Been in a couple times for a small amount of sod and was helped by Janet.. Very friendly and efficient customer service! Will definitely be back for other materials in the future.

Went in to get second load to finish my bark project. Arrived at 2:47pm on Saturday and was told we close and stop loading at 2:45pm. Shocking that a landscape company would turn down an additional 100.00 sale over 2 minutes when the loader was still running an 2 vehicles were down waiting to be loaded. Close a landscape company on a Saturday at that time doesnt paper to be a customer service or profitable model.

We bought our sod from Instant Landscaping last year and were really pleased. They answered all of our questions and helped us find the best sod for our yard. Delivery was on time and returning the pallets was quick and efficient. We will be using them again for a landscape rock purchase this summer.

Products are too expensive and they rip you off with atrocious delivery charges. They dont match or beat prices from their competitors.They dont give Military or Senior Citizens Discounts.The variety of products is small and nothing to help you complete your tasks.One could say their customer service is terrible. But its so bad, its not like there is customer service at all.This company will hopefully go out of business sooner than later.

Weve been buying fertilizer from IL for years. Never had a problem. Today we tried to buy from them at 11:30. Seven people are sitting there having their lunch and not one person is available to ring up a transaction. The guy says can you come back later, everyone is out to lunch. What the hell kind of business can you run when you have no one available to help a customer? Instant Landscaping you not only lost a customer but I will definitely spread the word

Avoid the mint mulch at all cost. We were originally very impressed by the look of this dark black mulch but it turned out to be a total disaster. It is not mulch. It is basically fertilizer that grows weeds and for some reason has thousands of aspen tree seedlings in it. It also turns to mud when wet and sticks to your shoes in large clumps. It has taken me over a year and a lot of labor to scrape it all out of our planting beds and dispose of it in the dump. Instant Landscaping came out to look at our beds and the guy basically shrugged his shoulders and said he had never seen anything like it before. Did not offer any solutions or refunds. Beware, they still sell this stuff.Other than this mishap they seem to be a fairly well run yard but at a very steep price compared to anywhere else in Oregon. Which is typical of Bend.

Great place to get rock and bark.

Ive been buying the compressed logs from these guys for a few years now. I originally came in looking for some advice on an old wood burning fireplace and they spent time sharing their opinions with me about what works and what doesnt. Best part was they gave me some samples to take home and try of their premium product. I came back to purchase a pallet of the logs and have been buying from them ever since.

They are kind of pricey but they seem to have a good variety of materials and a very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff

Had a great experience from the first time we stopped in, all the way through the delivery of our materials. Prices were right in line with everyone else, bettter selection and they met or exceeded every promise. Would certainly use them again.

The people who work have gone above and beyond to make me feel like Im important to them. I purchased a home last year and this year I am completely re-landscaping the back yard, including putting in a paver patio, installing sprinklers, installing new sod, and planting all new plants. They have placed special orders, helped with recommendations, and make me feel welcome every time I come in. A couple of them even greet me with my first name! Now thats service.

They are very helpful and guided me in the right direction for my needs. I would have made a huge mistake without them!
