Great service - friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the paint, but not the prices... You cant beat the performance of their outdoor paints!

Because of the freeze in Texas, they are out of a lot of products. But what I didn’t know was, cheaper products work just as well as the expensive ones they want you to buy. I was told to come back because only this one block would work for me. Came back when I was told and nope, no product. So now I’m told I can use the contractors brand which is cheaper. Came back a week later and they are out of that now too. Now, they have an even cheaper brand that willWork. All they showed me is with their expertise, they try to sell you and tell you only about the more expensive products. Headed to Lowe’s.

The personal service at this store is u paralleled. Tom is an expert in selecting just the right tone. His product knowledge of each type of paint was extremely helpful. I have never had such informed service When selecting paint.

Glad your moving! I like SW paints but hate going to downtown Saint Joseph. Sherwin-Williams offered curb side service and over the phone ordering. Quick, easy, and all I had to do was pay over the phone and call once I arrived outside the store. Paula came out with the paint immediately and with a smile. Completely safe and completely satisfied with the experience!

Tom was extremely thoughtful and helpful. We couldn’t be happier. He explained all the details and made us confident about our choice. We would have never gotten that type of attention in a big chain store.

You had what I needed. You mixed my paints right away. They were on sale. The person who helped me could see I wasnt walking well, so she carried my paints to the car. Thats as good as it gets.

Went to get some information about paints on 21 of September 2018 around 6:pm.The person at the counter was the least helpful. He was not rude but just didn’t seem to care or want the bussiness. My wife and I were surprised as this shop is in downtown which is the tourist hub and they should have a salesperson who knows how to interact with people. We wanted to buy a particular brand and would have bought it from this shop but decided against it due to the least amount of interest shown by the salesperson and the least amount of information provided to us. We are not experts so all we wanted was some feedback from the Sherwin Williams store! I do hope that the person was tired or we caught him at a wrong time.

Very helpful. The associate worked with me to find the appropriate rebate for the paint. The color match was very good.

Sherwin Williams is the best paint and the only paint I know of that brings professional results. The rest of the paints are an expensive study in frustration—some are better than others, but none match. One coat of Sherwin Williams is equal to many coats of other paints. In the end it isnt any more expensive than the cheaper paints that require so many coats and fiddling around with, to get them right—which they never really achieve.

The service was quick and associates were knowledgeable, with excellent color selection and quality.

The sales person was very helpful in solving a problem I had with a paint color I had already used and suggested color matching and it turned out perfect.

The customer service was great. They had a 40% off sale and did not have the paint type that i needed in 5 gallon pails . They ordered it for me at the sale price and called me when it came in. I saved nearly $700.
