I was given a ride home and picked up again when my car was ready by a very nice shuttle driver. When all was checked on my car regarding my concerns and everything was found to be in order, the original estimate was reduced significantly. The service rep was friendly and explained everything clearly to me.

No one greets you, it feels outdated, they havent vacuumed or washed my car yet on oil changes, not sure where my car is when they finish with it (just somewhere in the west parking lot). If I had a choice, Id go somewhere else.
