Easy to get in/out. Climate control is always working (I have stop by several times a week). Very clean.

I started renting from this #cubesmart in 2019 at a rate of $300/month. In 2021 I just received the third notice of rate increase. My new adjusted rate is $400/month. $100 increase in two years is asinine. Buyer beware!Also… friendly, nice staff. Owner is out of Cali and obviously extending Ca pricing to us.

The people there have been real helpful. If I need a unit again, I’ll be back. And it’s always clean.

We have used this CubeSmart location for two years now, starting with 5 units when we moved, and now down to one. The Benbrook CubeSmart is a great air-conditioned facility with an elevator. The staff are friendly, and the facility is well-secured. There is a Goodwill located right next door, which is convenient.

All I can say is the customer service here is phenomenal. There was a slight misunderstanding after speaking to a call center representative, about the 25% off discount. However, Rachel (manager) explained everything thoroughly and pointed everything out on the agreement for more clarification. She is a true gem, and she has a great sense of humor; I hate the fact that she is relocating to another CubeSmart location. Yet Im happy for her at the same time.Amazing job and congratulations Rachel, your going to be awesome at your new location. 😄

Sorry for the 3 star I was not finished when my phone posted. Definitely a 5 star rating. Excellent customer service and the place is so clean. Love how the lights come on automatically as you are walking through the building.

Each and every time I had conversation with the staff either in person or over the phone, they have been extremely helpful. You know when someone is happy to assist you. Also this particular location has always been clean. I will use facility if need again.

Robin is fantastic in assisting with any questions or issues that come up. Shes always been very professional, upfront, and taken care of things immediately. We stayed as longed as we did, with multiple units because of her! The Cubesmart we used was always clean, tidy, no over flow of trash, cart were always available, security- you felt safe enough to grab a few things after dark. If we need storage in the future, we will go find Robin!

It was available when we needed a quick place to store during our move and the staff was very friendly. The location was always clean and had dollies available to transport boxes. If we ever need to store again, we will use this facility once more.

My husband and I arrived at this location on Benbrook Blvd., this morning as our first stop in checking out a storage container prior to our move to Ft. Worth, TX. Renee was right there with the manager, Maggie (? I think was her name) and the office was clean, well-organized and fresh. This facility is very new and clean and the containers are well built. Renee was cheerful, efficient and knew her job A to Z. She was easy to talk to, and Maggie chimed in if we had a question. Maggie was busy at her computer, but ready to help as well. Renee showed us the different containers answered our questions, explained the prices, location of ready to rent containers with knowledge of her inventory, and also was picking up the 1 or 2 tiny amounts of trash if she saw any on the floor as we walked around. Renee gave us an informative and excellent explanation of the process of renting, style of locks and nearby doors for coming in/going out. We decided to look no further and rented today. Ours is a short-term rental, 6+ months possibly as we are selling our home in another city. I felt safe and welcomed with these ladies & this facility. There was no pressure, just terrific customer service. They have very nice, clean bathrooms also which is a huge plus for us when driving in after and hour & 1/2 on the road. . I was so impressed with Renee and Maggie. Our thanks to both of them! To top it all off, amazing....the cost was very affordable. How encouraging in this day and time!

Renee is super to deal with. Their pricing is just as fair as the next. It’s climate controlled. The facility is Super clean. I’ve never had the feeling I wasn’t safe there. This is the second time we’ve rented from there. It’s all automated too lighting wise and cameras. You walk and the lights turn on like magic. Don’t be alarmed when you are standing still and the lights go off. Just make some movement or wave your arms they’ll come right back on.

Trash. Cant ever log in to the website with my credentials, it just sits there, so then I call into the phone payment option and it charges a $3.95 convenience fee. Haha nice con. Who is being inconvenienced there if not the customer? Ridiculous.

Excellent customer service! I reserved a space online after hours, got a phone call promptly the next morning. Signing a lease was a breeze, and had fair prices. Reasonable prices, very clean facility. The perks are nice; climate control, elevators, flatbed carts, and a moving truck.

I began renting with CubeSmart because they had much lower rate than other places. The facility is super clean, very safe and the staff goes above and beyond to need your needs.

This place is AMAZING !! It is so clean you can see this from the onset. Renee was very helpful when we rented the spaces. She showed us around the facility and showed us several units so we could decide which size to rent. Leasing was very fast and easy. I highly recommend this facility for storage rentals and supplies for moving. It made us feel welcome and safe with easy pin code access. We will definitely use them again!!

The staff was amazing. For some crazy reason I thought We could fit a 3 bedroom / 2 garage into a 10x10 unit. After we got half of the house moved in we decided we needed a bigger unit. Within minutes of going to the office they had us in a 10x30 unit! They are extremely helpful when I visit every few months and forget my code.

