5-Star service department. I was passing through the area when I had an unexpected repair that needed to be made. I got there first thing in the morning and even though they were short staffed on this day and I did not have an appointment they managed to squeeze my truck in for repairs.The staff could not have been friendlier. The service manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.The repair took all day but it was a big job. They had all the needed parts on hand.I would highly recommend their service department for anyone in need of repairs.

Took my car into service for an oil leak.Like all places, they are suffering from staffing issues but were able to fix it the same day. It was a pretty extensive repair and they made sure to get it covered under my warranty. Wait up in the dealership lobby - much more comfortable and open. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Buyers Beware. My mom traded in her 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 18,000 miles in Excellent condition and they only gave her 20k for it. She leased it from them in 2018 and when her lease expired, she paid the remaining balance. The guy told her he gave her 20k because that was what she paid off minus the taxes. What happen to how much the car is worth? According to Kelly Blue Book, the traded in value was around 31k. What she paid DOES NOT have anything to do with it. She ended up purchasing a black 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 59 miles for over 49k, but a so call third party website has it 43k. Unfortunately I could not be there with her because I live in California. They fast talk you and take advantage of older women who come in there by themselves. She was there for 5 hrs just to buy a truck!! RIDICULOUS!!

Great car buying experience! My salesman, Brandon was very accommodating and professional, and I love my new car! Pricing was fair, staff was very friendly and professional.Leaving 4 stars because I was unhappy about waiting for an hour with a 3 year old after I paid for the car because there is only 1 person out of the 8 people I saw in the building that could finalize my purchase. I understand policies, but, this just seems kind of ridiculous to me.Definitely recommending this dealership to buy from, just come early!

The vehicle I was interested in was not on site at the time but once it arrived Sally had it detailed and delivered to me for a test drive the next morning. She was very detailed in going over all the options the car offered with me. Once we decided to purchase the process was quick and easy. This is the second Truck I have purchased from Brookfield, The entire staff from Demetrius Sloan, salesman, all the way to financing the entire experience was amazing,swift and enjoyable.What makes me come back is the enjoyment of NOT being pressured into something less than what I was looking for the management searched to find the EXACT vehicle I was looking for including the color, one cannot ask for better service than that.I will continue using Brookfield and Demetrius Sloan for all vehicles I require in the future.

I would avoid the service department. I am currently getting my vehicles brakes fixed for the third time in ~15 months, this time at a different shop. I purchased the car from this dealership, the brakes needed to be replaced after fewer than 20k miles following the purchase. A few months later, one caliper fails and needs to be replaced. Apparently, they did not think to check the other caliper, as these are typically recommended to be replaced in pairs, and low and behold, the other has now failed. They didnt even inspect the other side for whatever reason. Also, with fewer than 63K miles on the car, this is well within the typical lifespan of normal brake calipers, so I am unsure how this was missed/not fixed properly the first time. I am waiting to hear back from the service manager to express my extreme frustration with the quality of service.

I was in a horrible accident on a Friday and by Saturday, I had a new vehicle through Brookfield. Tayler Turonek was super friendly, accommodating, and made the entire experience very fun! She was able to get me into a great vehicle at the price I wanted. After purchasing the vehicle, I decided I did not want the extended warranty. Rob in the finance department was very understanding and was able to take off the warranty with no questions asked. He was nice, professional, and made the financing quick and painless. I am 100% happy with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and are very happy with it!

Great dealership and Jon was great and easy going! Gave me the space I needed to think on whether I wanted the vehicle or not, even let me test drive for the weekend! Not many dealerships now and days will let you do that, *cough* michiana *cough cough*. Gave me any and all info I desired about the vehicle(unlike michiana thatll hide it till you buy it). Didnt end up with the vehicle but it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone :)

