I am the owner of Beer Stop in Redmond. Sadly someone broke in shattering my front door. I called a few glass companies but they were all to busy to help me. When I called Fred at Alpine Glass he was very nice, helpful, and understanding. Although they were super busy he told me that he would come out and take a look at. He was there within a couple of hours and said he might have a piece of glass that would fit. Luckily it did fit and he installed it very quick. I called Alpine Glass Company to have 18 thermo-pane windows replaced that had failed after 20 years. Caitlin handled everything with one phone call and two weeks later I had all new glass installed. The installers were great, they had the job finished in 4 hours. I can now enjoy the view of those beautiful Cascades again. Alpine Glass youre the best! Bought new windows in 2006. Today 6/20/21 we called because a handle was not working and the window wouldnt close completely. Fred sent Wade out and had the window fixed in 20 minutes. No charge. Great company to work with. Caitlyn at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and getting everything going. Fred came out a few days after I called, measured everything and got parts ordered. Installation was quick and painless and 24 hours later we had a beautiful shower to use.

Alpine Glass recently replaced 22 windows in our home that had failed (23 years old). Wade and Taylor did an excellent job of measuring and then installing the windows. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner with an emphasis on quality. One of the new windows had a flaw which we would have easily missed. The delivery truck got stuck in the snow on my driveway. The truck didnt have a front tow hook so we couldnt pull it up the hill with my tractor either. Wade & Taylor didnt give up and transferred the glass and tools to my 4 wheel drive pickup. The installation went great. Thanks Wade & Taylor

We had a broken window at a commercial building. Alpine was very prompt in getting our window replaced so we were ready for the upcoming snow storm.

I needed a quick turnaround on a bid for new windows in a house where I was representing the prospective buyer. Wade, with Alpine Glass, met with me and the buyers at the home. He spent a huge amount of time looking at ALL the windows and we were able to get a bid from Catilin in just two days. I am so grateful for this type of service and my buyers will be using Alpine Glass to do the work after they take possession of the home. Vendors are SO busy in this part of the world and getting this kind of service is unheard of.

We had our shop window broken and they had the owner at our shop within 20 minutes of my phone call. 30 minutes later they had someone here to properly board up the window. Before the end of the day they had my glass ordered and has sent me my invoice. This company is super fast and efficient and VERY reasonably priced. I called Alpine to get help with a window balance spring that had fallen out of one of my windows. At that point I didnt even know what a balance spring was, let alone what to do about it. Fred explained what was going on and since I was at work, he invited me to call him the next day (Christmas Eve, when they were actually closed) so he could walk me through the process of reinstalling the balance spring, which he did in an incredibly patient, kind way.After this extraordinary level of customer care, when I next need help with windows I will certainly go to Alpine.

Definitely recommend this place for your glass needs. I broke my fireplace window and brought it in less than 2 hours before closing and the owner saw it and made it a priority so we could stay warm for the weekend! Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I am so impressed with this company! The outside pane of my sliding glass door Shattered for no apparent reason yesterday. It is now 9:47 AM. They have been out to assess the situation and will be ordering replacement glass to be installed in about one week. I am so grateful for this excellent service.

I came in with a custom order for one of a kind furniture build. This was a repurposed piece that was not in the least in square. The peices I had cut fit perfectly into place on the 1st cutting.

Amazing Service. Fred was incredibly helpful and knows more about glass and custom jobs then I would ever care to remember. I think it is a family business, and he has been learning from his father since he was a kid or something? Was also understanding and fair about billing, which was helpful with a large project like my bathroom shower upgrade. All and all, I think this is the best glass company in Bend.

They get 2 stars rather than 1 because at least the house is still standing, and I think they might be capable of eventually doing good work.
