Have my Chrysler 300 in there. I did a great job with the oil change. got my new windshield wipers changed out all the air filters. And a pretty reasonable time. The people that worked on the car and behind the counter. Definitely did a 10-star job. Thank you so much. Bentonville supercenter is the place to go.

Since we recently moved from the Pleasant Grove Walmart store area to this area, we had not used the tire center here before. The tire specialist, David, was very helpful and directed me to several choices of tires since the version I had used the last two times for our Jeep were no longer available. They got me in quickly and performed an oil change and installed 4 new tires within a few hours. The prices are still very reasonable when compared to local tire shops, and they carry all the name brands (some you will have to order and wait a few days). My only complaint (I have never had a problem in 10+ years of using their tire centers nationwide) is that I had to return the next day due to a flat. Turns out the valve stem was defective, but they replaced it quickly. At the register, they charged me for the repair, but quickly reversed the charge when I asked about it. I still recommend WM tire centers anywhere in the US, but this experience was not perfect, so I give this store 4 stars while still maintaining a 5-star rating across the country.

Quite a wait to fix a flat. No inside seating like before- now customers have to wait on metal benches at edge of the auto shop. Loud. Not a pleasant experience.

Worst experience iv had in Arkansas in 3 years!! If you ever have to deal with a so called manager named Lettie ask for someone else fast .. she is rude unpleasant unprofessional to say the least!!! Couldnt help me or even be half way decent... Walmart needs to demote this lady... I will be contacting corporate on this matter...

Walmarts auto care services have gotten a lot better than they were in the past. Theres still very few things that I have done there but if youre just getting your oil changed or tires rotated its not a bad place to go in my opinion. The workers are actually trained to know how to do their job now unlike years ago. I have found the earlier you can get up there the quicker they get you in and out. Hope this helps.

The car service was fine but i sat at the desk waiting to get my car back for 15 minutes. Nobody was there and when prompted I pressed the keypad for assistance, twice, and nobody showed up.Update: 25 minute wait time for a 30 second transaction with 3 people waiting behind me. Absolutely awful customer service

I always prefer Walmart Auto care due to less expensive and quality not compromised . Good standards and professional services. I gave my car for service and 15 minutes later I wanna get back my car so they helped me. I took the car out for 30minutes and returned it. Couple of hours later they called and said car is ready to pick. Always they are exceptionally good and this time they gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you Walmart.

My ABS light was not on before I had tires put on by Walmart, but it stayed on afterwards and nothing seemed to fix the problem. The brakes worked fine, but the light would not go off. The light stayed on until I sold my van, which reduced the value of the sale...so the tires were less expensive at the time, but cost a whole lot more down the road. No, I did not call the store, because they would have denied it, and said there was nothing that they did that would have caused the issue. Visit at your own risk.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years. It’s cheaper and usually good quality! I hadn’t had an issue. I always get tires with insurance and my oil changed. this last time I got two new tires and asked if they would put those on the rear axle. He said yes. When i got back to pick up my car it was parked all the way in the back next to the trash. I realize I may have a controversial sticker on my car but it was really unnecessary to park it so far away in such a big lot. My ride thought it was funny, and it kinda was but still rude. Also I checked the tires and they also installed the new ones on the front axle instead of the rear. I will have to change them over myself, and I am disappointed because I had asked if they would be. There’s even a poster inside telling how the new tires should be installed in rear. So parking my car in the back by trash and not following through putting the tires in the safest orientation really rubbed me the wrong way. I had never had a bad experience before this and it really disappoints me.

I traveling through Arkansas a few weeks ago and got a flat. I was in a huge hurry to get to the convention. The on site manager, Lettie, got me taken care of very quickly and with a great smile. I never really understood southern hospitality until now. Thanks so much!

They were abnormally busy when I got here (25 people ahead of me, all for tires) and the desk was steamed with customers. The auto Care center manager, Steven, did something most managers wouldnt do. He came out and helped David take care of customers until all of them were taken care of. For the price and customer service its worth the several hour wait.

