I ship UPS a few times a week at various UPS stores, and generally they are professional and efficient. This location and the owner Jimmy stand out among them! I was greeted at the door by Jimmy, and he was so friendly and helpful. In this fast paced world, we sometimes get caught up in simply doing business. It was refreshing to have personal interaction while doing my business. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Jimmy.

My shipment didnt make it in one piece but Jimmy was nice enough to put a claim in so I got my shipping charge refunded along with extra fir the estimated value...and now I know better how it should be packed so thanks Jimmy...ps...the rep did say she would add more bubble wrap...but I will be more careful in the future too👌

Worst customer service I have experienced, was in line to return comcast equipment and the attendant told me to come on another day because the door was supposed to be closed and she needed to close. She could have said that when I entered the store, lazy and bad customer service skills.

No one star review can be taken seriously here when the customer does not put enough effort into their own packaging, period.Customers, please know that its very important to package youre very fragile items in a very secure way, these packages get transported through different mediums and can experience some tough roads. If you arent preparing youre fragile items or packages with extra care then you can only blame your self.The UPS Store is here to assist you with getting your package from point A to B in the best manner possible. It is up you the shipper to ensure the safety of the contents inside. Jimmy will always offer his help and do his best to provide the best service possible.Anyone thats giving them a one star review has made a mis-judgement from going to the store one time and having a bad experience but thats not fair. Ive sent and received so many packages with this store and every one there is super helpful and I travel 90000 miles a year on the road on average.

This is the only UPS Store I choose to go to, The staff is super-friendly, there awesome on the covid-19 protocols all the staff wears mask, place is always clean! - never to crowded, and always help out with what you need. This is the best UPS store I visited. They have very friendly staff, clean and organized store.

First and foremost.....Impeccable customer service. I recently discovered this gem of a location while shipping some paintings out of state. Both times I was there I recieved friendly service from well trained employees with efficient timing skills. In the time of a pandemic I personally dont want to spend extra time in stores....I did an amazon return, shipped a painting and the owner offered to add my business card to a local promotion board, all in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the employees here for putting a smile on my face and making things a little easier in these difficult times. Happy holidays!
