Nice attitude from the cashiers very professional and attentive to your needs!!Well clean kept restrooms clean place overall with some great service that won’t disappoint i hope they keep it that way !!!

Rest rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. Parking lot was clean. Store was stocked and social distancing was being practiced.

You can expect this place to be full. Its just outside of Little Rock so its going to be busy. Showed up in the morning when most truckers are leaving and the lot was nearly full, about 5 spots left. Maybe not even that.Its walkable to so many places, restaurants, and even Kroger and Academy in case you need some supplies. Great stop. Ill definitely be coming here again when I get the chance.The inside of the store was pretty clean, too.I didnt use the showers here.

I had an issue at subway and Mrs. Jamie had helped me resolve the issue. Her customer service was great. She deserved the 5 stars

Gas, diesel and convenience store. Has plenty of snacks, coffee, hot dogs, contain drinks,beer and soda. Theres also a subway . They also have oil, fuses and other small parts. If you need or have a cb they have you covered .

If you stop here youve got to go over to tacos for life! Very friendly workers and even fresher food... it was a nice change from the usual truck stop food

I was running a tnt firework tent in the academy/ Kroger parking lot and had to stop by there numerous times a day/night for food,gas,showers, and more. I walked out of there every time with a smile on my face. Every employee there was polite,professional and serviced you with a smile on their face. The showers were emaculate.....

Very nice store, but I was shocked that a small cup of coffee was almost $2.00. I have traveled all over Central Arkansas and never paid that much for a small cup of regular coffee other than Starbucks. The restrooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly, and they have an amazing selection of necessities. Five stars.

The lady working screamed you just bought it! When a child knocked over some glass whatever it was. Rude and unprofessional not to mention the baby cried!

Lady told me that ALL the lots are paid parking, and made me pay 16 dollars for regular spot. Not cool.

They need to send the shower attendant home to get properly dressed, or at the very least get a belt or something to hold his pants up, no customer wants to see crack!!!!

There’s a really heavy set white lady working tonight at 9pm on a Friday (November (20th), SUPER rude. Wish I could say I haven’t been talked to like that by a gas station clerk, but this one still takes the cake. Didn’t even look up at me, and I could smell her from across the counter. Worst experience at a Pilot J, EVER. They’re usually great gas stations to stop at, in my experience, but NOT tonight. This lady needs to grow up!

The kroger next door makes this 5 stars its one of the biggest ones ive ever shopped at plus the showers are clean here

Soda fountain is really gross. Sprite started yellow dont know if maybe it was lemon syrup or something else. But these pictures themselves should say a lot more. Needs an inspection tried to tell an employee about the issues but they really didnt care.

It was 2am and still kept very neat and tidy and I felt very safe as well. Bathroom had a changing table and even had the seat in the stall I could sit her in so she didnt crawl away. Great gas station! 👌

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

This is a pretty decent truck stop. Only reason for less than 5 stars is because parking is extremely limited. Get here early or be left out. Also, no separate RV parking out front. Youll have to find a spot among the big rigs. And as said, the parking fills up quick.The adjacent service shop parking lot seems to serve as a defacto overflow. Just dont block their doors or access into the lot, and be ready to roll out first thing in the morning before they open.Facility is pretty clean. Workers are on the ball, and pleasant to interact with.Gasoline pumps are a bit tight and night be tricky for a large RV or if youre pulling a big trailer.Truck diesel lanes are fairly easy access.

Good gas station but the employees Do not respect the cdc guidelines by wearing their masks below their noses defeating its purpose. I wear my mask to protect you I feel like I deserve the same respect.

Its A Good Pilot, But Getting Out Of Pilot Back Onto The Street Is A Pain In The Butt With Cross Traffic To Deal With, Sometimes I Think There Should Be A Light Signal To Allow Us Truck Drivers To Get Out On Road Safely,!! & Thats Why I Put A 3 Star On Here, It Would Be Higher If That Part Was Taken Care Of, But It May Not Happen,!!

