I shopped several dealers in Oregon and what stood out to me with Pro Caliber was their integrity and straight forward pricing. Other dealers around the state were marking up vehicles by 30-40% but not Pro Caliber, they provided transparent honest pricing. Shout out to Cody for making the buying process easy and quick. He also helped educate us on our new machine and some of the various accessories that can be most helpful on the trail! Oh and Pro Caliber even helped arrange delivery, an A+ experience all around.

I told him what I was looking for and he suggested the Kodiak 450 4x4. We made the trip to Bend and they had the exact model we had discussed. These guys had everything and more than I could have needed. Hunter got my sled in on a Friday at 330 pm with zero notice. He pulled some strings for me and got Patrick a top notch sled mechanic on it immediately to diagnose and remedy the pull start that had just failed in the parking lot moments before . They had me diagnosed and fixed in less than a hour. The GM personally helped me find a tunnel bag for my turbo sled wile I was waiting on the fix. The guy at counter Lee checking me out immediately grabbed the tunnel bag and meticulously installed it over my wrap flawlessly on my turbo sled while I waited. All of this happened on a Friday at 3:30 pm they got me in vs taking the easy road and going home early on a Friday night. These guys truly are Pro Caliber. 5 stars

Be careful when you go in, they a very pushy with in-house financing. I thought it was a bit weird at first but kept looking around, I asked about a bike and they asked me to in-house finance it and I told them I have a pre approved bank loan for a bike the bank sent to their computer system. The guy said “that’s now how it works” and came up with a load of excuses of how banks “don’t understand the bike market” and “banks won’t approve a bike loan because it’s a confusing market” so I asked for a printout to take to the bank with the vin number because the bank didn’t seem to have any issues with it. That’s when I see why they were acting sketchy. The $4,949.00 msrp bike “after fees” was $6,311.70!!! That’s $1,362.70 (28%) hidden markup over msrp on a $4,949.00 bike. Don’t bother looking at the sticker price because it’s nowhere near the actual price.

Prices are well above other places even before setup and destination fees. Other power sports dealers even wave setup and destination fees. Service department is also ow and left our quads a mess, oil all over them and pooled in the skidplates which leaked all over our trailers floor.

What a flop, very limited inventory on bike and equipment. That is unless you are looking for a tricycle... None of the bike sales personnel acknowledge our presences as we walked through the whole store, the parts guys did at least say hi.

Have had two service jobs done. Both were done promptly and under estimated cost. They were able to diagnose and fix my Honda CRF 250 when another shop couldnt, and charged me less for it. They have been very friendly and informative.

I have just taken delivery of my new bike - I can not be happier, in fact I am still in shock how good this experience was compared to dealing with an idiotic local dealer called Beaverton Motorcycle (who were horrid). Pro Caliber Motorsports were fabulous. My sales person was Steve Costello - he was both very knowledgeable but also super helpful - going out of his way to make me a happy customer. Steve called me back when he said he would, there were no ugly surprises and (sit down please readers) - he personally delivered it to my home - coming from Bend to me in Portland. Steve was courteous and never once pressured me, tried to upsell me or do anything that annoyed me. Steve Costello has just left my home and despite having the long drive home he spent copious amounts of time explaining things, going over safety tips and making sure I was happy. I am truly impressed with Steve and everybody at Pro Caliber in Bend - their level of customer service is very unique in todays world and within the motorcycle industry - I cant recommend them enough. 5 stars seems inadequate to express my joy.

I have taken my wifes Honda 420 in to have a leeking carburetor fixed 3 times. Had it worked on after this post, worked good for two trips and on the next trip (8/30/20) it started leaking again lost full tank of fuel.

I apologize for the length, but please read.I want to like this place and buy local, but they make it very difficult! I went in yesterday (cash in hand) with my son, to buy a (still listed as NEW), 2018 Suzuki Quadsport Z90. The salesman quickly told me that my son was too young for the bike and they didn’t have anything smaller. He proceed to turn around, strike up a conversation with someone else and let us walk out the door. Im still shocked that someone in sales would let a customer walk out and not try to help any further. Rude and completely unacceptable!!At this point, I should have been done with this place, but Im one for giving second chances...I remembered I had the card of a very nice/informative salesman that I had spoken to a few weeks prior, so I gave him a call when I got home. I offered a reasonable price for the now, 2 year old, 2018 Z90 (that they currently have priced $50 less than the 2020 model) and was told the manager will not accept anything other than sticker price because this is the only model they have. I’m dumbfounded and just can’t get this out of my head! Clearly, COVID-19 hasnt affected their sales and they dont mind if I purchase from them or not.Yes, I did my research before yesterday’s debacle and keep in mind all of the quads mentioned are still NEW:*Purchase a 2020 model in the Valley for the same price as Pro Caliber’s 2018 model.*Drive to the Portland area and purchase a 2019 model for less than Pro Caliber’s 2018 model.*Drive a few hours further and purchase a 2019 model for $1000 LESS than Pro Caliber’s 2018 model.OR*Offer Pro Caliber a few hundred less than what they’re asking for the 2018, buy local, keep it simple and go home today with a quad for my son.This is exactly why I don’t mind taking a day out of my schedule to drive and purchase elsewhere.