I tried, I really tried to be accommodating, but over the course of several years of occasional patronage the service at the auto center has been abysmal.Time estimates are exceeded by 2-3x consistently, regardless of how busy they are or what is being done to your vehicle. In the past it took them 3 hours just to come back and tell me they didnt have the oil filter in stock - or even available for order in the supply chain - for my vehicle and could do nothing, yet they assured me ahead of time they could handle my somewhat uncommon model.Other times a simple tire rotation on a quiet day can still manage to take two hours, and well beyond the estimate given. Every time I go here its because I need to shop and coincidentally need service done, and every time Ive regretted giving them another chance after spending my entire afternoon sitting in the waiting area for what would take 15-30 minutes anywhere else.I would absolutely not recommend anyone use Walmart store #100 to service their vehicles if they have any other possibility.

Made an appointment to get my car new tires and a balance. Once they finished, my car made a weird race car noise. Thought it was probably due to having new tires it will fade away. Noise kept getting louder and louder, took it to a different tire shop, turns out none of my tires were balanced. Great job Walmart.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to the Automotive crew for getting us back on the road when we were in Arkansas for a softball tournament. We made a quick stop at Walmart and when we tried to leave - car made some funny noises and wouldnt start. Starting to panic because the my daughters game was starting soon, an employee happened to be walking past and asked if she could help out. Lucky for us, she was a manager in the Automotive department! Lettie was able to get someone out to check our car, get it fixed and we were on the road quickly! We didnt miss much of the game. Lettie was so awesome - understood my panic but was able to keep me calm. Gave us a shortcut to the field too. Thanks so much!!

I would like to compliment the associates at the auto center I had appt at six this morning and with all thats going on there was a small amount of confusion on whether they would be open . Each person at auto center and management were very kind and helpful. Thanks for making a crazy morning less crazy. Great job Wal mart. Crazy day i left after getting my tires and one of my hub caps came off. Things happen. Miquel sent me to pleasent grove store to get another pair and is putting them on as o type this. Again great job by managment and two stores working together. Very professionel

Extremely nice people. But, they only run one tire bay at a time making the wait way longer then it should be. If they actually used all the bays the wait would probably be under and hour instead of being told it is 1.5 to 2 hours and really ends up being. Closer to 3.5 hours

I came in at 2:25-2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. No cars lined up and only two being serviced inside. When I walk into the lobby, there are two men there which I assumed were the owners of the cars. No one else was remotely around the Auto area other than the men and one worker at the counter. I ask for my tires to be balanced, and he says it is going to be a 2-3 hour wait. Seems weird to me but I say thats fine, I guess. 4 hours go by, and more people have showed up, and all are being helped. By now, about 10 cars have gone through, while mine still sits in the first spot in the line. I go up to the counter and complain, only to be told that its going to be another hour or two wait. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could I would give them a 0. Not only did it take 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and simple tire rotation (which there was nobody before us so we were first in line) but they the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude when I asked him about it. It’s hard to believe this is how this place runs considering it’s across from Walmart Corp office.

Would like to rate ZERO. Waited 3 HOURS yesterday for a flat repair (as had already bought brand new tires and their warranty) so went there. Guess who woke up this morning and the tire is flat again? Not fixed! Can they not have an Express Bay for things that dont take very long like flat tires???

