Very patient staff who answers all questions. Very clean and well organized store. Some contradicting info from reps but normal when making a big decision to switch carriers and obtaining lots of info. Staff certainly makes sure their service and joining their company is fully understood and benefits the customer.

Was lie to by the so called Manager james he said that I would not put down any thing to upgrade and after 2 hours he said so I lied you have to put down $400 to upgrade. What kind of managers does tmobile have? What happened to the Spanish guy they had last month. Stay away from this store trust me its for the best.

The store at Hurricane creek is great but having problems with TMobile had equipment that was to be returned but due to covid 19 could not get to it and Y mobile said that they would not charge me for a couple ofonths later boy did they lie!!! Charged me that same month the store gets 5 stars

Very nice experience at the Benton store. No pressure, pleasant atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff, especially Johnny and Chad. Best phone deals and plans around. Saved a bundle by ditching AT&T and cant wait for 5G to come out. Pay them a visit and check it out.

Activated in a different state and paid for all activations and SIM cards . My elderly mother needed a new SIM card because of the change and was denied any kind of service at this location. I had a representative call the store to explain the situation and had no luck with the management . They are more worried about a one time $10 charge then having loyal customers for years . I don’t recommend this store if possible

I will admit I was skeptical to change service providers. Justin provided excellent customer service and was also very knowledgeable about the products T-Mobile sells. The process was smooth, painless, and easy. I drove passed other T-Mobile stores to go specifically to The Benton location to see him. I was referred by a friend and made a friend in the process. The location manager, Andrew, had some insights on a few products that were realitively new and was very knowledgeable as well. Dillon stepped up and help get screen protectors on the new devices. It was really a community effort. I just want to say thank you for the exceptional service. Keep this up and you will be making customers for life.

I DO NOT recommend switching to T Mobile! In July, after a lot of research into phone carriers and cost efficiency, we decided to move our cell phone service to T Mobile. We have 6 lines and T Mobile appeared to provided the best bang for our buck. After switching two of our six lines in the store, I drove out of the parking lot and immediately had no service. In fact, on those two lines, there were very few places in the Benton area where we had service. I was told in the store that I should have good coverage and was shown a coverage map of the Benton area that was covered in magenta. After a week of no service, I switched our two lines back to AT&T. I returned the SIM cards to the T Mobile store and was assured that I would not be billed for anything. Since then I have received several bills from T Mobile, and each time I have called to explain the issue, I have been assured that my balance would be zeroed out. They have not done that and now this account has been turned over to a collection agency. Just a word of warning to all of you making the switch. They say I owe $70 for two lines for 1 week of service. Do the math, that equates to $300 a month for two lines! Save yourself time, money and frustration. DO NOT MAKE THE SWITCH! Additionally, the T Mobiles customer service is horrible! I have been disconnected twice and switched to numerous customer service reps during each of my phone calls. Customer service, transparency and honesty are not priorities at T Mobile.

Robert was my sales representative and he just went above and beyond for me. He told me about new products and promotions that I will be/am very interested in. He explained items and payments very well to my understanding. Great sales man, without adding pressure of unwanted buys. I had a wonderful experience with him at this location. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.

You know that “feeling” you get when you walk into a cellular store? Not this one! Excellent service from the minute you walk in. Johnny, Shaunte, Chad all went out of their way to present our options clearly and patiently. No pressure, they didn’t have to;T-mobile had the best plan to fit my families needs and budget. Go to this Hurricane Lake store if your thinking of switching!

BUYER BEWARESTAY AWAY from this store. Employee Justin legitimately stole the phone that I returned to the store. He was supposed to send it to the warehouse as it was a lease and they were to refund me $204. He never sent the phone. I got tossed back and forth between the customer service line and going in the store. They are shady. They are scheming. They are absolutely NOT to be trusted. They can and will commit fraud wherever they see it possible.DO NOT do business with this location. I’m not saying that T mobile as a whole company is bad however, the Benton location makes practice of taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.The customer service line specifically told me to stay away from this store location because it is under investigation.

Couldnt have had a better experience!! Johnny & Chad were AWESOME! They were down to earth, informative, super helpful, & BEST of all no high aggressive pressure sales. They were honest and went waaay outta their way to make sure we were comfortable & happy with our phones, the plans, and answered any and all questions we had. I think a lot of people are skeptical when switching phone services. Its because we all get the notion that they are all the same. Decided to come check things out at this location and was immediately helped by Kaelin. She is helping out at this store but is originally from a different location. Well Im definitely glad she was there. I couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. We have been with Sprint for 7 years and our bill has steadily gone up each time. Ive been wanting to switch for a long time. Verizon quoted us $300 to switch and weve already been with AT&T before Sprint. She was able to save us money, we walked out of the store with 2 new phones, screen protectors, and phone cases for less than $100. She even gave us her personal number if we ever needed her. Will definitely recommend T-Mobile to others. Kaelin, thank you for making the change so painless and making us feel welcome.

We got to the store 15 minutes before they opened, they opened the door and let us in! Andrew is amazing, and LaPorshiaand Marco are the perfect team players for him. Great customer service. The coverage area on the other hand is terrible. It shows all of f central Arkansas in a great area. Well thats not been the case with our phones. Little to no service at the house and even in Little Rock if your not by a door or window you get no service. They sent a booster for our house and we cant even get service on it at all!!! Gonna give them a call and see about returning these phones and switching back to a different carrier.

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had in a store. The reps were not knowledgeable, the coverage map was wrong and the prices were MUCH HIGHER than advertised! When I asked the manager why the salesperson told me the wrong price, he said because they havent looked it up today. He was unprofessional in his attitude and extremely unprofessional in his appearance. After this visit, Ill just stick with Sprint!

Let me start off first by saying avoid this store at all costs unless what youre asking for is a headache a waste of your time. I went in June to add a line and buy a new phone. The rep ended up opening a new account and doing a hard pull on my credit WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION. Went back to the store and the manager was so rude and unprofessional. He showed up 30 minutes late after I was suppose to meet him and essential told me that all of this was my fault. STAY AWAY from this store. Go to Little Rock. Youve been warned.

I came in to check out how much it would be get a phone and ended up getting 2 deviece for 20 bucks more monthly then what I qas paying at metro. Erica saved my life with getting me a new phone. The manager there Shauntae R. is extremely unethical. She stole or misplaced an iPhone my wife gave her when we switched from ATT and the Tmobile corp office is unable to do anything besides investigate the claims of all the other people affected by her that we have found. She not only did that but over promised us on the service and under delivered heavily(told us we had up to $800 to pay off our old service provider, we got a gift card for $89) LOL. The customer service is not only terrible but the cellphone reception as soon as you get 5 miles out of the city is non existent. BUYER BEWARE! Scammers at Tmobile, stick to ATT and Verizon so you know you will be taken care of if a situation arises. As soon as we pay off our overpriced samsungs from Tmobile we will switching back to ATT. Thanks for this nice phone, crappy service, and 2 huge bills to take care of T-Mobile! If I could have given them a 0 I would have. I should have known better when we were buying the phones and Shauntae manager says whatever happens just make sure you dont call corporate for anything, Ill lose some money if you do so only call my cellphone or the store phone. That is all! Sorry for the rant but people need to know

LaPortia helped me and was so patient. I took over two months to switch from verizon to tmobile. glad I have. she spelled out the cost. when i did change over, their store manager helped me and was sooooo patient. theyve answered every question. got a note4 with totaql monthly plan being way less than verizon. also am getting wifi cell spot to have wifi at home for no cost! thats saving me $50 month there also! a small difference in quality coverage. not enough to worry about.
