These guys are VERY knowledgeable and FAIR! I’ve taken several cars to them recently for repairs and it’s always quality work for a fair price. They helped me diagnose some other concerns I was having with my suspension too! Can’t say enough about Muffler Man.

Muffler man did an amazing job on my 1992Gmc pickup truck and they didnt notice a problem that they should have fixed the first time but when I told them about the problem they immediately stepped up to the plate and took full responsibility and fixed the problem and did some extra work and did not change me. Thank you muffler man for your integrity and honest work 🤗

WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLES BACK HERE SINCE DAVE LEFT!!!!!!! I have trusted this place with all of my vehicles for 4 yrs. The past two visits have been horrible. The 1st to last visit I had my truck towed there (they said they could fix the issue) and they called me 4 days later to tell me they couldnt fix the issue so I had to pay to have it towed to another shop. Then on Oct 12th I had my car towed there for a broken ball joint. Because they didnt have a lift available they had the tow truck driver just drop the vehicle in the parking lot. I called Thursday and they told me since they cant get it on a lift and its not drivable they have to work on it in the lot. Called again today( oct 19th) and they stated they are having issues because they tried working on it but customers are complaining that their jacks and the car is in the way. Car has been sitting for a week when I was told originally it would take 2 days tops. So now I have to pay for a double tow again on top of already having to have a rental for over a week now!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Fantastic place. They fixed me up for a fair rate 3 months ago. My exhaust system broke again today, but in a different place, and when I found out it was the muffler I remembered I had a warranty from Midas. The guy told me I should definitely get it fixed at Midas.Yes, this is basic human decency but (except for warranty repairs of that warranty-covered muffler) they get all my business from here on out.Meanwhile, Midas is charging me double what I paid for labor three years ago...

I took my car to M and they wanted $700+ for an leaky exhaust. Since the car would be junked at the end of the year, I just couldnt phantom paying that much. Brought it here, repair were $209. They are quick turnaround - and courteous! I love the fact they arent attempting to get over on you with unnecessary repairs and hidden high labor costs. 4 stars - its very smokey in there 😬 But for the service Ill suffer through second hand smoke.

On this date 3-13-20, they opened up at 8:10! Daughter got there at 7:30 n was first in line under a honor system😑 Left to McDonalds came back n someone else’s car is inside when they where after us! Then promptly getting it inside after realizing we are back they said they couldn’t fix it cause something was bent? Went to Midas and paid more than what she wanted but they fixed it! Sorry !This place used to be a nice reliable place that was trustworthy. It’s questionable right now.

Such amazing service!!! Highly recommended. Have trusted Curtis and the crew with 3 different vehicles from 16 to 5 years old. This time they repaired my 2015 Pruis with a seized rear caliper. Charged $0 to give an estimate. Finished hours earlier than expected, replaced a part that was weakened to prevent future issues, and still cost nearly 60% less than the dealership quoted me (for some aftermarket parts even). I dont feel like Im going to be conned because Im a woman. How refreshing!!! Dont let the lack of shiny new fixtures in the waiting area turn you away. Fair prices with excellent, knowledgeable, and honest technicians beats plush waiting room anytime!2/21/2020 Yet again, the crew at Muffler Man exceeded my expectations!!!! My son took the car in and they took a look. It was a busted bolt. They repaired it and wouldnt let him pay!! Most companies would charge $35 or so for taking a look at it, but not this AMAZING AND BEYOND FAIR company!!! If you dont go here, youre wasting you money!!!!

Always considerably less charge than quotes I receive elsewhere. I have found Dave to be honest and forthright. I trust them to be fair and do good work. Only downside is they do not take appointments and because they are extremely busy it can be hard to get work done unless you drop it off for a day or two, or arrive at 8 am to get on that days list.

I went in for a problem he helped me and didnt even charge, now they will be my first stop when i have a problem. Take my money.

These guys are awesome. Dave fixed my loud muffler. It only needed a clamp, so it was cheap and faster than I could walk to Jimmy Johns. I used to go to the one in Mt. Pleasant, MI all the time for all kinds of work.

Best muffler man around. I have a muffler man in my town that I dont use and travle 30 mins because of their prices and their lack of customer service. This place has great management and employees that work hard to get cars in and out the shop.
