The people working there dont seem to know what they are doing. They arent very helpful either. Ive went in there to pay my phone bill becuz I didnt have a credit card at the time and its always a hassle.

Went in to get some assistance to get new iPhone to trade in our old iPhones The doors are locked we called in since there was a phone number posted on the door but the store was “maximum capacity” although there was only two workers in there stop being lazy and actually do your job if you don’t want too quit that simple. very rude

I went into the AT&T store in Benton Harbor and had the most amazing experience in customer service, the sales people greeted you right as you entered.. and were so helpful.. I am terrible with technology and they made me feel so comfortable, explained everything they were doing, I highly highly recommend them!!! I will tell everyone I know!!!
