I am a serious cook of Asian cuisine and I’m new to Northwest Arkansas. I was making a dinner for four with five Sri Lankan dishes. I found absolutely everything I needed at World Food Mart, right down to fresh curry leaves. They even have those gorgeous pumpkins for my pumpkin curry (you can eat the skin on these pumpkins). So thrilled to have a store like this enabling me to indulge my Asian culinary skills. Great service too. Friendly and helpful. I will drive clear from Eureka Springs to come here. My green bean curry shown herewith. Thank God for immigrants and all the richness they add to our country.

I loved the shop. Neat and clean, organised properly. Bunch of ‘Desi’ stuff. They have some sweets and pastries. The fresh produce section is good. The veggies are nice and fresh. Other collection of grocery items are quite huge. They have some ‘halal’ chicken and goat meat section too, though I have not yet bought any meat from them. I loved the shopping experience and definitely going back.

This was my first experience with the online pick up ordering during this pandemic phase.I must say the store staff did very well. I had some questions abt the delivery update of my order. The lady at the counter explained me my order status very nicely. I just had to park my car, Call the store and they put all the stuff in the car trunk and closed it for me too. So it was no contact pick up.Store website is great.Friendly staff, great prices.Safe pick up. Very happy with my purchase. THANK YOU :)

I just left the store and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a desi store! I will never shop at this store again and advise everyone who reads this to do the same! This guys (likely the owner) refused to sell me 2 bags of flower. His reasoning was that he has to feed everyone and that I could only buy one of a particular * brand flower. He then tells me this is the policy. 1 bag for a family. So I was there with my sister and we live in separate home and he would not sell Me one and her one. “It’s just policy” he says. I ask to see the policy, he goes quite... I ask again..and he is quite again. I asked him that a customer is asking a question but he seems to not care but then says he will sell it to me. I tried to show him my ID earlier in the conversation but he did not want to see it but now asks me for it, along with my sisters. Then while my sister is looking for her ID, he tells me that he can’t wait for her to find the ID and that i would need to come back for the second bag. I tell him that there is no one in the store and that he can wait for a minute on a customer. But then he points to his laptop and says I have other work to do and that this was a waste of time. Unfortunately, common sense is not as common in this particular case. When you arbitrarily make up policies that are not posted and expect to tell your customers the police one at a time, the expectation is an argument. When you treat your customer with disrespect and lies you want them to shop somewhere else. I understand the hoarding that people are doing with various items. I have a family of 15 and 1 bag of 5kg flower lasts 2-3 days. I am also trying to feed my family. And so I ended up going down the road to INDIA MART and the owner was exceptional. I would recommend them any time.

Mr. Rajah was rude and combatant on the phone. He just hung up on me. He has a anger problem. Whoever the owner of this store is whom Mr Rajah does not know who - has to evaluate and educate the staff manning the store before it is too late to realize that employees like Mr. Rajah has been chasing regular customers away and sales have been on a descending slope. We don’t need to put up with your attitude and certainly don’t need your products. We have choices. And our choice is not going to be World Food Mart, period

My wife and I spent a couple of days in Bentonville and and ended up going here twice. The staff was really nice, and they have literally anything I could need for cooking Indian food, including things we just cant find where we live. And, their food truck items are awesome. Weve made our own samosas before, as well as having them at lots of Indian restaurants, but these were hands down the best weve had. So good we bought 14 samosas on the way out of town :)

Came here while on vacation for a couple of days. Selection of things not available to us is amazing. So good we went back with a cooler and ice to take some things home with us from the freezer section. Will definitely come back again...and again. Worth the couple hour drive JUST to come back here again.

Vegetables are not always fresh but for the rest of the items, its a good store. Their curd, idli and dosa batter is the best. chats are average. Atleast they have price tag for every item contrary to India Mart where price tags seem to be deliberately removed. The lady at the counter seem is very helpful.

This store is stocked with expired products.....always look at the expiry dates, if u are buying stuff from them. Their meat products are also unlabelled with no packaging date or sell by date. They sell in-house brand without any nutrition info. If u give any negative feedback to the owners, they are very rude and unapologetic for selling expired items
