The building pictured us their old store: now in Hwy 97 near Fred Meyers. Love looking there. They have both new & used furniture plus wall decor,etc!! Friendly, not pushy at all !!

I have bought a few pieces here. Each time I have been in, I have received excellent customer service. I requested an item I purchased be customized and they had it done, no problem. I love browsing this shop. Probably the best overall furniture store in Central Oregon for living and dining room items.

Seem like a nice placeAlways has new stuff out frontUPDATE they have moved . I as of yet do not know where they moved to. I am sure the rent was eating them alive during the pandemic. Just guessing!!!. So they most likely moved to a more suitable place.When I find out where they moved to I will post it. I hope they made it through this trying times.

One of our drivers was at a nearby business and left a clipboard on the top of his vehicle and drove off without knowing. His clipboard full of important paperwork went flying all over Greenwood. An employee of Bend UpStyle ran around picking up all of the papers and called our company to let us know so that we could pick up the papers they collected.That kindness should be celebrated! We here at Cascade Heating were astounded at how Bend UpStyle went out of their way to help our employee collect their lost items. That kind of care for a stranger is an incredible display of how some of our best local Bend businesses operate. We were not even a customer or a vendor of their business that day and they still went above and beyond to help us. Excellent customer service. Bought a table from them. About eleven months later, it had a mechanical failure. The store didnt have a similar replacement so they picked up the table at no charge and refunded me. I will be a future customer for sure!

We are in love! We ordered a Mako dresser and two matching side tables. They are made from real wood, goregous color options, and the best price I have ever seen. They also come in multiple styles! The side tables were special ordered and havent arrived yet, but the dresser was in stock and delivered promptly. Dana and JJ delivered the dresser. They were very kind and professional and placed it exactly where I wanted it, which was a little tricky getting a large dresser down our skinny hallway and turning into our master bedroom. They handled it nicely and quickly. I honestly couldnt ask for better service or more beautiful furniture. 10/10 recommend Bend UpStyle!
