Buyer beware! I purchased a blouse from the clearance rack and it wasn’t until I got home to try it on that I realized it had about a 7 inch rip in the seam. When I took it back the woman who was helping me said there was no refunds on clearance items. I stated that I clearly would not have purchased an item that I couldn’t wear. She offered me no refund or an exchange of any kind. She even went as far as to say she had to pointed out to a lady last week. Why would you put an item that is unwearable back out for sale? She asked me if I wanted it back and I declined stating there was no reason to have it back if it wasn’t fixable. I can guarantee you she’s going to put it on a hanger and put it back out for sale. This is not the first time someone from the store has been rude to me.I could understand no returns or no refunds or even a store credit if I had purchased the blouse from Goodwill.

Love this shop! I stop by about once a month to check out their clothes and have found several great pieces from here. Any time Im at a lost for a gift for someone I can easily find a nice candle and necklace here for under $20. I also really appreciate their customer service. Everyone is very friendly and they arent pushy with sales, which is refreshing!

I can always find something I like at Real Deals. If I am looking for a gift for a friend, searching out a new piece of furniture for my home or even want to find an unusaual pair of shoes or a sweater for myself, Real Deals always works for me. The owner and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Its a great place to check out at least once a month, but I recommend stopping by more. The inventory is always changing and its fun to see everything stocked up with so many choices.Bring your out of town friends when you are showing them Bend.

Really nice store with good quality decor. The name is maybe a bit misleading. Not the place to go for deals, its pretty expensive. Clothing selection is really cute and inexpensive though.

Since they moved to their new location off Reed Market they have not been the same. I used to love going there and browsing, usually finding great deals and cute stuff. I have many items from them. Now it is NOT good deals and they dont have the cute stuff they used to have. The location bad.

I have been shopping at Reals Deals for a long time. Cute decorations for all seasons.I do miss the old location. It is very difficult to get in and out of parking lot.
