there to do a test drive to a vehicle. The price listed was 19.900. when I ask for the out-the -door price (after waiting a long time) the manager show up. When I asked again what is the door price. 19.900 + 2.385 (reconditioning. Really!!)+ 129. Very desapointed.Meaning the out the door price for this car ended 22.285 plus dealer doc.TIPalways ask for the Out the Door Price. Before you start any type of negotiation

I went in and filled out the paperwork to cancel my gab since I traded the vehicle off. After 45 days of not hearing or receiving anything I called and was told she would need to ask corporate and give me a call back. She never called back so 2 weeks later I called again and she said the same thing. Another week went by and I called and asked to speak to a manger when I was told he was busy and would call me as soon as he was done with a customer. Never received a call back so 1 week later I called again to only be told that everyone was busy. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told I would have my refund within 30 days and it’s now past 60 days and I have no idea what is going on with my refund.

Took my car in late Tuesday have problem looked at they said I needed a lower ball joints new struts and shocks they also said the typical you need to have filters filters change oil changes tire rotations I told him to only do struts ball joints and shocks. They said parts should be in Friday and car would be ready I did not receive car until late the next Tuesday nobody ever called to tell me what was going on very poor customer service then I noticed later that they had charged me for a tire rotation. I would not ever use this dealer for service work or purchase a vehicle.

Do not reccomend. Came for an estimate and said it was going to be about a $600 fix and about 1-4 hours to complete. I got a call 3 days later to come pick up my car and the bill was $830. Dealt with an employee named Braxton and he was completely rude and sarcastic about our knowledge of the situation. He does not need to be on the floor with customers. In the end we were only helped out a little.

Austin was great. Have a few cars over the years and this experience was by far the best. We got a great vehicle and had a good time while at the dealership.Update: Got a flat tire. Come to find out the rims have the locking lug nuts on each tire. Come to find out after searching through every inch of the car, guess what we dont have? And of course we call Crain and they cant help. One would think that would be an important thing to have in the vehicle when its sold.

I came back to update a negative review but I guess it was deleted. I just wanted to say initially I was unhappy with the service and overall experience I had with Crain Hyundai in Bentonville, BUT after voicing my concerns with the GM John D. and going over some information face to face- I have a better understanding of what I signed on to with my car. The customer service issues I experienced have drastically improved and I can tell that the staff has tried much harder to be pleasant and helpful. I would still be cautious if you’re a first time buyer and just make sure you do all of your research, but I will be getting my next car through this dealership after establishing trust and mutual respect.

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville was amazing! I purchased a new Hyundai KONA back in February of this year. This dealership takes care of their customers in every way possible. After a divorce and battling recovering credit issues just simply due that alone, they were still able to work with me and I was able to get into the perfect vehicle that fit my needs financially and also plenty of room for myself and my children. The salesman made the experience and buying fun and the finance manager at that time (Justin Smith) made sure I had the right coverage to fit my needs and was so friendly and professional. I got a call saying they are having a shortage of used cars asked if I wanted to trade mine in. As soon as i got there my fiancé and I told them we can’t go past a certain price we arnt trying to wast anyone’s time. I repeated that mult times. After discussing everything and talking about one certain car they tell us they are pulling it forward to check out. Once we get out there to look at it it’s a completely different car then what we were talking about. They said this is we more in our price range. So we declined stated to leave amd they said they wait my “manager” miscalculated some stuff let’s pull what you want around and we will get you in it at the price you mentioned. After test driving we went back in to close on the deal and boom payments 130 dollars more then we said we would do. I tried not to waste your time or mine from the start. But at the end you obviously didn’t listen to your customer . A returning customer at that lol. Next month trading my car in and it won’t be for another Hyundai

Beware NWA! I took time to research a 2022 Tucson on the Hyundia USA website and it is advertised for any 2022 new Tucson that you receive a free maintenance package for 3 years ( A great selling point). When I got a quote via email on the new Tucson from Crain Bentonville (that we wanted) it included an item that is listed as Crain commitment for $1999.00. I called Crain and asked what this exactly was. It is for the same 3 year complimentary package (nationally advertised) plus a few other items like mud flaps etc. When I was directed to a manager I asked If I could drop the extras and just get the complimentary package advertised on Hyundia USA and was told they would not honor the nationally advertised special. I then called the the corporate 800 number and spoke with customer service and they acknowledged that there is a discount advertised and could not give a reason why there was an extra charge even if I declined the few extra items Crain added to circumvent the website advertisement, (Hyundia corporate listed it as a complaint and gave me a case # 18240781). I was then advised to contact other dealers because each dealership is a franchise and others honer the complimentary package. WOW. Make sure you do your homework researching any vehicle from Crain in Bentonville, it might be cheaper to shop other dealers so you dont get ripped off! Make sure to look at all the negative reviews on Yelp and Google to see what type of business Crain is truly running.