Our visit to Pilot was very refreshing. Dijon the guy at the counter was awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. He seem down to earth and very willing to be himself. A good old dose of southern hospitality

Pilot travel center has the best coffee on interstate also it is a very clean store and tge staff members are friendly they are very helpful with anything you may have questions about also Mrs Jamie the GM she is an amazing person always with a smile on her face.

Hard to get out of this one but good quick stop. Subway for quick sandwich on the go.

Always busy. But the cashiers are fast and considerate. They have slot of gas pumps which I love. Their merchandise is very reasonably priced. And the subway shop in the store is one of the absolute best in Arkansas.

Dont come here if you rely to get access internet. I pay premium internet and pay for parking every day at pilot or flying J. At this location I am very disappointed, call customer service line they tell me to call store manager have it reset. Which I did but was told is corporate issue not the store. I was told by customer service ,internet has been down for last 6days. really! This is a new millennium we truckers rely on internet. I always stay at pilot or flying J never have any internet connection except this place.

Really nice for a small Pilot. If your looking for parking be early and be lucky. For such a small lot I think they have too many pay parking spaces but thats just my opinion. Very clean store, lot and really nice people.

I like this pilot. Parking for trucks is small and they have paid parking which stinks. Restrooms are clean employees friendly. Good for quick eats and for small shopping. They have fresh coffee and fresh fruit to.

The staff was very courteous , but one in particular by the name of Billy W , he stands out among the rest. The gentleman was discipline , pleasant , helpful , generous , thats just a few words to describe him. A worker like that..anyone would love to have him in their establishment. Hes a big asset . I would go back there...just because of him.

Could use a few more stalls in a ladies restroom. The facilities were clean, the personnel courteous and friendly. Will be back when I am through this way again.

I was on and off between hotels and pilot for a month while looking for a place here.. thank you so much pilot on Alcoa you are awesome. Even though my circumstances wasnt great.. thank you

I go in for coffee. This store does not consider brewing freshness a consumer priority.They would benefit greatly by installing a brew on demand machine which is available in newer Pilots.

Its hell getting across traffic into the station.

This store is ridiculous. My husband is a truck driver. We reserved a shower & proceeded into the store. We waited,waited, & waited. Another driver had went to the front counter to find out what the hold up was.(He was also waiting !) There were 2 showers empty and we just needed them cleaned so we could get a shower & start our day. The lady at the counter told him that it would be just a minute. (It had already been 20 minutes for us & no telling how long he had waited before we came inside the store.) Another 15 minutes went by & the entire time my husband & the other driver had been walking back to the 2 empty showers to see if they had been cleaned. And of course they hadnt !! My husband went back up to the front counter and asked how long the wait would be from that point. He was told it would be alittle longer & that someone was back there cleaning them now. He walked back to the showers. No one was cleaning them. Less than 2 minutes later the showers came over the intercom that they were ready. My husband was furious when he walked back there & all they had done was thrown clean towels on the counter. Needless to say, we left without a shower & they still took our shower credit. Dont stop at this location to shower. You could catch something. We are switching back to Loves.

The store layout was very nice and easy to look through. The drink station and doughnut station was clean and both had nice varieties.The staff was efficient and courteous. Both of which were very much appreciated.

I drive over the road hauling freight everywhere. I came in at 1:45AM on May 1st to grab a shower after a long hard day on the road. The staff were very considerate and applogetic about the shortage of showers. They explained that the night busy and they got a little behind. They jumped right away and cleaned some up. My codriver and I said we would be happy with a shower clean or not.They stopped doing other duties to accommodate us to make sure we had clean hot showers. They deserve a break. Great people and great place. They took grumbling from other people on stride. I love Pilots. Always clean. This one deserves a return trip. The staff deserve raises for promoting a positive attitude for Pilot.

So tired of the Pilots and Flying J allowing trucks to park anywhere even where it says No parking. I wonder if management ever even walks around or does anything. So many drivers pay for reserved parking and all you have to do is just show up and park wherever you want cuz nobody will do anything.