Im 32 years old and Ive had some bad experiences. This one was the one that finally gave me the motivation to learn how to write one of these. 2 days in a row no call back from parts or service. Today the girl in sales after telling her what happened, she just transfered me to the same line instead of walking over. I called again and now she just didnt answer the call. I left work just to get a price on putting new tires on my rims and when I got there, they were all standing around with not a single customer in any department! How is this business even still open? Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I just called Pro-Caliber service to inquire about have tires installed and balanced on my two Honda 2017 Africa Twin motorcycles.. I have already purchased the new tires, from western powersports..Service has the audacity to tell me that they wont install tires on any bike unless it is purchased there because it Is a Liability really!! come on.. A Liability... you are a motorcycle dealership that sells motorcycles of which people die on.. seriously.. mounting brand new tires not bought in your store is a liability and thats your business concern.. Everything in your store is a liability this was quite possibly the dumbest answer to an easy question I have been fed. you folks are a joke. If I had been told, Ya we dont do that anymore, we only mount tires we sell because we need to make the profit from both parts and service, lots of folks were buying tires online and cutting into our profits.. and we have an overhead to cover. I could have accepted and appreciated that.. I spend an absurd amount of money on powersports products annually, I buy the products for which you are a dealer and just moved to the area.. you folks wont be seeing a dime of my dollars.. ever.. So.. to boot.. I ask, ok.. how about if i buy the tires from you.... service says.. $60 per tire to mount and balance if on the bike... wowzers.. really.. not only do you insist on only mounting tires you get to make a parts margin on but you also need to tear the customers head off on labor.. you like every other shop no doubt use $12.00 an hour lot techs to bust tires, so 120.00 to spoon on a set of tires, really.. .. cheers.. enjoy.

Parts department does not have a clue as to what they are doing. First we order a part for our new bike and they send a part for our older bike. We call them and, well, its not their fault! We can send it back but they will not refund on postage, it wasnt their fault they sent the wrong part. They did the same thing with an oil filter but it wasnt their fault and, once again, no refund. I could go on but I wont. I should have known better after our experiences buying our bikes there. I will go online at Yamaha from now on. Beware of the parts department here!!!!

Ran over a nail on my R1 and didnt see it till after it was getting kind of late on a Friday, called them and they had a tire in stock and said they would be there when I got there. They installed the tire and were even there 30 or so minutes after they closed to get my bike ready to roll for me so I didnt have to leave it in town overnight. Will definitely go there again for all my maintenance needs.

I ordered a Honda commercial lawn mower from the fine staff at the Bend Oregon Pro Caliber store and the experience was perfect. Customer service was in fact superior to the other local Bend dealers, which led to my decision to order this mower from Pro Caliber. On time delivery, and the mower was completely assembled and serviced upon delivery, ready to use! And at NO Extra charge!Pro Caliber is my resource for quality Lawn & Garden equipment.

Called last Saturday morning and asked if the dealership had a seadoo wakepro 230 in stock. KYLIE said yes they did and she answered some other questions about the unit and even sent me some photos. Well Later that day I had to call multiple times asking what was taking so long to find out about financing. But still no answer. seven hours later i called again and I was tired of screwing around with the middle man so I called and talked to the finance manager. He told me there was already another gentleman ahead of me that’s being trying to get approved for financing for the last four day or so..... not sure how it takes that long to get financing in the first place. But more Importantly why didn’t Kylie tell me that someone else had already inquired about the unit and it was in the works. I don’t recommend going to this dealership. They have no idea what they are doing. Especially wouldn’t waste my time if you are from out of state.So I called Chris that works at the Brp dealer in Portland Oregon that I’ve already bought a snowmobile and sxs from and he’s more than happy to help me out. I’d highly recommend anyone that’s looking to buy a unit to give Chris a call before even considering buying one from the brp store in bend Oregon.

Best experience at a dealership ever. Our salesman Ryan was so nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the quads. He was able to answer all of our questions, and didnt rush us at all. Half way through the application process he was pulled away from us to help another customer... fast forward a bit, our application was taken back and the Sales Manager Heath came out and explained to us that one of the banks is willing to work with us, but that there are a few things on my credit that I need to fix. He took the time to explain exactly what I need to fix, and he didnt rush us at all. He was super nice and answered all of our questions. When we were leaving the guys at the front asked my boyfriend about the logo on his shirt (from his clothing line) and said it was cool, and as we were walking to our car Ryan ran out to apologize for being pulled away from us. That just sealed the deal for me!! I am going to fix the few things on my credit that should only take a month or two, and Im going back with my proof that I paid it and I will be buying ALL of our quads, dirt bikes, and jet skis from this place!!! They have a customer for LIFE!!!