Was pleased with their online scheduling tools and easy follow up reminders via text and call. Staff was attentive and my service began at my scheduled appointment time. I feel like lots of places that do appointments still work on other vehicles before they get started on yours. Not a 5 because I could feel the griminess from the mechanics hands on my steering wheel and parking brake which seems to happen no matter where I go but it would be nice if it didnt.

EDIT: Went from a 5 star review to a 1 star review (originally purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson SE in early March).From what I thought was a GREAT deal, went to a HORRIBLE, literally life altering for the worse, deal. From the previous reviews, I should of seen the slime coming. I had no choice but to get a replacement vehicle for my previous vehicle got totaled in a rear end collision (that I was not at fault).I should of read the fine print (READ THE FINE PRINT IF YOU ARE FINANCING THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP), I thought I was financing for less than $10k, due to putting a downpayment of $3k, they stated that the car was priced at $13k or so, great $13,880 for 60k plus miles is a decent deal (according to Kelly Blue Book), but instead of $13,880, the actual price of the vehicle was $16,880. I just put the $3,000 downpayment on a $16,880 pricetag (not $13,880 as I was told), and I was financing for $13,880 through CPS (a horrible auto lender) for 16% APR!!! That is too dang high, even for my credit score! So I am looking at near $7k in interest for a locked 60 month term. Ludicrous!I was swindled by this dealership!I learned a lesson next time, to take out a auto loan from a bank and just pay cash, it will save you from the ludicrously high APR that this dealership will try to finance you for!The guy from Texas who runs the financing aspect in this dealership, is a fast talker and will try to make you think you are getting a good deal, when in reality they are trying to pull a fast one on you. They dont care if they ruin your credit further, or put you in tremendous debt for years (during this pandemic/economic climate).They dont care if you are struggling to make payments, barely able to get by during this pandemic. All they care about is the sale, and eventually karma comes back to those who deserve it, maybe not today, maybe not in the near future, but eventually it comes.Think twice before financing through them, and make sure of the final amount you are paying on a vehicle. They also watch every individual who enters their dealership, there is no privacy here.

Saw a car advertised online. Went to the dealership. Asked about the price. They confirmed it was the price I saw online. Took a test drive. Liked it. Sat down to buy it, paying cash. They drew up the paper work. Ready to sign when they told me they were adding $3,000 for something they call a reconditioning fee. I walked out. PS. None of the sales guys were wearing masks, and I had to ask our sales guy to put on a mask. So annoying.

Pricing is deceptive/garbage. Crain Hyundai in Bentonville prices their cars low and then will add nearly $3,000 in reconditioning fees even when little work has been done on the car.Bonus note: GM was going on about how reconditioning fixes the problems with the cars including dents, ironically the car I was looking at had a large dent in the door.

Entire potential car buying experience was bad from start to finish.1. Bate and switch with online salesman. We came to test drive a 2021 Elantra which was a new style and then when arrived they said they didn’t have any.2. When asking what they knew about upcoming Azera, we knew more about it than they did. It’s not out yet but they hadn’t even heard of it and told us it was a concept only.3. Slimy and cliche sales techniques - sales manager from the very get go talking about how it was last day of month and he would make a good deal for us. See point #1 where they didn’t even have the vehicle we came to see.4. And this is the most important... not one associate in the entire place was wearing a mask. It is required in the state of Arkansas and completely unacceptable for them not to wear them. We as the customers were wearing masks to protect them but they didn’t have the courtesy to wear one to protect us. Didn’t even wear in the car for the test drive. If I had realized this I would have called it out to him. What does this say about how they treat customers?Completely unacceptable. Don’t risk your health to deal with these *ssholes.

