So I had called and AMANDA had answered the phone. I was asking about the drive through testing and other options because I don’t have a car. So she starts to go on about how she is the ASM and head Pharmacy technician. I started to ask to speak to someone else who could answer my questions better and she said “no your talking to me”. Then I had asked to just speak to someone else, she hung up in my face. She was very rude and action she be taken against herUpdate: I was able to talk with the store manger CHIS and it’s didn’t seem like he cared about the situation at all. And showed no concern whatsoever about the situation at hand. But he was able to answer all the questions that AMANDA didn’t want to answer. So CHIS is a lovely store manger but i would to see more concern about how his staff treats people when they are literally crying and his workers are just down right rude…well it’s was only just AMANDA who was down right rude off the back. But everyone else is super nice

This location is one of the best cvs stores Ive visited in the solano county community, the reason I like coming to this one because I always come in and out because everything is always nicely organized & clean easy to find what your looking for unlike some cvs stores i visited everything was always just messy and put just anywhere hard to find things & more importantly there employees are very respectful & helpful 10/10 recommended

They are pretty much like rite aid or walgreens.pharmacy and lots of health care stuff.

Watch out buyers from CVS in Benicia pharmacy! Buy one and second 50% off is not correctly followed by the cash register. You have to watch the price of the items youre buying, otherwise youll get overcharged. This is the second time I have problem with this store. I believed its not the store but the cash register that dont know what she or hes doing. If you get overcharged more than $10.00 thats a lot. I will not go back to this store anymore or maybe complained to consumer affairs. MANAGER from Benicia please do something about this problem.

Barren shelves, and loads of misplaced merch. From what I could tell someone hasnt done a good job labeling the shelves. I found multiple items with no home, not a logical one anyway. This means it took me twice as long as it should have for me to find what I was looking for. The antitheft auto attendant was going off constantly, so annoying! And to top it all off the credit card processing wasnt working correctly so I had to manually enter credit card details in... Seriously! This would be a one star review but the cashier gets the extra star for not tearing the auto attendant off the wall and quitting, I know she will be hearing that damn thing in her sleep.

Disorganized, product scattered all over the store and poor customer service.

I came here at 11:00 pm because the hours say their open till midnight and the entire store was closed. Actually hours on this cvs are INCORRECT they close waayyy earlier than midnight!

They had what I needed except for a park bench to sit down on immediately outside of the store. This after my purchase.

Ever since I have switched to this CVS there is always something wrong when I go to pick up a prescription by no fault of my own. Not very organized at all.

Poor customer service @ pharmacy. Innaccurate pick-up Times. Rude pharmacy techs. Change prescription orders elsewhere

Yesterday I have the worst experience ever !!!!One employe named ALEX was shouting at me like crazy all the people were looking, I was there with my two babies and I made a question and I didnt hear, so I ask again and he become very rude ! He needs to learn some modals and respect .

The only reason they dont have five stars is sometimes they are not on the same page as my doctor.Other than that they are professional and courteous.
