I went in for a simple four tires mountain balance was told it was $79 I did my own calculations with tax it should’ve been $83 they finished my tires are right before they were closing I paid took my receipt and left when I got home I noticed I was charged $118.08 they charged me $12 recycling fee for my old tires which I can’t and took back home with me they also charged me a $23.96 charge for tire pressure monitoring system replacement core none of that was ever touched nor did I ask for it and then they charged me $7.96 for Val stem caps which they did not put on because I have custom colored caps which are still on there also the guys working there apparently do not have any kind of education as they tried to put my center caps back on which are directional tried forcing two of them on and broke the retaining clips that hold them their tire tax also put hammer on weight on my rims when they require stick on weight on the inside and they did not re-calibrate the location of the tires so the computer knows which tire is which I would not recommend anybody bringing their vehicle to tire warehouse in Bennington Vermont as they try to pull the wool over your eyes and rip off the hard-working man with charges for things that never had happened and they’re tired text must have a six grade education because they do not know what they’re doing

The staff were friendly and accomodating and matched a new tire that I already had. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my truck serviced and back on the road

If I could rate this above 5 stars for superior service I would! They have a sign saying that they provide the best service and they are not joking. 1000/5 star service!

The guys at this store have always been courteous and take good care of my tires. I bought my tires at tire warehouse about 1 and 1/2 years ago. Twice since then I’ve gone in with an emergency flat. They get me in as quick as possible and fix the flats perfectly offering follow up attention to be sure the fixes are good. I recommend them! Hard-working folks!

Great experience at this shop. Gave them a call, and they got my car in quick. The people were courteous, and super knowledgeable. Didnt have my part in stock but got it in within minutes. Drove there after a terrible experience at Coggin Toyota. I didnt have an appointment and it was about an hour before closing. The 2 young men there were terrific. Plugged my tire put it back on and re-stowed my spare. I drove roughly 600 miles in the next 2 days, absolutely no issues.

Tim Button is the best tire guy EVER! Not only did he do a fantastic job giving me new tires on my Prius at an amazing price, but he want above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. PLUS when I accidentally drained my truck battery while I was checking out, he got his jumper box and got my truck going again. Thanks guys!!

Had to get my tires switched over and an alignment done. Made an online appt within minutes. Got there a few minutes early and got me in right on time. Asked questions about the car and made small talk to pass the time. They changed all four and got the alignment done in an hour. Had my kids with me and while they were getting a bit crazy with the length of time we were there they made them feel welcome and didn’t make me feel like a burden as they were playing with dog teddy. They were very kind and patient with my girls and by the time my car was done I was paid up and out the door! Great job on the car guys! It’s a much better ride!

Had our car towed to the Tire Warehouse after getting a flat on Rte 7. Very friendly, fast, and accommodating team. Tire Warehouse is what you would expect of a store that sells and installs tires. The selection fulfills most tire needs; I however had my online tire purchased shipped here for free and paid TW to install them.The staff was efficient, very helpful and friendly. The installation process was quick and effortless on my part. The hours are great; it was easy just driving in and having the work done.The general physical demeanor, as stated previously, is typical: functional, not attractive. Tires strewn across the showroom floor, basic chairs for waiting and dust covering pretty much everything. But, for the short time spent waiting, it was not unpleasant. And the free wifi is fast enough for videos. Bonus: the bathroom was clean.4.5 stars.

Made an appointment after selecting tires and when I get there they did not have the tires I selected them quoted me a set priced 2X as much. All they heard was BMW.

Great service! I came in with an idea for the all-weather tires I wanted but after Tims considered advice, I drove away with a different set that I think is better — and was more affordable! Friendly, informative and efficient. Recommend!(One thing, though, and I want to choose my words carefully in this last stretch of the pandemic, with Bennington County coded an extremely high or very high risk level: there was no apparent mask requirement for customers or employees. Politics aside, it would be reassuring to know that management recognizes the public health concerns of customers, including those who have traveled from outside Bennington for tire service and those who are in high-risk groups but havent yet been vaccinated.)

This weekend we were visiting Manchester VT and got a flat tire. We were unable to find a tire repair shop that was open in Manchester on Saturday afternoon. We contacted Tire Warehouse back in Bennington and was helped by store manager Tim Button who said they’d be able to take care of us. We had AAA tow us back to Bennington. Tim took great care of us. The tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. He made good recommendations, got us set up, installed and out the door within the hour.

The new owners are amazing, helpful, and just overall amazing. The level of customer service is 5 star service- best in Bennington !

My son got a flat and these fine gentlemen fixed it for free even though the warrantee expired. Also, they have super acceptable tire prices and quality is pretty good!

Didn’t have the original tires I purchased online for my appt not necessarily store managers fault as he explained to me I’m picking tires from all tire warehouses up and down east coast. I have never experienced such blatant kindness and transparency when dealing with my car. Times have changed-- managers have changed. I wont go ANYWHERE else for tires. Came into tire warehouse looking for some new tires. Derek was extremely helpful and polite. The tires I wanted were not in stock but he ordered them and they came in next day, despite being fairly busy they mounted and balanced the tires in no time and had me back on the road. Stopped by half hour before they closed on Saturday with a serious air leak in my tire. I woke up with a flat this morning arrived at the Bennington tire Warehouse as a walk in, received excellent timely service Tim and Dave were outstanding. They got me on my way did not try to oversell they will definitely see me again

I got my tire replaced and overcharged, brought it down to show proof of the overcharge, and got refunded, normally I never have any problems, I got it taken care of, I will just watch for that from now on, other than that good service.

