I ordered a Christmas tree 2 days after they closed for the season and The Vegetable Man opened back up to deliver us the most beautiful fresh tree that we have ever seen. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I highly recommend this business for outstanding service.

I called this place to order a live Christmas tree and about an hour later a beautiful tree was in a stand in my living room and I never had to touch it! Amazing!

I’ve always found the service wonderful and the produce fresh. But today I witnessed the owner belittling an employee in front of a tent full of customers. I always try to support businesses that take good care of their employees and to be honest, I felt heartbroken for the employee. I can’t tell an owner how to run their business but I can choose not to spend my dollars here.

Love this produce stand! Best place in Bend to find fresh, delicious, local produce! Their prices are reasonable and everything is so so good! I try to get here once a week in the summer!

I drive 40 miles to pickup my express box every week. I have never received anything that has not been fresh, fruit or vegetable great stuff and great service .They are very helpful too. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is awesome ... great produce, great prices, has a discount bin often and usually has some collection of cool goodies to choose from like local honey/eggs etc.

This review is for Jay with The Vegetable Man Produce Christmas Trees. This is the third year that we’ve bought a tree from Jay. Now he’s part of the tradition for us. We’re so grateful to have found him and his outstanding customer service. We miss him on the east side, but it’s a treat to work with him regardless. Last year I left a 5 star review for what was our 3rd wonderful experience getting our Christmas tree with Jay. This year, though we couldn’t find Jay, getting our tree from The Vegetable Man felt like a tradition so we decided to purchase here again. Sadly, our tree died just after two weeks. It was difficult to take it down and we hoped whoever greeted us would be kind and understanding. We were treated exactly that way and so much more by the gentleman working in the lot at the T.J. Maxx parking lot this evening. He was patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind. We only wish we’d gotten his name. It is our hope that he sees this review and knows how grateful we are for helping turn our night around. Our new tree is beautiful and we are very thankful.

Very friendly staff, fruit and veggies in great shape and perfect prices. Left with a box full of fruit/Vega and spent $13. They have local honey, fresh eggs, and discounted fruit and veggies at the counter. Was told today was the last Sunday of the season, but they are open Mon-Sat 10-6. :-)

On our way to a cabin camping trip we were looking for some good produce. We are a fan of farmers markets but finding one on the day you are traveling is often hard. Luckily this place is open every day and its like a personal farmers market! All the produce was a great price and fresh and beautiful! We loaded up a whole Box of veggies and fruits for under 35 bucks, I know we would have spent double at a grocery story. Also the staff was wonderful and helpful. If I lived here I would come on a weekly basis.

Their fruit and vegetables are so delicious. The service is hands down top notch and I always leave with more than I intended to buy because everything is so fresh and hard to pass up.