I have 2 separate reviews for this dealership.1. The sales department was fantastic. Joey Allen took great car of us and the help we received from him was second to none. He, by far, went above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend the sales department and Joey for anyone looking to buy. This is why I gave 5 stars.2. The service department is lacking in areas for us. I would rate them 3 stars at best. We had a warranty issue with our back glass 3 days after we bought the vehicle (I know this wasnt their fault. It was a defect from the factory). The big issue we had was when they replaced our glass, the technician did not properly hook up the rear defroster. We didnt find out there was an issue until we needed the defroster and it didnt work. Now they promptly fixed the issue once attention was brought to it, but I feel there shouldnt have been any issues to begin with.

On September 15th 2020 I bought a used car from Crain Hyundai of Bentonville at 3000 SE Moberly Ln. Bentonville, AR 72712The car, as it was presented to me by Jerry Parker (Sales Manager) was 2018 Subaru 2.5i Limited Edition. I looked at the car, I liked it . Took it for a spin...It was not a very smooth ride, but kind of acceptable. Thats what I told Sam (the Salesperson). He said that before Id take it from the lot, the car would be checked up and detailed again. So I agreed.Then, considering my old 2007 Jeep Compass as a trade in, Jerry came up with the price of $23,500. He left me in the room to think about it, I looked up the average price on low miles 2018 Subaru 2.5i Limited Edition on my phone and it was around $24k, so I agreed.Only in a couple of days, I learned (with the help of my neighbor – The Car Wizard) that Jerry Parker (whom I trusted so much) played a swindle on me: he sold the least expensive Subaru 2.5i model for the price of an advanced Subaru 2.5 Limited. And the difference in the price was around $5k (not to my advantage. By the way, the brand new 2021 Subaru 2.5i is around $24k.)In the Book of my wizard-neighbor it was a brutal Rip Off. So the next day I called Jerry and asked him if he knew that the car he sold to me was not Subaru 2.5i Limited? He Replied: You saw the car, you took it for a ride, you agreed to pay for it, so all sales are final. If you arent satisfied, refer to our lawyers team.My genuine instinct of trusting Jerry Parker was gone forever.Now, what is it actually can I do to prevent future rip offs of innocent car seekers?As a concerned senior citizen I am simply obligated to file a few complains: with the State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau; Im going to leave bad ratings on most dealer review websites as well as with official and social media.What else? Yes, Im going to contact my local news, to see if they like my story. And the name for the story is obvious:”Can Jerry Parker sell The Old Donkey for the Price of Racing Horse again?”

Okay, now I can sit down and write a review about this dealership since they finally fulfilled a promise made in October of last year. See, in October I got a postcard in the mail about second chance cards for people who have had a bankruptcy and have little or bad credit from this dealership. At the time the sales team was great. They helped get me into my first brand new, never been owned vehicle. Granted, the payments are ghastly, but they are worth it right now. Well, part of the deal was that I got a $300 gift card upon purchase. I got my paperwork in the mail, but no gift card or check. So, I contacted them and I have been trying since then to get the check. I finally got it today after a lot of hounding! I have to admit i had totally lost my patience and even threatened them that i would not recommend any Crain dealership again if they did not have a check to me today. But i did get the check today and am now a happy camper who would gladly recommend their Bentonville dealership to any that are looking for a new vehicle. Derrick and Pat helped as much as they could with corporate and them messing around. I am now a pleased customer.

Bought a nice new truck from these folks. The down side was it absolutely was the longest car buying experience Ive ever heard of. Spent just short of 6 hours there before getting to leave with my new ride. Also the sales team could really stand to study up on their facts and policies regarding warranty on the vehicles they sell. Kinda felt like i got the runaround from them. Love my new truck tho.

I have edited the review to be four stars.ORIGINAL 2-STAR REVIEWRecently purchased a used vehicle from Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. The experience in the store while going through the process was great; employees were kind, not pushy, informative, etc.However, after I left it became a different story. As is usual, we decided on things the dealership owes on the car: general little maintenance and fixes. I have had the car for two months now and have yet to have any of these issues taken care of. I have called multiple times and been told We will call you back as soon as we have information for you. I have not once received a call from CHB regarding the agreed upon maintenance. I finally spoke to the salesman from whom I purchased the car, and he said he would contact the maintenance department and call me back immediately; he never called back, and that was a week ago.Overall, I am disappointed in the experience with CHB. The recordings they play while you are on hold with them (which I have listened to quite a bit in the last few weeks trying to get these things taken care of) say they will do whatever they need to to take care of customers before and after the purchase. That has most assuredly not been my experience.