Bentonville AR Walmart tire and lube.I purchased 4 new tires at $108 each. for my suburban.At 3200 miles I noticed a crack following at the base of the treads completely around one tire, I brought it in and they replaced the tire off the Manufacturer warranty. The associate told me I would not be charged for the new replacement. However when I went to pay, he charged me for another lifetime balance which I already had on the defect tire. And I was charged disposal for the Defect tire. As this did not make sense to me. I politely questioned the charges. He told me what a great deal I was getting by receiving a $108 dollar tire for free. So I reminded him still politely that my time was worth something. Not to mention the reason I was here, that I had already paid the $108 on my original tire which is now defect. As well as apparently, wasting the cost of the lifetime wheel balance on that tire. To which he now replies that the guy across the street will have a different policy. Never once in all the transaction was I offered any type of verbal apology for my hassle or the defective product. I was only offered smart remarks when I questioned anything. I have used Walmart for probably 5 new sets of tires and have had some issues with Quality and Slow service in the past as well. The past poor quality issues were, bulging sidewalls near the half life of the tire so I just kept driving till they were shot, and early weather cracking and seemingly fast wear. Service issues are.. lube techs working in slow motion or under staffed, translating into long waits. On this particular visit my main issue was the inappropriate responses to my concerns and the charges. Walmart works but in the future I will be shopping around.

They will hold your car for almost an hour with nobody else there getting serviced just to tell you they cant replace your headlight. Saying they tried for an hour haha. If you cant fix it let me know right away dont make me wait an hour when everything is closed.

I needed a new battery. All the Associates were very professional and helpful. They installed my new battery and got me back on the road in under 20 minutes. In all, it was a very pleasant experience! Thanks!

Do NOT buy Douglas tires from Walmart. Bought 4 6000 miles ago. Had a pin hole in the side. $44 to replace. Seriously???? The tire was $54 brand new. Hiw can anyone justify charging that?

Alright, so tldr; bought a car and the dealership didnt leave the lug nuts in my car. I got a flat, brought it in and Stephen the manager wrote me up to fix it. However, my lug nuts arent traditional they couldnt change it that night. They gave me ideas and opinions. One of the other workers Miguel was like hey man I have that at home they told me leave the car here and we got you tomorrow first thing in the morning. Great service, great guys. Note to self make sure your dealership gives you everything before you leave.

Had an issue with 1 tire needing to be replaced. These guys went above and beyond; calling several stores to try to find the tire that I needed. I worked with several guys and they all seemed to sincerely want to be helpful. Very nice work Walmartians!

You have to realize that this is Walmart most of their,with all corporations are going to watch the liability to take carry on their back so if you go in with a tire thats getting towards the last quarter of its life youre more than likely going to have to call you need a new sad and if you come in with a flat going down on a truck and you got a trailer on it just loaded theyre going to tell you that you got to unload the trailer with a load on it and be more safer than 2 3 ton floor jacks if they have in an hour so sometimes you may need a real tire shop otherwise you know I wouldnot consider Walmart a full service tire shop as two most tire shops you roll insane need a new tire but not going to tell you that you need to go unload a trailer somewhere I got to get a couple Jacks out Jack it up and get you changed out so Im a little not know five star there its okay because they do do the business and I can see respect that theyre watching their liabilityhowever you will find most commonly just with lazy employees that will find what little reasons they can to not do the job theyre supposed to be able to do

Service was a bit slow today. Poor gentleman was checkin and checkout customers on top of answering phones. He was running behind on calling people to pickup their vehicles. Did not see one manager come to assist (that was disappointing). Overall, I am satisfied with the care of my vehicle and the kindness of a the customer service rep that was clearly under staffed.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They had my car for 15 hours and only changed the oil, no tire rotation. I am leaving town tomorrow and needed the tires rotated before leaving. Now I have to take off work just to get this done. Not only am I losing money for a free tire rotation but I’m losing sleep having to wait for the work to get done when I should be packing. Not happy at all.

Honestly, never come here to get your car worked on. The wait for even a simple oil change (which at other places takes at most ~30 minutes) takes up to 2 1/2 hours when there is only one other person waiting to have work done. During my 3 hours here today waiting on an oil change, multiple customers came in complaining that the things which had been installed were not working properly and needed to be replaced again, after coming in to fix them only a week or so prior. This auto center is so slow and continuously ineffective.

