I am always impressed with the friendly staff here. It was well staffed and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly - it sure seems like they dont mind being there. I hope it means the company treats them well - they are all great!I especially enjoy stopping by when they have the baby chickens 🐣🐥. I cant resist the cute!We also picked up two of the most adorable rabbits a few weeks ago - they keep getting cuter!Love this place!

Great place. Bought a generator pretty much over the phone and I went there got it,, load it up no problem in-and-out easy as pie! They have everything we need.

We were looking for a steel dump cart and the employee who helped us was outstanding. Her name is Sunshine and she didnt have exactly what we were wanting, so she found a store in Niles that did and had them hold one so we could pick it up. It is such a rarity anymore to actually get such great customer service from someone who seems happy to be able to help you.

First time in this store I was graded properly by a super friendly person/lady and she was a lady indeed I showed her a filter for my tractor mower she said of course we have what you need guaranteed over there by aisle 8 sure enough there it was check out was a little slow but five stars for everybody in all the inventory in the store you can never have too much

Family Farm & Home offers a great selection of items, as well as some specialty/farm tools that are often difficult to find anywhere else.There animal feed is very reasonably priced as well.

This location always has a great selection on everything from clothing, boots, horse feed, tools, etc. If we need it, its here. Competitive pricing. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I prefer Berne brand over Carhartt, and Im really glad that they carry their products and that they are often times on sale! I wish we had one of these in South Haven, but the 30 minute drive isnt that bad to get here. 5/5 stars recommend.

Some of the new cashiers are ignorant at math. They dont have employees to help customers. The store was cleaner and you actually got help when the tall black man worked there a year ago. He was the nicest and most helpful guy thats ever worked there. Its gone totally down hill since.

Usually always have what I need or know where to direct me to get what I need. Always has information about what supplies i would need for certain animals or have a staff member who would be able to help when I have a question about any livestock I have.

We frequent this place. If you need anything for your animals you can usually find it, but some employees dont know what things are if you ask about them. The cashier was very friendly, and did a great job even though she was busy.
