Our 2019 Audi A4 Allroad received its two year service, including new brake fluid and pollen/smoke filter. Easy to make convenient appointment. Service performed while I walked around the neighborhood. Found new friendly coffee stand and drank it in a nearby nice little park. Got back to office and car was ready in less than 10 minutes: total time about 1-1/2 hours. Great service and professional people. Great service from everyone! All of the staff was helpful and friendly and the tech who handled the oil change communicated everything he was doing. Its also close to the Audi dealership so they were able to get a new air filter for my car same day. They worked quickly and pricing was comparable to dealer/other shops. Will definitely use Peak Euro again.

I’ve been waiting to write a review to see how the work Peak Euro did is holding up….I had a lot of work done a couple months, and over 1,000 miles, ago on our 2002 Eurovan and couldn’t be happier!! Peak Euro is amazing! My Tiguan needed a new engine and heater core. I want to thank Ryan and Piper at Peak Performance. The radiator blew in my vehicle at the end of the work week. Even though they don’t typically service Infinitis I feel like Piper could hear the desperation in my voice when I made the call to ask for help. They agreed to replace the radiator and I cannot express how thankful I am.Ryan stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process not only by phone but also in sending pictures of the damage to the radiator and the estimate for the work to be done.The work was done by the end of the next business day and I was charged less than the estimate.Ryan even contacted me a few days later to follow up with me and make sure everything was running smoothly on the vehicle.This is the kind of customer service I don’t see very much anymore. Took in my girlfriends 2013 VW Jetta after a check engine light came on! Her car was shaking and not taking gas properly, and the issue was the spark plugs and coils for the engine cylinders. Took the car in on a Wednesday for diagnostic, and was done by Friday! When an issue popped up two weeks later, they diagnosed the problem for free, and did another speedy repair! All around very professional and communicative throughout the process. Prices were totally reasonable and service was awesome; found my new mechanic in town for sure! 👍

Had another positive experience getting my Mercedes car serviced. This place is friendly, does good work and is easy to do business with.

Great mechanics and an honest business. Their shop is clean and organized. My final bill was $30 less than what I was originally quoted. That may not sound like a lot but, I was only quoted $200 for the service, so that is a little bit more that other shops may not have been honest about. They provide an inspection with detailed pictures of potential issues with a recommendation to fix them, without being pushy. I definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced here especially your Audi/Volkswagen. Very friendly and great people. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Peak euro auto got my car in on Monday and had the part ordered Tuesday. Said it might not get there until the following Monday which I said was perfect. Then they surprised me by having it done 5 days early! Before the holidays too! The price was very fair, especially considering it’s an Audi. They called and let me know what was going on every step of the way and gave me a great deal. Thanks guys! Oh I should add that the shop was very clean and professional, and the fella at the front desk was very kind. Most mechanics I’ve been too aren’t as kind as he was!

Peak Euro are a top auto repair shop. They had my Eurovan for several weeks to do a complete overhaul of the transmission, engine, suspension steering and so much more. For the duration of the repair they regularly called me to update me on the status of the work progress and to let me know about potential issues. Their communication is the best Ive had with any car service. When my car was complete, they walked me through the repairs, explaining everything in detail, and then took me on a test drive. Afterwards, they explained the warranty including the fine points. Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with the service and communication from Peak Euro. I would definitely recommend them for any and all auto service work, especially for older VW vans.

My Q7 had a faulty airbag junction; they diagnosed and repaired it both on time, for less $ than the dealership, and with fantastic communication throughout the entire process.They also identified an issue that was under warranty and supplied documentation including pictures.I am a woman who loves cars and I usually get treated rather dismissively by mechanics, this was NOT the case here. I was treated with the same respect and enthusiasm as the person waiting in line behind me.Additionally, they more than complied with all the COVID-19 restrictions/requirements. I understand there is a minimum sanitation requirement; however, my car was given back to me so clean I thought it had been detailed inside even though they only had to work on the drivers side seat!If you are looking for a locally owned business which offers integrity, honesty, timeliness, and quality this is your best choice for Audi and VW repairs!

I’ve been going here for years and have never had a hard time getting in with it without an appointment. The staff always follows up and if very thorough and they are able to work fast and efficiently. Definitely recommend them especially for Volkswagens, I got an oil change from someone else and when I went in the next week for a separate issue they found that there was no filter. Since then it’s been more comforting going to a specialty mechanic so I know they understand the brand and the quirks that come with it. :)

I will take my Audi to Peak any time. My car was done when they promised. They had a great system where I gave them my credit card over the phone, and they left the invoice and keys in the car...all with gloves on. No contact. The front desk was very personable and was able to answer all of my questions. I completely trust them with my car.

I have been going to Peak Transport for the last three years, and I have had nothing but great experiences working with them. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and will never try to up-sell you on any unnecessary fix. Whenever I bring my car into Peak Transport with an issue they quickly diagnose and return with advice on how they would like to fix it. However, they always make it clear that the final decision is mine to make and often propose cheaper solutions if they are present. I have never had a better experience with any other mechanic in Central Oregon. Definetly the go to for any European car needs.

Peak auto is staffed by people who truly love VWs & it shows in their work. I took my vehicle to the dealership after purchasing it for an inspection & oil change, what a disappointment. They were unable to answer some pretty basic questions & spent very little time diagnosising my problems and quoted me outrageous figures. I tried peak out on a whim because they had a coupon for a deal on an oil change. They were able to win my business for life for as long as I drive a VW & live in the bend area from this first interaction, which has lead to several more interactions that have all been fantastic. We recently took my sons car here due to it overheating and breaking down. We had to have it towed here and we were thinking the worst. It turned out just to be the coolant hose came loose and drained all the coolant, a very simple fix. We had just bought the car, 2002 VW Passat, so we had them take a look over to make sure everything was working properly, they found a few things that could be fixed but nothing that had to be done right away, but since the car was there and the price was very reasonable we had everything fixed. The car drives better then before, it actually has some get up and go now. We are so thankful we took it here. Overall, Ryan was awesome, great with his communications and very honest with what needed to be done and the cost(which was very reasonable). My son plans on continuing to go to Peak Euro for future work and maintenance.

Ryan and the crew at Peak are the best! 2003 Ford Escape odo on first visit waaay back when was 175,903 and its now at 417,300. I picked up a 2003 Mini 3 years ago and it now also gets the same super duper service at Peak. Customer service is always top notch, everything explained down to basic understanding and never sold anything not needed. If its my lucky day I might get to see the family too!

They are very flexible and now even offer pick up and delivery service and sanitizing the inside of my car and keys for any concerns over Covid-19 germ spread.