Worst auto service ever received. Will not be back and do not recommend to anyone... go somewhere else and pay a little extra, your car will thank you.

Staff was very friendly willing to help though they were busy. Didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing much about tires. Service was pretty quick. There were a lot of flies though and the wait couches were old

This is the third time Ive came in to get a simple thing done and it turns into an all day affair. Oil change took 4 hours. Sitting here now waiting for ONE flat to be fixed and Ive been here since 5. It is now nearly 8 pm. I should have known this was going to take my afternoon. Shame on me I guess.

Pleased with the service I received here. As with all Walmart had to wait couple of hours but expected that so had my phone, puzzle book, and looked around the store.

I could not have been more clear on the tire I needed. I am not some 97 year old grandma who doesnt understand tires. These fine, fine workers ordered the wrong tire. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAR AS TO WHAT TIRE I NEEDED. I GAVE THE SIZE (225/50R17) THE BRAND (GENERAL) AND THE TYPE (G-MAX AS-03).YALL JUST TYPE THAT IN, AND CLICK A BUTTON. IF THERE WAS ANY CONFUSION THEN ASK ME. DONT JUST CLICK A TIRE THAT KINDA MATCHED WHAT I ASKED FOR. Of course everyone there just passed the blame. I will be sure to steer people clear of conducting business with Walmart Tire.

I came in early, was the first in line, and it still took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Vavoline will match their price if you show them a Wal-Mart badge. I will definitely choose somewhere else next time.

Every stop in here no matter the time of day and its ONE person working the check in area and at least 90 minute wait for even simple issue like a tire plug. Too many bad experiences with long waits for service and today took the last straw at 11am on a Tuesday and a line of people waiting at the counter 6 people long... with one associate!! I wont ever use Walmart Auto again. Worst!!

Never experienced such slow and unhelpful staff at any auto service center. There were no cars in any other bay, my truck was up on a jack with the wheels off, and there was not a single staff member in sight. Should have trusted the other bad reviews, this place is awful.Edit: 3+ hours to change four tires. At one point I literally had to go out and help them get the spare tire off. They almost put a new tire on the spare wheel. My mind has been blown. I don’t think any of the mechanics knew how to put new tires on a truck.

I get my oil changed here.. I never had an issue. They went as far as to help me on an issue outside work on a dipstick broke in my car.

No issues w/ how I was treated while there. However, an hour & a half wait for an oil change @ 6am was utterly ridiculous. I arrived shortly after 6 with 5 cars ahead of me. The money I saved made the wait worth it though.

Mark your tires make sure they rotate them and air them up ,plus they only vacuum half of my car ,and don’t bother complaining because they just make excuses about everything.But they can have 3 star only because they are better then Siloam Springs

So not to long ago I went to Walmart to get my car serviced. I was on my way home and realized that my car was over heating very bad. pulled over and realized that it was leaking oil due to them not putting the cap on all the way. I took the car back to the people who did the oil change and they said that it was not them . didnt Evan bother to review the situation. Needless to say 500 dollars came out of my pocket to fix the situation. Another thing they had done in this same visit of getting my oil changed was they somehow got the power switch to my seats stuck under the drivers side seat, PURE IGNORANCE. Causing my battery to continue to die every night because the switch was continuing to be on due to it being jammed under the seat. If I were you take it to a PROFESSIONAL not the boys at Walmart i have learned my lesson now. I guess if you dont care about your vehicle and want it destroid walmart is the best place to go. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Good to fixed tires and oil change

I dropped my car off around lunch time and waited for 4 hours before it was ready. Then I get in my car to find out that my wallet was missing. I told the clerk what had happened and not much work was done in effort to find it. Would rather pay the extra money to have my car worked on by a dealership verses the understaffed theives at Walmart.

Do not go! They will break your spare tire and ruin your trunk and not take responsibility! I wish I could put 0 stars.
