This is my go-to butcher shop. Recent events have led to me cooking a lot more at home and they have become a staple. Weekly I buy top sirloin, flat iron, pork shoulder, and bacon. Everything is delicious and beautiful cuts. Their jerky is terrific when youre on the go. You can even find more elusive things like ground elk or occasionally beef back ribs.

This is a nice little local place. They have excellent service and competitive prices. Very small store front with limited items on hand though. Everything Ive tried so far has been great with good cuts and good sausage/prepared items too. I try to swing in to see what they have pretty often. If you really want something special consider ordering ahead of time.

Just went there today as I heard it is the best .... the person at the counter was wearing a mask hanging from one ear, and someone in the back was not wearing a mask at all .... really?

I took my trim from my elk to the meat locker and had them make pepperoni. THE BEST PEPPERONI I HAVE EVER HAD!! Great owners and my pepperoni was done fast and at a great price. Highly recommend!!Thank you🙏

The gal was super helpful and sweet. She let my daughter sample some of their sticks which she loved! Very resonably priced and they take ebt too! Very excited to be giving my daughter quality local meat products!
