What happened to the quality? :(I’ve been a steady customer of Cannabend since I moved to CO, but the quality seems to keep going down. They used to have excellent 1/8’s on the Friday special for $20. I mean great quality bud. For the first time in my life, I bought weed today that smells like cigarettes. What’s the deal!?Don’t think I will be back after this disappointment. Customer service is fine, but would’ve appreciated a heads up on the very poor quality bud. Mid-shelf to boot!Try somewhere else..

Budtender was really nice and sweet pick up some Blueberry Biscuit. The price was good better the Portland dispensary they were $50 a eight for Blueberry Biscuit

Love this place!! Never disappointed in the flower or the specials, I’ve gone every Friday since I’ve moved to Oregon in early September and have no complaints whatsoever about the 20$ flower eighth deals, they always smell and look amazing! I always receive great customer service from all the staff and the products cannabend carries are perfect for me, who likes a variety of meds, with a lot of signature strains included! The only thing I could complain about is the lack of strains that are not indica, this is more of a preference than an actual complaint, but I do wish more hybrid and sativa strains were part of the regular roster. Almost all the weed is indica based, with 13-14 of the strains out of the 19 I see available as indica. But I cannot let this overlap the wonderful customer service and money value for the herb!

Great dispensary on the main drag in Bend, went in there with a friend for the first time. Great quality top shelf stuff. Was amazed with the variety they carried and was treated like a real customer. I spent 2 weeks in Sisters and drove back there again because we were so impressed with this place. Check it out if you have the time while youre passing thru. Well worth the stop.

Not impressed with service, lady behind the counter was rude and no personal communication skills. Prices are higher than other places in Bend and quality wasn’t there. I won’t return there again.*FOLLOW UP... my weed has white mold on it, wasted $45.00! This place sucks!

One of the best places for customer service around! This is a smaller shop but they make up for that with some awesome customer service. There is even a budtender from Arizona who I will come back for just because I had such a good time talking with him. His awesome attitude made me write this review. Also, if you cant make it in, they deliver! Great place to check out in Bend!

Stopped by today March14, 2019. Cannabend is the ONLY mj shop in Central Oregon selling the product my wife and I need to help manage chronic pain. Purchased this product before direct from the source and it is effective. The bud tender, aka counter sales person, was on their A game like they were on my previous visit. Recommended.

It is a 50/50 when you go there. Very inconsistent customer service. Some associates are great, others make you feel unwelcome.

Fast and friendly service goes a long way in my book. I was helped with a smile even after asking tons of questions. I’m not from Bend but was recommended cannabend from friends and they couldn’t have been more right. They had so many high quality selections of flower and oil on hand and the owner even came out to greet me and give me personal recommendations. I would tell anyone to go here as I left feeling a great vibe and with amazing medicine.

Most overpriced store in Bend with the smallest selection. Most of the bud, even top shelf, is hairy outdoor. Makes for some really expensive joint material.At least the customer service is horrible.

After being disappointed in the service and pricing at a different local dispensary I stopped in here to check it out. I was greeted promptly by friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I explained what I wanted, a CBD balm, and was given several options. The staff was well informed and very helpful. The pricing was competitive ($10 less than the other place) and even if it hadnt been I would have made my purchase here just because the staff was so great. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

This is hands down the best place in town to go for all your medical or recreational needs. The staff takes the time to get to know every one of their clients as much as possible so that your individual needs are met and you always feel welcome and appreciated every single time you stop in. Sometimes I will make a point out of swinging by if I am having a particularly bad day just because I know that it always makes me happy to see the familiar faces of my favorite budtenders :-) Love you guys! My boyfriend and I are visiting family here in Bend from California. Weve never been to a dispensary before and the employees here made us feel very welcomed and explained everything so thoroughly. Definitely a great experience!

Very short, rude and seem to be upset with me almost every time I come in. Just came in on my birthday in good spirits with a smile on my face. Left very upset. The girl that helped me just seemed angry. Was very short with me. I wish I knew why.Last 2 visits were great. The guys were happy, laid back and helpful. The first time I came in the owner was so short and rude with me that I actually called back and let them know. I would have bought much more both times but just made a small order and left so I didnt have to deal with them being pissed at me. Good flower, horrible service :- (

If youre a medical card holder or simply like saving money, you wont want to go here. The Herb Center & Substance Market are the places to go!!! Just bought the exact same thing at THC for $43 that Cannabend wanted to charge me $66 for. GREEDY!!!

