Terrible customer service, was told theyre waiting on us so they can go home. We were thinking of purchasing a 3k dollar sectional. So we left. I then purchased a recliner because they had the best price, told it would he here by the 3rd October, called and was told it would be November. Ill avoid this place

My mom was looking for a recliner. she couldn’t go to the stores looking as she broke her hip. she bery specific requirements, it had to rock, her feer had to touch the ground and the footrest has to be have the bridge (solid, no gap between the footrest and the chair), it needed to match her living room. I came in talked with the crew, we found the perfect march for everything my mom wanted. thank you so much for your help and patience. i took the chair home that day. my mom loves the chair. she said it was every thing she was looking for.

They ✔in from time to time, then were available to answer questions when we were ready. Itll be 6 week wait for our furniture but we were told about that right up front so it was no surprise. Im very happy with our shopping experience.

Recently purchased a new bed from here. We got a firm, which works for me but not my husband now. Its hard to tell if something is going to end up working out from only laying on it for a few minutes. But it is what it is and were making it work. We had great service and the staff was very helpful in telling us about all of the different mattresses. I will say that we were ready to buy that day and bring one home. They do not have them in stock, so you will have to wait. If you dont have a problem with that, this is a great place to go and buy a new bed or any furniture. They offer quite a lot.

Went to Slumberland to buy a recliner. We were met by a very friendly sales lady named Kay. She took the time to help us find just the right chair, and explained all the buying and delivery options. We liked her and her ideas so much that we also bought a dining room table and a console. If you’re looking for furniture in the St Joseph area, stop in to Slumberland and ask for Kay!

This place is the worst. I bought a couch from them on Halloween that I fell in love with. Was told I would get it sometime in January. It didnt get delivered until the middle of February and it was broken. I called their customer service told them I want a new couch. Was told had to have a technician come out but it wouldnt be until April 1st. Kept getting calls that our time was getting moved back because of him being behind. He the call at 9pm to tell me he is 30 minutes away. I had to cancel and my husband lost a day of work. Next day I called customer service again and she said that she put it in for a new couch but when I called the store was told that it wasnt on there. So now I have a broken couch and they are not doing a thing. They only care about the $$$ not the people.

Purchased a reclining sofa and chair. Slection was very good, and sales was informative, but not pushy, allowed us to take our time to really shop. The Service Staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definenitly be shopping at this store in the future.

I was impressed with both the selection and service offered at Slumberland Furniture in Benton Harbor.Anyone could spend hours looking through all the furniture they have on display, not to mention all the other furniture they can order for you.They offer bedroom outfits, living room furniture of all types, and they offer a fairly extensive mattress department that includes Tempur-Pedic mattresses.The environment is very relaxed, no store associates ever made me feel pressured or uncomfortable in anyway and would give as much space and time as was necessary.I would recommend anyone go to Slumberland Furniture if you are in the market for good quality furniture at reasonable prices.

I have shopped around for a dining room table now for months! Online and in stores. Slumberland has best quality for the price!

I went into the store initially to look for a lamp for my father, however I had also been looking online for a loveseat-sized sofa bed for his apartment. The salesman, Jeff, was very helpful and directed me to all the places where I could see both lamps and sofa beds. When I asked if there was anything in the clearance room he knew the stock and did have one available. He gave me a nice discount on it, to boot.The delivery charge was going to be $60, which was a little more than I wanted to pay. I got some friends to come help me pick it up in a pick up truck and the guys at the loading dock were exceptionally helpful. They had wrapped it in plastic and even loaded it onto the truck for us.Overall I was highly satisfied with the service and assistance that I received here. They appear to have a great selection on the floor and offered to order anything I wanted. I would go back to this store.

Prices are reasonable, furniture was delivered in a matter of days and the delivery men were great. All the employees i dealt with were very professional, polite , knowledgeable.I will purchase from Slumberland in future because it was no hassle and responsive to my requests.

Very disappointed with this store in Benton Harbor Mi. Order my daughter and bed from there and was told it would take a month to arrive I called on the day it was supposed to be here and was told it would be anther month. I asked for a refund an was told it will take 10 business days to get a check in the mail when I paid in cash. I will never go there again.

Overall the sales person was knowledgeable about the products, but she pulled down her mask multiple times to talk to me, didnt maintain distance and as I was leaving touched my shoulder during a pandemic.

Lovely displays and quality furniture, but more expensive than Schroeder Furniture, and the salesman was very snooty.p.s. we purchased 2 recliners and a sofa elsewhere. You lost the sale Mr. Snootypants salesman.

I had a fantastic experience today at slumberland furniture!! Marty who is the assistant store manager helped me. He has helped me before when I was purchasing a couch and a chair and a table. I was very pleased with his service then and with my purchases which is why I came back to slumberland needing a recliner. Also having surgery in less than two weeks so I cannot wait for one to come from the warehouse necessarily because I kind of need it right away. I explained all this to Marty and after I looked at several chairs that were quite a bit over my budget, Marty found the perfect chair for me and knocked the price down to a great deal. I spent a little more than I wanted to, not much, but I got a really fantastic chair and it’s coming on Wednesday with no delivery charge as my brother can get it in the house 😊 Great job Marty, once again, I will definitely come back to you for any needs in the future!!

Was able to get In find what I needed and get out. Needed a mattress protector and they had them with 10 year warranty. Kinda pricey but I needed it today before the grand baby would be sleeping in the big girl bed. Sales person was very helpful.

They always treat me decent. They can never have things available for same day pickup though, which lost them over $1000 sale this time.

Stopped in on a whim to see what they had in the line of TV stands, and found what we were looking for immediately. Ended up buying a curio cabinet also. Kevin was absolutely great in directing us, but left us alone to make our decisions with no pressure----loved that! He didnt hover, but made himself available to us for any questions/assistance we required. The choices and quality of products offered make it a favorite for our needs.