I was with my sister who bought a 2020 Kona from these guys in February of this year. They made this process so easy on her despite the horrible credit she had(which they have helped her build) and it was a fast process with friendly people all the way through. We have since re located and I will be in soon to purchase another. We could not have asked for a more helpful team from the front to the end of the deal. They talked us into a warranty that we originally thought was a waste....Until her car had a problem in May of this year that could have cost her half of her right arm, but instead was a free fix. Not to mention, when Hyundai Roadside Assistance was there quick to pick my sister up off the side of the road in Fayetteville because a curb flattened her tire. Her own insurance would not even do that. Thanks Crain of Bentonville for getting us exactly what we needed and continuing to be there for her and myself!! I would recommend them to anyone who is searching for the perfect vehicle.

Great customer service! Everyone is so friendly the second you walk through that door. I was up front and honest about what I could afford and what I couldn’t. They didn’t hound me about putting more down. They got me into the car I wanted with no hassle.The salesman I worked with was Tylor Shambles along with the general sales manager, Garrett Williams. Tylor was amazing to work with, very helpful, and made my experience great!!Garrett and Tylor both worked hard to make the deal happen!

We are new to the area as we came here from Chicago so we found the dealership to be much smaller than we were accustomed to back in Illinois. I think they had 2 or 3 cars in the showroom. We had wifes car in for service. Very professional, clean and courteous. Will be going back for brake job. Josh came across as honest and trustworthy.... We liked that! 😁

Ive had issues with this dealership for the last 4 months! I bought a new car in April. First, the paperwork was wrong. I was told that would push back my first payment to the middle of June...that was incorrect. They added my sales tax onto my loan, first check was made out to Arkansas... I live in Missouri, they were well aware of this. The second checks was still made out incorrectly, because MO DMV couldnt take it. It took 2 months to get it. Got tired of waiting and didnt want to pay more late fees. I paid it, told them I needed a check. They said it would be overnighted....it wasnt. That caused overdraft fees, and a return payment fee from Hyundai for my car payment. Not only did it take two weeks to get the correct check to me. I had to send them paperwork again. Ive now been dealing with getting my additional fees paid for, due to their error and lack of customer service. The GM and Finance guy are horrible with customer service. They cant handle a irritated customer....when they are the reason this happened. Instead of being adults...the GM felt the need to say I was threatening him, when I asked do we need to discuss how many cars we have bought from you guys. By the way...we have bought 8 or 9 cars in the last 5 ish years!! Horrible horrible customer service by Justin and John. They lost valued customers....and will be losing more!

I live in Springfield Missouri and negotiated over the phone and internet a deal with Crane Hyundai of Bentonville for the purchase of a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Negotiations were easy enough and I feel I have gotten a very good deal for myself as I know a fair amount about the inner workings of dealership sales and finance. What I have a problem with is the vehicle I chose online showed to have less than 20 miles on it in the fort Smith dealership. The Bentonville dealership agreed to have it delivered to their dealership and that I would drive from Springfield and take delivery. We agreed on the distance between the two cities and that the mileage on the vehicle upon delivery to me should be approximately 87 miles. Also that the vehicle would be present at the dealership upon my arrival around 10:30 a.m. on the Friday following Thanksgiving. These negotiations were made early Wednesday before Thanksgiving so they should have had adequate time to get the vehicle there. After a little more than two hours drive we arrived at the dealership and my vehicle was not there and I had to wait a full 5 hours before it was delivered which put me very much behind on the rest of my day and my appointments. I took delivery of the vehicle without having them go through it to detail and remove floor mats from plastic and plastic from the carpet and such things as that and without the dealer showing me all the details and options and how to use them as I was very upset by this time and late for many things. To add insult to injury the vehicle had around 670 miles when it arrived. I was infuriated and wanted to leave without purchasing this vehicle but could not as I spent much time on negotiations and my wife would be coming home from a four month assignment in Maryland and would only be home for a few days before leaving to California a for three month assignment And did not have time to go through all of the negotiations again and searching for another vehicle that matched my criteria. Purchase the car to replace the previous one that had became unreliable for such trips. The dealership was very elusive to the facts as to why there was so many miles on the vehicle when they had just clarified earlier in the week that the mileage was correct with the ad being over than 20 miles. I am certain it was due to the fact that it was near a holiday and one of the sales or management staff had used the vehicle for their family to have a nice vehicle for the Thanksgiving trip. They were also elusive as to why the driver took so long to arrive with the vehicle and after repeated attempts to contact him came up with no answers. I would not recommend this dealership but I do recommend Hyundai as a vehicle they are very high quality. I feel as if I should have been compensated for the loss of time and for the excessive mileage but was given nothing.