I’m not a fan of the bad attitude or the bad service. I think it reflects bad management. Your items are overpriced and you don’t cater to medical patients which is increadibly greedy and quite frankly not justifiable. Your owner is a wonderful woman who represents the best of not only the marijuana industry, but industry in general. It is clear her values and what goes on in the store are becoming worlds apart. Simply put, do not ever think it’s ok to disrespect a customer that is paying more than the market rate for products. I’m also not a fan of the disproportionate way you hire, I think having more males could help you understand how to talk to men

I absolutely love dispensaries, I actually had an interview with them a couple weeks ago and I loved their friendly environment and the staff seemed layed back and collected. Before my interview I have heard not so great things about them but such as staff are rude and rush people and they are way overpriced. Ive been to this place as a customer myself but never felt I was really taken care of. I was more of job to them. After my interview I was told I would be contacted by the owners to meet them the following week. I waited and heard nothing. I called three times that week and left messages but didnt hear anything. To me, thats extremely unprofessional. At least have the common courtesy to reach out to me and explain that you choose other candidates. Thats the right thing to do. Instead I was brushed off. I think I will stick with my buddies at 5thlmnt and the herb center. I know them very well and have never been disappointed. Im sorry for this negative review, but on a professional level I believe it is necessary.

I will never buy from this loser shop again.Would put zero stars if I could.I bought the wrong cartridges from them, it made me cough terribly. When I tried to return it they said they would not take it back unless it didnt work. $66 down the drain. Take that policy and shove it Cannabend!So much for keeping this customer.

I go to a lot of dispensaries and do google reviews for them as part of my google job.This place has okay quality, incredibly over priced for this quality, and has a RUDE staff.The man that met my to get my ID was okay, he was nice and seemed patient.. Then I went into the back room to meet my bud tender...This young women with purple hair was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She rushed me, mocked me, even laughed at me when I wanted to see another product. THEN when I got in my car and drove home.. I realized she gave me THE WRONG strains..All three of them were not the ones I asked for.. Absolutely terrible service. She looked higher than people in the movies.. not sure why she was working. Terribly disappointed. SO SHADY SO RUDE.The location seemed uninviting and messy and cluttered. NO GOOD.Want a good dispensary in Bend that will actually send you out the door with what you asked and payed for... check out High Grade Organics and Oregrown. These places are PRO.

VERY STUCK UP PLACE. They are overpriced and rude. DO NOT RECCOMEND. There are many others in the area that give a good deal for the same quality.

This place needs to figure it out for sure! I used to like coming to cannabend for the people, and service, but now I will never step foot in cannabend again. The service and policies have tanked horribly. For example I purchased a cartridge from them and half way through the cartridge it started leaking out the top and on my battery. When I went to return the failed cartridge with original receipt the employee refused to take care of it due to policy of if it’s half way used they don’t replace, and then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my defective cartridge back. First off cannabend has an atm that had $20 in it so a manager had to refill it so I was charged the atm fee twice and got half of what I paid for. Cannabend is a crooked establishment and I hope they go down!

I placed an order. I received the text saying it was ready for pickup. I came to pick it up and the associate told me they don’t have what I ordered. When I politely tried to explain that it is indeed listed in their website, it’s on my order the associate responded “that’s funny because I’m looking at our menu right now and we don’t have it” I told her I would be happy to show her as my order clearly has listed and she accused me of having an attitude and went to bring a manager, when the manager came she has the same disrespectful attitude and tone and after repeadtly saying it’s ok if they don’t have it, just update the menu and please let me purchase my item, I was continuously accused of having an attitude. if I have an attitude when you falsely list something on your menu then have an employee talk to me disrespectfuly then walk out on me I have zero clue how you can have the audacity to come at me like that. I know for a fact the owner is not as unprofessional as the associates I dealt with, I’d be happy to change my rating for this place once I’m contacted so I can go into detail about how I came in to pick up an order that was clearly communicated was ready only to be disrespected by an employeee I’ve never met. And a manager re enforcing that outrageous and uncomfortable behavior from the associate

Coming from Colorado I was very pleased with Cannabend. Great selection, good strains (I got Jillybean, a TGA Subcool strain). I was in and out of there no problem. Also, I got a fattie J for only $6.50. I will return.

Grate prices on cool little bongs and dab tools and nails right when you walk in. Also thay have a good clone selection compared to what Ive seen at other dispensaries, the only problem I have is there top shelf stuff has crazy testing for thc % like this Larry og at 29.68% although its possable I doubt its that high with the amount of clear trichomes on it. I recommend getting to know your grower. Tests are easy to manipulate. But all in all its a awesome little spot very friendly staff I liked the fact that strains were not pushed on me and I was able to chose what I was actually interested in.