Had another great experience there yesterday. My wifes car had a slow leak in one of the tires and had gone flat. I was able to make a same day appointment to bring it in. Sierra was very helpful, and she was able to explain their new tire patching repair service to me, which was very interesting to me since I only knew of conventional tire plugging to repair punctures. I always have a good experience there. They are always helpful, fast, and very friendly, thats why my wife and I have gotten all of our tire needs taken care of there for the past 14 years.

Twice I made an appointment for an alignment and both times they waited until my appointment to tell me they couldnt do the alignment. Couldnt be bothered to call me ahead of time to reschedule. Unprofessional, Ill never go back to this store.

I was passing through town when I got a flat tire. I was having to make a long trip back home over rough terrain and was in need of a tire repair during the weekend on very short notice. The folks at the tire warehouse got me right in without an appointment, repaired my tire and even helped me get my spare back on my car. They were extremely helpful! Without them I would have been stranded. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

I arrived at 4:30 to get a quote on the price of 4 tires, Derek (the manager) gave me a very fair quote. Him and the other two guys working were both very nice and friendly, however upon waiting over 2 hours to get my tires changed, (they close at 6 I left at 6:45) I left feeling a bit frustrated. I understand that we’re all human and people get behind, but there were no other cars needing tire changes/replacements when I arrived at 4:30. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. They had my first two front tires done while then changing two other cars tires before installing the rears on mine. A better understanding of start-to-finish, and efficiency by the staff could have made this review 5 stars.

I went in late on a Friday with questions about wear on my tires. Sierra came out looked at my tires and fully explained what needed to be done. They got to work on my car immediately, and were extremely pleasant to deal with.

Called them with a flat that needed a plug while we were travelling with dogs and a four hour drive ahead of us. The tow truck was going to take us there BUT, they told us the soonest they couldplug a tire would be three days later! It was a Sunday morning with not any other places open. They refused to help us! I wish I could give them zero stars. No compassion or willingness to help, I would not call them for anything!

Excellent staff and service. After running over a snowmobile spike at the end of the day they took the tire with no problem and had it patched in no time. Myself and my crew appreciated the high quality and recommend them to anyone!

Good, friendly service. Service was done during the COVID-19 pandemic and not only was there a plastic screen up (and we all kept our distance), but when I had to sign the paperwork there were pens for me to use and a place to put the used pen to be cleaned later. Very reassuring.

Went to Tire Warehouse today to buy 4 new tires for my car, which can be a very unpleasant process due to the amount of money you pay for new tires. The staff there was amazing, friendly and helpful. They gave me a quote for some mid-grade tires, but realized they only had 3, so they gave me high-grade tires for the same price! They get their work done fast and they help anyway they can. They are pretty awesome and I feel pretty good about my new tires! Thanks, guys! 😊

Great service! I bought my tires from Tire Warehouse last year and had to come in over the weekend needing a repair due to a flat tire. They took care of me right away on a Saturday afternoon, and because I had bought their Roadside Protection policy, the repair cost me nothing! Would definitely recommend!

I bought 4 tire pressure monitoring sensors from them and had problems from day 1 now they tell me 3 sensors are bad and no warranty after the guy at counter tells me 7 year warranty. I wont be shopping there again. I would give negative 3 stars if I could

I pulled in close to closing time with low tire pressure. Technicians said not a problem, we need to remove and check this tire. Had a leak in valve. Tire repaired and covered by the warranty i purchased there. Pleasant staff, friendly and courteous!

Went in for alignment and rotation. Manager was super attentive and careful. Personally looked over the work after techs finished and tweaked a little to make sure it was perfect. Great communication and explanation of what was needed and how to address it. Would definitely go back.

I went to Tire Warehouse to get a tire replaced that I thought was damaged (I had purchased a new set from a place outside the area). They were all set to replace the tire under warranty, but checked it for a few things first. As it turned out the tire didnt need to be replaced, just balanced. They showed me what was going on, balanced the tire, put it back on the car and it was good as new. They were extremely nice, and didnt charge me! Needless to say Ill be getting my next set from them.

Derrick and his crew are top notch. Despite being short handed, they keep things flowing and keep you well informed with the status of your vehicle. I highly recommend their services.

Wouldn’t change tires despite having open bays and two guys sitting around. Arrived 40 minutes before closing - still wouldn’t do the job. Maybe management has changed; used to go here for tire changes every year. Never had an issue like this before. Quite disappointed, and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I come here regularly and get great service every time. The assistant manager kc, was very helpful and courteous of my time. I was in a hurry and he managed to get me in and out as quickly as he could. Prices are great. People are friendly.

We showed up at 5pm on a Friday night with a huge screw in our tire. They fit us in and fix it for us. Sierra played with our 19 month old son she was awesome. The new management has made a huge difference. Their customer service is the fantastic. They didnt try to up sell us. They just plugged the hole and gave us a free full-size spare. Once they found out we are a military family they decided not to charge us. We will be going back for all of our tire needs.