I was originally going to post a higher rated review but due to the circumstances weeks later... I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crain Hyundai of Bentonville and while the sales team was easy to work with, I didnt get the best detail service done on my car among a few other things. While negotiating on a price for the car I found out it hadnt been inspected yet for safety which felt like a BIG red flag. A car could be worth less if there are undiagnosed repairs needed and its hazardous to drive. Therefore, I wish they wouldnt post ads online for a car until its been inspected for safety and properly detailed. They also mentioned they didnt have time to clean the car before I arrived even though I booked the test drive days in advanced. I explained after sealing the deal on my purchase I was willing to come back for the car after its been cleaned/inspected as there was no rush. However they tried to cater to me by rushing through it that day. I can see how they probably thought they were being courteous but because it was rushed my car came out with a half-decent wipe down and without the oil change they not only promise on their websites but I was told about in person. I knew they hadnt changed the oil because I checked it when I got home and it was DARK brown yet the level was full. So they basically topped off the dirty oil rather than changed it (I had to rush to get it done elsewhere which felt inconvenient). I also discovered my passenger side window doesnt roll down all the way (only halfway) which isnt a child protection feature of any kind on my particular model. This makes me wonder how thorough their inspection ACTUALLY was. A faulty window is a pretty obvious and quick find. Speaking of rushing the inspection, after 1 week of driving my car my engine check light came on and now I have to take it in to get looked at. Already my experience with their service crew hasnt been good so Im very reluctant to return and have lost confidence theyll fix whatever may be wrong. My advice to future customers is check every function of the vehicle (even the simple things like the windows) before buying so you know if the dealers are withholding important details which effect negotiations and check the oil after theyve serviced it before leaving the dealership. Speaking of negotiating, research the car model your interested in and whether or not other dealerships in your area also have that model (you can compare prices/services this way and use them as leverage during negotiations). This also helps you to understand the real value of the car youre looking at and diminishes feeling attached to making a deal that may not be right. So stand your ground during negotiations because dealers WANT to sell you a car (its their job) so dont let them try to convince you somethings worth more than it actually is.

They are awful! Although they finally paid to fix the alternator that went out shortly after purchase. It was nearly impossible to get anyone to respond to my calls. Then when I had another question they would not return my calls and I finally had to go in person. Then was tols they would not fix something thar was damaged during the replacement of the alternator or even tires that were already worn out before purchase. Beware of using this dealership!

Tried and was ready to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe limited 2.0T from them. They wouldn’t come down on msrp whatsoever. I was still ready to talk. The guy who walked me outside for test drive quoted me the exact msrp of the vehicle which I was okay with. Then whenever we sat down they had added charges that made no sense and said these extra charges could not be taken off. They added around $4,000 to the msrp and said that’s the final price. I went to Honda across the street the same day and got $700 more for my trade in. And bought the same class vehicle and Honda took off $3000 msrp before I even started negotiating. Also. Honda added no additional charges whatsoever. They offered extended protection. But said it was a choice and they don’t make people purchase. Would not recommend Crain Hyundai personally.

I have never been ill treated like that before. The team is so unprofessional and the owner is so disrespectful. One of the employees gave us figures for a vehicle when we agreed on the price they later said was a confusion with the car and price instead of them owning up to the mistake the owner said the dealership is not Walmart. How disrespectful as the manager own up your mistake and show your employees to respect customers.

I would give them ZERO STARS if it was a choice. I found a vehicle and texted them. They said it is sold but we have other similar options. At first I said no thanks, then they kept texting me and they offered me some of their vehicles in their inventory; I kept telling them I like to see your lease offers only. They kept telling me they have great lease offers and so encouraged me to get there. We made an appointment and I went there. I was there 5mins ahead of appointment but the salesperson was almost 20mins late !!!!!!Then I asked them about their lease offers and they kept refusing to give me any info, which was so weird. Then the manager came in and wanted me to test-drive a vehicle while he is working on the lease info for me. After I test-drove the vehicle, again I asked for the lease offers on the vehicle but they didnt give me anything. Instead, they gave me the finance calculations for a used car ( something that I could simply calculate on their website!!!). Then they told me they will text/email me the lease info, but they didnt!!!It was a terrible experience there!

They have some wheel locks/nitrogen add on to the price for well over$1,000. It was nearly impossible to just get an actual price of the vehicle I was interested in.
