My wife and I recently used Carlson to update some existing signage for our business. They were timely and provided excellent customer service across the board. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is my second time working with Carlson sign and I have spent over $30,000 with them. Both times they have not provided the customer service you would expect from an expensive sign company who has been doing this for many years. Both times when purchasing a sign for my businesses building, they did not advise me nor maximize my potential. I worked with Chis Cox. And when I brought this up to them after the fact, their response was to offer to charge me to fix my sign. This second time of not getting an optimal retail sign, I asked to speak to the owner Peter Carlson. I have never met him but he was basically annoyed to speak to me and was motivated to simply make me go away. He never owned nor heard my feedback. As a fellow business owner, this was disappointing. I am worried that Carlson sign is successful not because they are excellent but rather because they are the only game in town.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Chris Cox & the entire team at Carlson Sign!  Chris was fabulous with his prompt communication, explanation of services & timelines and overall provided great customer service!  Chris continues to be of service to our building tenants for their signage needs and as I follow along in those processes, I find his efforts to be consistent & superior!  We would recommend Carlson Sign, as well as Chris, to anyone that would be in the signage market.

Carlson is by far the best sign company our company has worked with. In 2017 we rebranded 12 stores in Oregon and Washington using several vendors. Carlson was the only vendor to complete the job on time. Since then, we have used Carlson exclusively for all our sign needs throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Carlson signs just completed the installation of the graphics on our entire fleet of company vehicles which included 6 trucks, 2 cars, and 4 trailers. I could not be more pleased with their quality of work and attention to detail! Highly recommend these guys!

We, Murrays Drug, could not be more pleased with the quality work Carlson Sign did on our 40 monument sign at our Boardman pharmacy! 80 mile an hour winds did extensive damage to our towns trees and structures and our competitors sign.
