Great experience. Super professional staff, the Dr. had a great presence and really made everything clear and easy. super nice, was someone you can easily talk to and get great care from, explained everything as we went through the appointment. I highly recommend you stop by and check them out! I really felt he had my eye health in mind.From the minute you walk in the door until you leave to go out the door they were focused on helping me in any way they could. Choosing glasses has always been a dreaded chore since Im so picky. Not this time!! Plenty of styles to choose from a large selection of frames . The optician Jessica was very knowledgeable and able to quickly guide me to the lens for my needs. Patient and caring. Great service.

This was my first eye exam in 8-9 years (shame on me). They were awesome, very accommodating, very clean and safe (COVID protocols were perfect) and they were so thorough. Big shout out to the woman at front desk (I wish I got your name) super friendly and she was great with helping me narrow down my selection for my frames. BEWARE! Do NOT go to this place. I walked in to a scattered brained receptionist named Jen who was beyond unorganized. Had an eye exam done and noticed none of the equipment was wiped down from the person before me. There was skin flakes on the chin part of the eye equipment, NASTY. After letting that stuff go I finally got my lenses after 2 months of waiting just for them to be totally wrong! After I confronted them, they literally tried to convince me that they were right when in fact it felt like I was looking through drunk glasses. They decided to give me a refund on the lenses which took another 3 months for me to receive the money and then did not refund my insurance to reset my benefits! Now I gotta wait months to get a new exam because they dont answer my insurance companys calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The Doctor was very deligent with his eye exam. My glasses fit great and look great. Very pleased with the entire experience.

After three months I finally got my glasses after they messed up our order then after being charged almost $2000.00 for my husband’s and my eyeglasses they had the nerve to to send us our brand new glasses wrapped in foam paper in a plastic baggie with no protective cases.We live in a remote area and it’s a 80 mile drive to the offfice.Given the consultation of we should accept they’re poor quality of service due too “She’s just filling in”Really don’t feel this business deserves too be paid in full upfront for a product it has no intention of backing in workmanship quality or stand of customer service!This place sucks!!!!!