The experience with Jonathan Ingels & Brookfield has probably been the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had (and we buy a lot of vehicles for us and our business, this is our fourth vehicle purchase this year). The customer service I experienced was every bit of outstanding. The initial contact was quick and the follow through with financing was absolutely amazing. Driving home from Michigan back to Florida my truck broke down. No idea where I was I stayed at a hotel for the night since I was able to limp to the closest dealership I could find. I pulled my truck up at 830 am and explained my situation and how badly I needed to make it home. Hands down the absolute best service staff I’ve ever dealt with. This pertains strictly to the lying, deceitful service center at the dealership. I want to preface this by saying, I had no intention of writing this review, until people kept reaching out to me to ask how my service was.TLDR: Reported to the Better Business BureauI was given the runaround for just under a week for 3 repairs I brought my truck in for. I never received a quote in writing, or any information about the diagnostic process they go through to fix the items you requested to be fixed. I was told it would be $1,700+ to replace my brake lines and power steering lines, after being told it should be around $500 for just the brake lines. When I requested the work not be performed, I was met with a $230 diagnostic fee. Im not sure what they diagnosed, but they told me nothing else about the truck than what I had told them already. The extremely rude service manager, Michael, gave me a deal and cut that cost in half for me. Nowhere on my invoice does it mention a diagnostic fee. They charged me $116.22 in labor for a repair they never made. Im ashamed to have fallen for their tricks again, but I can promise, it will never happen again. I highly recommend staying away from this place for any kind of service on any vehicle...dont even get me started on their oil change scam...but if youre looking to buy a car, Tonys a great, standup dude. He can find a better place to sell cars.

Jon Ingels and the rest of the team were very pleasant to work with. I didnt have great luck with my local MOPAR dealership and decided to make the drive up to check out if these guys were any different. I was met in the parking lot with the vehicle in question already running with the AC on. I took it for a test drive, compared the numbers to what was previously discussed and everything added up. Other dealerships were being extremely shady and wouldnt even tell me the total cost of ownership. Brookfield was different.I cant speak for anything besides the leasing process, but I have no complaints so far. Id recommend them for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Jon!

We took our 2008 Jeep into Brookfield to have an electrical problem looked at. They told us the starter was the cause of our problem and that it was old and needed to be replaced. Neither of those things were true evidently. Many mechanics have told us since then that the starter could not have been the problem and it was only 3 years old. They also said the oil pan was bad and needed to be replaced. I did see rust on the pan but not knowing a lot about that sort of thing I dont know if it was surface rust or if there was actually a hole in it. We never saw any oil leaking out. My husband asked to see the oil pan but they wouldnt show it to him. Said it was already down off of the hoist. We took them at their word (big mistake) and had it replaced. But he told them he wanted to see it after they took it off. When I went to pick it up the mechanic was told to take a picture of it so my husband could see it. He refused and said he had cut it up. He was then asked to take a picture of the bad spot and said he couldnt because he had cut through it. We complained and were called FOUR days later and were told we could see it. Really!! how do we even know if it is ours. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and do not know about automotive repair. They charged us a huge labor fee and we feel that we have been lied to and ripped off! They refuse to refund our money so I am trying to make people aware. Brookfield is not an honest company, so beware!

And Berger Chevy of grand Rapids they let me pick a car and went from there. They didnt tell me there was only one to choose from. WORST dealership experience ever. After the dealership was unable to accept our pre-approval from Capital One financing (for reasons that were never explained to us), we got the run around. The salesman was no help. I called many times to help push the process along and was made to speak with someone different each time. In the sale agreement paperwork they tried to include an after-market warranty that we did not agree to. Within 6 months of purchasing the vehicle it is showing signs of rust that appear they were painted over for the sale and other mechanical problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Fantastic experience! Tony P. really took time to get to know what I needed and wanted in a vehicle, came up with an excellent suggestion, walked me through the whole process and made sure that I was informed about every step, and I ended up buying that vehicle for a great price! Everyone was very friendly and professional, there were no excessive delays and even though I have some credit issues, they made sure I got a very fair financing deal on a used Dodge Journey that is absolutely perfect for me. I couldnt be more impressed with the team here, they clearly take pride in their jobs and do the best they can to help their customers make a good deal. My brother just purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from here. The advertised price was $6,150. They charged my brother a 76% mark up FOR THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK! NOT INCLUDING FINANCE CHARGES!!! How can a company price gouge a vehicle simply because the customer is desperate. This cant be legal. You advertise on the vehicle that the price is $6150 but because a certain customer is purchasing that said vehicle, you gouge the price of that vehicle to $10.8k!!!????

The staff was extremely friendly - making us feel so comfortable in one of our biggest car purchases to date. My husband knows much more about cars than I do. My truck was towed there your store due to a different dealer loosing my truck in there lot and giving me a run around. I talked to Jollene and she was the best. Thru this hole issue I was 700 miles away at home as the truck broke down on vacation. Other then it took 30 days to find the coolant leak issue and make repairs I found there service great. Kelly the service manager was great as well. I did have 1 issue that I had when I picked up my truck. The shop tech stated I had a clunking noise in the front. I never had it before. As we drove home to was there and grew louder and more often. I took my truck to my Ram dealer and they found 1 cab bolt missing and 1 finger loose. The cab was removed for engine repairs. I was charged for the hardware as it was not a warranty but a call to Kelly and they reimbursed me the cost of the cab mount work. Great service provider.

