When I walked in the door and heard the Christian music playing, I knew I was in the right place. Mr. John Lowe and his team were very professional, yet very down to earth. They allowed me to tour the homes with no hassle. I had the keys to the kingdom. I went back into his office and told him the three that were my favorite. He discussed the prices with me. I chose the one that I liked the best. He was very helpful with the entire land home package deal. He answered all of my questions even the silly ones. I can’t wait to be in my new home.

I went to marty right last Monday and asked him if he had any used mobile house he told me that he was going to look at one in a few mins he he would send me pics of the home and he also said I would be able to go to see the place that same day and told me to leave some money so I did I wait on him all day long I heard nothing from him. The following day I went to get my money back he told me I have to wait... than been a week from now I still havent got my money back... Somebody better give me some answer today or i will let my lawyer do that talking

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Family member purchased a home 8 months ago with several attempts to contact the company in regards to repairs needing to be made on roof, structure, install on HVAC never being completed and personal property damage. Zero communication other than nasty reps trying to sweep it under the rug.

Marty Wright Homes is awesome. They have a great sales lady Zowie King. She could sell oil to the Arabs.

Bought a home at the beginning of this year. Buying & installation process was fine, other than them not completely setting up the toilet and shower in the master bath. Took a few weeks of calling to get them to come back out to finish that.We now have a serious water leak in the master bath that has effected the insulation and under belly of the house. Even the floors in the utility room are bowed up. They’ve been notified of this for about 3 weeks at this point, have said they’ll be out soon but we’ve heard nothing. Even went into the office (because there’s no use in calling, nobody ever answers the phone or replies to voicemails) to get some communication going and they said again, someone will be out. It’s now the end of the third week and we’ve still heard nothing from them. Pretty disappointed that our new home already needs to be repaired, probably, from this leak caused by their craftsmanship & now lack of concern. We just want them to come fix it. I would go to an actual plumbing company but this is their fault & they need to fix it. Seems to me like they could care less about their customers after they get their money.Only gave one star because John Lowe is a nice man but I would not recommend buying a home from Marty Wright.

I woke up one Saturday me my kids went to Marty Wright Home sale I met Mr Sean Yarborough was very generous and the perfect man who you would love to meet. I told him what I wanted he let me and my son know right away that he had a trailer in mind for us to go check it out see if we like it. When we went to see it I said this is the one I fell in love with it, but my son liked it on down the line. But we did have second thoughts and we had other options. This was my dream to have a nice big roomy DW.