CubeSmart in Benbrook was wonderful to us! It is clean, safe, affordable and easy to get to from the freeway. Michelle and Dawn were helpful and friendly! Ask about any move-in specials, you can save even more. The fees are reasonable and they explain everything. Awesome place to store all those extra items we feel like we need, but never use. Anyways it gives a place to pretend that were not hoarders, but excellent customer service and you get to use their truck for basically free one time within the first 30 days.

I just leased a space for those extra things that I own that just take up space. Seamless transaction. Megan was detailed in every aspect, super professional, and very helpful. I was in and out and felt great about my lease.

I am moving to the area and needed a storage unit before the home is ready. I found this location on the cubesmarrt web page. Michelle greeted me and was of a great help, was able to reserve a large unit. She clearly explained the rates, procedures. I was so relieved I was able to find a large unit.When I realized I needed more space, I went back and Rene and Michelle helped me resolve that by finding another smaller unit. Both of them were great. I give them two thumbs up!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt have said that several days ago because 2 years ago I rented from this facility with no problems and I was a satisfied customer. Thus the reason I chose this place again when I needed their services. Ask me today, however , and you will get the total opposite answer from me. I rented a unit the other day, and I will say they made it as easy as possible due to social distancing and covid19 , on the other hand, I am not the professional in this field and not knowing exactly what size unit I needed, I reserved thewrong size, and figured it wouldnt be a problem upgrading the next day. Boy was I ever wrong. The next day I had to call 3 different times and email before I was even acknowledged and almost 4 hours later was emailed back with the answer of no problem Ill get right on it. So when I showed up in person I was charged 3 times the amount I had paid just 12 hours prior and was informed I no longer qualified for the web special i originally received. The reason was because I was no longer a new customer. No longer a new customer? For Gods sake it wasnt even 24 hours prior that I had became a new customer. The lady added , well I gave you a 15% discount. I was astonished that she acted like I was in the wrong to even think I was going to receive the first month free . Well 99% of storage facilities offer the first month for free. She treated me as if I was a nuisance , I assumed because I had created more work for her on an already busy day since it was the holiday weekend. I even called the customer service number and was told that indeed I no longer qualified foe the 1st month free promotion because I was no longer a new customer so obviously this company has this as a policy , probably because im not the first person that this has happened to. I dont know about everyone else, but for me, it made me feel like i, as a customer, was not appreciated. Im a real big stickler on customer service, and if a business is going to keep receiving my money, I best better be appreciated. What ever happened to the customer is always right? And going out of your way to make the customer happy? Isnt that what makes a return customer? As well as the referrals a customer can provide to a business? I just think in todays society and our economy along with our unforseen future, turning down any amount of business is crucial to the well being of that business. Thank God there are many other storage companies to choose from because i found a bigger unit for a reasonable price and got 2 months free for doing business with them. I went to All Storage and even the manager there thought it was a bad policy to have in place and she was more than happy to do business with me. So in the future I will never use cube smart again nor will I recommend to anyone to do business with them.

So happy we went with Benbrook CubeSmart! The reviews I read online helped me decide, and they were dead on. The manger, Michelle, is very helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and easy to access. Some other pluses that made my move so great: was able to reserve and use their own moving truck (so awesome), many rolling carts at the facility which helped unloading the truck and packing the space a breeze, nice temperature inside and fairly priced last minute supplies (boxes, packing tape, etc.). I have had my storage unit here for over a year now and Renee and Maggie have went above and beyond to assist with deliveries that are delivered to my storage unit...I could not have asked for a better experience with them and CubeSmart....Highly recommend the Benbrook location due to Renee and Maggie!!

Reasonable prices. Very clean business. Only thing might be is more moving carts on each floor. Access hours may be a problem for people who work longer hours than they are there.

We chose the CubeSmart in Benbrook because it is a relatively new facility that was very clean, all indoors, and climate controlled. I frequented our unit relatively often as we prepared for a move, and the temperature was always kept comfortable, which was important because I didnt want my familys important possessions freezing or baking in heat like they would in outdoor storage. Being all indoors, nothing got dusty or dirty either, which was another important reason for choosing this kind of storage. The interactions with staff were always pleasant, and Reneé especially went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a special request. I would absolutely trust them again to keep my possessions safe, and recommend them to anybody with storage needs

Went to the front desk to report theft, but she just told me to go to the police, who no doubt, have better things to do then sift through a months worth of video footage that the company will probably never check. 0 stars. Ive checked into several storage facilities since my mother passed away so I could take my time going through her belongings. CubeSmart by far was one of the best places I visited. The customer service is top notch! I happened to work with Michelle when setting up my lease. She was so kind & compassionate about my situation. She was patient when I could decide on what size unit I needed.The facility itself is new, clean & very accessible. I started with a 2nd floor unit. They have a decent elevator & dollys you can use. The climate control is really what sold me, being in the old Albertsons, I knew my things would be secure & within a reasonable temp.Thanks CubeSmart, glad you came to Benbrook!