Tight truck parking and an empty toilet paper roll looses a point for this place otherwise I love Pilot truck stops. Try the vanilla coffee with caramel syrup.

SUBWAY @Pilot on Alcoa!! I like this Subway location way better, at least here I know the food is fresher then going to a Subway where their food has been sitting out on ice/refer all day. Js 🤔😎

Good stop for travellers in Arkansas State. You wish to eat (do you remember movie bite to eat, eat to bite? Bite to eat, bite to eat.The Terminal)? It is like a small terminal. A lot of buses with hungry passengers, a lot of unfeeded cars. At the night I love these places. Little bit rumors, some of jokes and everybody knows he needs to go further.

I happened to stop in the middle of a small bus rush to get subway. there were a few hispanics getting sandwiches & the lady asked for spices & the manger yelled at her “OKAY WHAT KIND OF SPICES” the lady got so embarrassed she told them never mind. when it was my turn to order the lady making my sandwiches automatically was frustrated from the rush yelled at me that she couldn’t hear me. every question she asked me was with an attitude. when i asked for my sub toasted she said “well i hope so it’s kinda cold” which was not in a jokingly manner. by the time i was at the register the manager told me my total which wasn’t even my whole order. she got frustrated when i told her the person next to me was included.

Bad management here. Fiance applied here, got hired, but no hours. What gives?? A close friend also applied for the Subway at this Pilot, said she will get hired (so she could move from the other Subway she worked at), ended up hiring new people and proceeded to tell her they dont need her anymore. Coincidence? I think not.At one point in time, me and the fiance went in late at night. The cashier was really rude, telling us to get a room after we hugged, just like any other couple would do.EDIT: All of this happened in less than a year, not even 8 months. If this doesnt point out poor management, bad customer service, and not employee friendly; I dont know what will..Id rather go to the other Pilot near the Bass Pro Shop (outside of Bryant) to do my business with.. :/

Overall the store is fine. My problem is the lot lizards and the fact that the staff are aware of them yet they do not call the police. Lot lizards cleaning themselves up in the bathroom, using showers for their business with Jonhs, hanging around like they have a safe zone for their business. The staff is very well aware yet they do not do anything. There was a lot lizard hanging around inside last night wearing black jeans, red shirt, black and white high heals, shoulder length brown hair, diamond stud nose ring. Im told the staff sends the lot cleaning guy out to run them off, not his job so call the police! Im also told that the lot lizard sends men in the mens bathroom to write her cell number on the walls.

Truck stops are the unsung heroes of American retail. Good food, fuel, and a clean place to relieve ones natural functions are all offered here.

Its often a little slow, as it was this morning, but its due to the more complicated trucker transactions it seems. The place is always clean and has a good selection. Its our regular Sunday morning stop when we need gas or snacks. I like the Ranchero Steak Tornados, personally.

Super friendly staff. Freaked me out a bit with the guy using the womens bathroom. Shady group standing around my vehicle outside. Think they were part if the Greyhound bus stopped there. Coffee just okay. Best part of this stop was the friendly staff.

Lazy people working at subway.You’ll stand there saying “hello? Excuse me?” for several minutes& no one comes up even tho you can see people in the back prep area with the mirror they have on the wall. Eventually had to just yell “hello?” to get someone to come up to help& then got attitude from her the whole time.

One of the better gas stations in the area that I like stopping at for fuel and a refresher. I left IL and traveled to Houston, TX and McAllen, TX and would stop at a few Pilot centers when I could as they offer a lot of what I like. Cleaniless, options in food and drinks, and fuel. Looking forward to my trip back to IL.

Theyve had mold in the fountain drink machines for weeks now. Theyve been told about it since Feb 27th 2020 and still serve ice with speck of black mold in it.

Great experience and customer service. Come here often and its clean and well stocked.

For gas motor homes very hard to get in and out. Never went inside. Pump shuts off after 75 dollars which is very inconvenient.
