Joe was incredibly helpful and nice! He assisted me with windshield wiper and headlamp replacement. He explained the process and showed me how to do it. He definitely made my day!

Great experience, Joe greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We needed a battery for our vehicle remote, he took the remote opened it up grabbed the battery and switched it out. Joe was extremely helpful and we would recommend your store to everyone. One of the best auto parts stores shopping experience I have ever had. Very friendly service. I needed a wiper blade for my F250. The young man offered, before I could ask , to install it for me. Im short and need a ladder/stool for the F250. He installed very quickly. Plus, AutoZone gives a veteran discount. 5 star experience!!!

Ordered parts here on 3 seperate occasions never once have i recieved the correct part. Twice they shipped it to Oklahoma then told me my part was in while it was in another state. Bought a fuel filter the other day and again they gave me wrong part cant return it cause reciept got wet they wonna give store credit only and link it to an identification card so only i can spend it. Wouldnt be a problem if they sold me the correct parts. The only auto parts store ive ever been to that im 100% guarenteed to get the wrong part every time i go.

Not very friendly wouldnt do a diagnostic on my car the said they are not allowed to get in my car cause of covid and she was going to make me do it myself with there machine and so I went to Orileys and they did one with no problem they didnt even get in the car. I mean I understand but they were going out to customers cars and working on them and neither employee or customer had a mask standing side by side.and they were touching stuff customers had touched I mean come on now the the mask mandate is not in force anymore and yall were this strict before then so why now.and not to motion Im handicap and cant hold it and do these test with my hand

Absolutely terrible! Aaron (your “manager”) is rude and doesn’t clearly like his job. He doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about and doesn’t want to make your company money. I will never recommend anyone to AutoZone in Benton. O’Rileys in Benton is the place to go!

Guy literally told me to super glue the hose on the end of the check valve to stop the vacuum leak. Yes super glue....I said what? He told me I could pick some up from Walmart. Never again AutoZone, never again.

There is a young vibrant female that works in that location that is always so sweet to me. It’s nice seeing a woman that knows what she’s talking about in the automotive world. She’s always so helpful and friendly. I choose this location even though I live in Bryant. And, I could chose advanced or any other auto parts store, but I choose this one because she makes me feel special. Kudos to her!

This place is where I recommend all my friends and family to go. The employees there have a smile on their face as soon as you walk in ; eager to help you. They are also are very knowledgeable. A+ Reba was my last customer service representative and I have had similar experiences with other employees. Great place! I will definitely be back to see them again.

Absolutely amazing people at this location. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an issue and were working on our vehicle in the parking lot and one of the employees brought us drinks (that he had for himself inside) because of how hot it was (so sweet!). Also the manager and several of the other employees helped us out. I wish this AutoZone was close to our home, simply because of how wonderful the manager and employees are!

This is my go-to store, not just because it’s convenient but the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. A military veteran works at this location named Reba. She’s always more than happy to help find parts and offer advice. Reba is not only an asset to this location in my hometown but an asset to the AutoZone company and brand.

A lot of knowledgeable people that know there stuff, at least the ones worth talking to are. One of the younger guys doesnt have much in the way of customer service skills. Usually cheaper than Advance Or Oreillys although its always best to price shop.

Explanation for my review the other dayTry training your employees how to drive. Its illegal in Arkansas to drive while on your phone. Had a loved one die from someone like that. The person who did it I saw leaving the store and getting into a vehicle was a skinny female wearing black leggings and a grey shirt with arm tattoos. She drove by so fast I didnt catch what was on the yellow sticker. Is it a number? If so is it the same for all the vehicles? Because I can just get it that way to report her. Shes going to kill someone because she got in the seat while texting and even drove like that without paying much attention to in front of her and looked like she almost swiped someone even. If this is how all your employees drive you need to retrain them or do something else about this.

Where I got my parts and they honor their warranties

I personally would not recommend going here. They know what they are talking about yes, but they will do you wrong if they made a mistake. I bought a set of plug wires from them and later that night when i went to put them on, they were used wires. Honest mistake i thought, so i went back there and they said i did that and its my fault that some of the wires were melted in areas and used. I had to argue for 2 hours to get my replacement wires which were still used! To make it worse this was the store parts manager that did it!
