Wouldnt return there if you paid me. I bought 4 pairs of shoes online for buy 1 get 1/2 off. Was going to return 2 of the pairs of shoes and buy several more pairs of shoes and some socks. When I tried to return the shoes, they said I had bought my 4 pairs of shoes at buy one get 1 free and since I was only returning 2 pairs, I was not due a refund because those shoes were free. I tried to show them I did not get buy 1 get 1 free, but had gotten b1g1/2 off so I should at least be due the 1/2 off that I paid but they were too busy cursing at me to listen. I walked outside and called their customer service number and asked what to do and the lady agreed I was due the 1/2 off price I’d paid as a refund and she told me to go back in the store and she’d talk to the manager at the store. After several minutes of the manager cursing at the customer service lady too, the customer service lady told me to leave the store and she filed a complaint on the store and got me my refund. Good corporate customer service, LOUSY local store. During the hour I was in the store trying to show the employees why they weren’t reading the receipt right, these employees were rude to literally every single other person in the store. I did not see one happy customer there. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the Little Rock location!

They refused to open the store on Saturday!! The employees where inside but wouldnt open the doors!! It was 2 hours after opening hours posted on the door

I would not even give this a rating of 1 honestly. I own Whites Lawn Landscaping I took my employees in to get shoes for the job. With the intention of spending several hundred dollars, they couldnt even allow a customer to use their restroom? So I decided that my employees and I would take our business to TOPS SHOE STORE.

On July 3rd at 4 pm, my sister (who has MS) brought a basket from outside the store into this store. It was a small TJ Maxx cart that she used to balance herself. She wanted to find a comfortable pair of shoes because her feet were hurting so bad. As we entered, a clerk screamed across the store that she couldn’t have the cart inside the store. I explained the situation as delicately as I could and the clerk looked at another person who was at the counter. This other person was the manager who yelled “You can’t have that in here.” I responded with “Then you can’t have my business.” Then she responded with “That’s ok.” This embarrassed my sister.The next day I called to report the incident. I spoke with another manager. She acted like I was wasting her time and spoke with other people while I was on the phone trying to explain the situation to her. At the end of our conversation, she just said “ok.”That isn’t how you treat someone with disabilities. I will NEVER buy shoes from this place.

First visit and last. Only people in store my family. Clerk told me I must wear a mask. Even after explaining my medical issues she insisted. There is no mask mandate and if this i required by the store i know why the store was empty.

It was and amazing experience awesome sales going on and the two ladies that work here are so pleasant they prayed with myself and my daughter n law I am greatly appreciative of them and we will be returning

Cant say for all the staff, but some of them cant calculate math, and some of them are just rude.All in all, an inconsistent visit. Didnt even get to go inside because they have a 10 max occupancy rule. There were 6 people inside, and they told us when 2 leave, 4 can enter. 🤷
