I have been enjoying these mustards and sauces for years. My favorite is heaven and hell on fried chicken breast strips as a dipping sauce. The Bourbon Glaze to me has a sweet sour spicy flavor and just a hint in the background of bourbon. I would say it leans towards Asian fusion bar b que. I use it on beef,pork chicken and white rice. Love it.
