The website is easy to use, and its easy to find products. Customer service is fast, responsive and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. Whats missing is information about stock levels - I placed an order which I subsequently needed to cancel, because items were out of stock and had a long lead time. Thats not BRSs fault, but it would have been nice to know before I ordered that the products were not available.

What an amazing device...Ive never been able to climb a 12:12 Roof and was able to climb up one or the very first time!

I found the item which I wanted, and ordered it easily. It arrived with shipping stickers on the item, but no packaging, and missing an end cap. I called them and they were VERY responsive, asking for photos, confirming that the shipper had damaged the packaging and relabeled the actual item, before delivering it to me with (slight) damage. They arranged for mailing an endcap to me - to repair it, and refunded the shipping cost, due to the shippers poor performance. I appreciate their service, will use them again in the future, and recommend them for others. I hope they get better service from their shipper.

Excellent service via phone. I had a shipping issue, which was resolved easily and professionally. Great products and prices, in my experience. I did have trouble putting in a separate shipping address, because my autofill kept changing the billing address when I put in a different shipping address, but that may just be my browser.

Ordered some S-5 rib brackets and associated clamps back at the end of July 2021. When I received my order it was short the m8 nuts, one screw gasket, and two of the brackets that I ordered. BRS did send out the m8 nuts to me, however, they have stopped responding to my correspondence regarding the screw and missing brackets. I even offered to pay for the missing parts a second time as hurricane IDA destroyed my area and im living off of my solar system as the power has been out for weeks now. Disappointed in BRS as they didnt fulfill the entire order and then ignored my request to pay a second time in a time of desperate need.Update on 9.17.2021Jim with Big Rock Supply contacted me today to discuss the missing items from my order. Jim was absolutely professional and had an attitude to make things right. I will be ordering from them in the future as Jim has restored my confidence that BRS is a quality company and cares about their customers enough to reach out and make things right.

This is a very good pofessional product. However, depending on what you are applying it to, you may need too put an applicable primer on the work surface first before using. Example: apply a primer before using this product on TPO material or it will not adhere or seal good. So buy the primer. Its worth it. The ordering process required me to finish and pay and then the shipping cost would be emailed to me for approval. Seems backwards. I initially didnt complete payment because I thought the shipping quote was supposed to be emailed for approval before completing payment. Shipping is usually calculated during the purchase process and payment finalizes it.Update - Big Rock Supply made a point to request a review, good or bad, to help dial in their service, which is why I wrote the above review. Thank you thank you for selling me these mask. I repair drywall and plaster for a living. Since covid I couldnt buy any n95 mask with a value. Ive been reusing the same old mask for four months now. Its so plugged up you can even work with it on. Ive been looking on Amazon but they wont sell them to me.( Im not a front line responder). The great news is I found Big Rock Supply . I received my order today (Saturday) via USPS and upon opening found there was only six (6) set screws included. If you check the manufacturers web site specification you will see there are two (2) set screws required for each S-5-N product.Update: Owner sent the missing set screws promptly the following Monday. Great follow-up ! Would purchase from them again.
