Flash Ink came to our rescue after a samples order with another company went awry a week before our trade show. We needed to get a few t-shirts direct-to-print for our on-camera crew that needed to represent our company. Flash Ink delivered ahead of schedule, allowing us to wash the shirts the day before to look perfect.

Weve used Dan and the team at Flash Ink for years. Their prices are as good or better than online and we appreciate having Dans help on layout/design. The team has always done what it takes to keep us happy and they make us look good out in the market!

I guess I am never going to get my shirts, or hear from these guys ever again. Be warned, these guys dont communicate too well. If you take the time (2 hours) to sit down and formulate an order with these guys, it might be 2 wasted hours with no result or even an email. On top of that if they DO even take the order, they wont even begin the process without 50 percent down....which is fine except they dont tell you that. More time wasted. If youre not part of the cool club, dont bother with this place.

Flash Ink was easy to work with and responsive to my requests. Ive only had vague ideas of what Id like to do, and theyve searched out the right product and helped with my design. Will definitely use again for both graphic design and screen printing.

Ive placed two orders with Dan and been very happy with the print quality. They know what they are doing and are friendly to work with.

We were referred to them for some marketing materials. Went in and got it all figured out and ordered and said we had a Deadline to get it done (farmers market). Called the next week and they said they hadnt done anything because they didnt get 50% down. We would have been happy to do that if we had ever been told. Now were out a banner.

I have had a great experience with Dan at Flash Ink and wanted to write up a review on his behalf. He takes the time to make sure you are satisfied with everything and you can tell that he really cares. I have made business cards and shirts through him for my businesses.

Had really high hopes for them. Unfortunately they processed my hoodie order 3 weeks after I paid them for it. Delivered to me just a few days after it got processed. When it got here I had one missing hoodie size and one color missing. Now I’m stuck between myself and the two customers that have ordered those two hoodies. I emailed them and they told me that there is nothing that they could do which really sucks. The guys that I was dealing with was Connor and Anthony. I’d definitely try to look elsewhere if I were you.

I trust these guys with all aspects of delivering a product to represent my brand!! Hats and Shirts have both been top quality!
