I found C&H through Empire. Honestly my experience with Empire was less than satisfactory but the installer themselves were great. Honesty and transparency are very important to me when doing business and the installers were both. They let me know when problems hiccups with the installation came up and worked with me to pick the best option. The end result is beautiful. They were communicative, professional, and trust worthy. The install was scheduled for two days, but the installs stayed until 10 pm to complete the job in one day. I was never informed of this change and had to stay the entire time. The installers also scuffed up the walls in every room they installed new carpet in. This was very irritating, as the interior was just painted. Lastly, the was a patch of carpet that appears to have been damaged or mis-cut. I have attached a picture. Overall I was disappointed with the installation crew and the overall experience.

C & H was very professional and quick to respond to my online inquiry. They accommodated my schedule to come out to my house to assess the work and then to come back to fix the issue in an incredibly timely manner. They worked hard and fast to get the job done- including removing caulk from the hardwood floor and doing touch ups throughout the house. I have not used there services, but one of their road raged drivers just tried to run me off the road repeatedly. He followed me off the highway specifically to harass me, as he went back to the highway when he was finished. He brake-checked me multiple times. He pulled in front of me and then jammed on his brakes, blocking 2 lanes. The guy was out of control. I would never consider this company based on the reckless driving behavior of their employees.

I had an appointment Monday afternoon and my floor was installed the next day and my carpet the day after that! I am in love with the price turnaround and outcome! The workers were respectful came in did what they needed to cleaned up I signed off on their work thanked them and marveled at their work. I will use Empire for future work if need.

Carpet installation process was smooth. I found it interesting to watch and see how they cut the carpet and fuse the seams. You cannot tell where the seams are.

Amazing job. Just when I had given up hope that its impossible to find a reliable, skilled contractor, Martin and his crew showed up and delivered a perfect floor. Every inch, every corner, absolutely straight and true. And, the guys were total gentlemen.
