Traveled across the US to find unique tile that popped & this was Perfect for my home. Gary was Extremely helpful in my options for flooring. My contractors were registered with Emser, so I had the option of picking it up or for a small fee, they have a delivery option as well. I now refer All of my clients to Emser & they absolutely love the options available, as well as the great customer service!

Ive purchased stone tile for my kitchen from Emser tile for my personal home in Plainfield, Im also a general contractor and Im building 700 apartment units in Chicago, I was hoping that they would solve my problem at my home, after spending almost $20,000.00 to complete my kitchen floor 1 year later I now have to have this floor replaced, they came out to grind and re seal the floor and after 1 years the stone looks disgusting and Im very disappointed. Ive had two visits from the sales people and they have done nothing.Its very disappointing to know you spent a fortune to complete a floor and have to look at it every day seeing how terrible the tile looks and no one at Emser does anything. Very very terrible service and follow up.

Great selections! As a general contractor I like the options they have not only in the tile they have on display in the showroom, but in all the setting materials and shower systems like Wedi and USG. Angel has gone above and beyond on a few tricky orders and always has the answer or know someone that does. They have also been adding a few more lunch and learns too.