My experience with Brookfield was very eventful. I had a car there due to an recall. Which we clearly receive notices that there was a recall on . But end up paying for the recall. I hadn’t heard anything from them for about month and a half with no communication. Finally after calling trying to find out something about the car the employee I had be talking to quit . So now I’m talking to an employee who knows nothing about the situation and didn’t even know where the car was. Days later the service person by the name of Shawn called he found the car and we began talking back and forth about the car. Now we talked about different situations going on with the car so every time he call told me something was wrong I told him fix it or I do it later. Now we at the point where they were going to check out why the car was running rough couldn’t find why unless they run all these test that cost 500 to unforeseen prices . Since I didn’t agree now they continue to run with the car could not be moved because it might have a broken this and this might happen. No communication again or the person is out. When I get a call from Shawn he now tells me my manager want you to move the car and pay your bill my response is ok no problem next thing I know I’m getting a certified letter. So I called talk to Shawn to arrange pick up day I tell my manager. Come pick up car had a coupon to use on the services I received was told couldn’t use the coupons the case was closed and I couldn’t use the coupons paid the bill and went to move the car. Now the car will not start remember now I bought brand new battery to put in the car. They know they where wrong in their actions that they kept coming out to us asking is there something they could do. I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue here, and the experience was about as painless as buying a car can be. I really am not a fan of car buying, but I was able to get all the information I needed through email, and there was absolutely no pressure or surprises during the sale itself. Nobody tried to push me into buying today or buying something that was less than or more than what I was looking for. This day in age it is a great to know that Don still values his buyers and understands that if it wasnt for us he would be another statistic. About March April of 2015. I was looking for a vehicle and found a 2008 ford escape at Brookfield ( used ). And they offered me a power train warranty. Which I thought was a good idea. Then not even 2 weeks into owning the vehicle I start having transmission issues. So I take it in for them to fix. And Im out a vehicle for 2 months while they fix it. I finally get my escape back. Then about 4 months after that. I through a rod in my engine. Not do to lack of maintenance. So once again I take it in to be fixed and at first they where going to fix everything until they find out Im a firefighter and they tell me that voids my contract with them so I get screwed out of $4,000. I will never buy another vehicle from them again. And they sold me the contract and knew I was a firefighter. I guess the lesson learned is to read the fine print and never trust any sales person.

I’m only giving 5 stars because that’s as high as it will go. In 2014 I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tony Polley. My husband and I were so impressed with the way he dealt with us that in February of this year, we purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from Tony. He spent many hours with us making sure we got the vehicle we wanted. I sent my niece and her husband in to see a Tony last night and they came away very satisfied with how Tony treated them with the purchase of their new Dodge. If you’re looking for a vehicle and you want to be treated fairly and honestly, go to Brookfield and ask for Tony Polley.PS, they don’t work on commission so they won’t try and sell you a more expensive vehicle so the salesperson can make more money.

Ordered new car (Hellcat Redeye) that arrived with damage. Extensive hassles between dealer and FCA Customer care that has resulted in no deal. Now dealer insisting on keeping The car AND our deposit after not honoring $8000 rebate and backdating sale date. Our salesperson was good but Beware of the management here! We are disappointed after being referred by a friend.

It is amazing having someone look out for you! Sally knows my taste in vehicles and knows I like bells and whistles. She called me the other day letting me know she just got my vehicle in on a trade. Boy did she nail it! Pulled out today driving my Caddy CTS4!!! She is loaded and she is sweet!! Sally is amazing! Couldnt ask for more in a sales person!! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from her. Ill go to her for my fourth.... but with this beauty, that will be a while ;)

I have been pleased with the 2015 Dodge Journey I purchased (from Demetrius who is awesome) and with the service that has been done on it up to this point. However, recently my left rear taillights didnt work so I brought my car in to get them fixed. I was told the problem was the body control module, which would need replacing, and so I paid to have it reset, fixing the issue temporarily, and had the part ordered. Just this past week, the part had come in so I had it installed on August 30 (costing me a bunch) and I asked for the old one back, just in case. The night before I was to leave for a trip to Tennessee on Labor Day, my son noticed that my left rear taillights werent working.As you can tell, I am not happy! I hope I don’t get a ticket should I get pulled over on my trip home from Tennessee for taillights not working! I also hope that the problem will be fixed with integrity, professionalism, and little , if any, additional cost to me.We will see if Brookfield stands behind their product/service and makes it right.
