Always helpful staff. I always find something new that I didn’t know I neede when I go.

We stop here often for supplies. The staff is always super friendly and TSC constantly has a good selection at reasonable prices.

We are on our way .This place here in Benbrook offer a propane refill. Save us from freezing 🥶 and time. Able to go home early.

I gave this place 5 stars because the employees were so kind! I wanted to purchase an item that was an online only item and unfortunately there computers are not set up to order in store an online item. I did not really like that this company does delivery with an outside company but the employees were knowledgeable and kind! I left disappointed but with out an hurt feelings towards the employees or the store. Great customer service at the Benbrook location!!

Great employees. I called to check on a dog house we had been looking for. The store didnt have any in stock for several weeks so we were calling every so often. When the employee let me know it was in stock I asked him if he could save it for me and put my name on it since it was the only one they had left. When I arrived to pick it up they had the item waiting for me and assisted me with loading it. Definitely great service.

I dont understand how you only have one person to fill a propane tank Ive been yall store the last 4 days in a row and Ive been told nobodys there ,the first time it was 8:30 or the second time was 10 the third time was 10:30 and now today youre telling me nobody will be there to fill a propane tank until 11 what gives train someone

Only sold compressed, certified bales of hay. Would be nice if you offered regular bales from a local provider. Young man at the register told me you didnt sell any hay, just straw he could use a tad more education on the products offered.

Clean organized good quality parts and accessories that you cant find in a regular store. Several items were on sale before the Labor Day Holiday.

Always friendly and helpfull. Great customer service and product selection from fencing in your land to feeding your cat. Dog Friendly as long he is on a leash and vaccinated and if not you can pick one up or attend a low cost vaccine clinic.

I know I probably drive the sales people up the wall but this is my favorite place to window shop. I can spend 8 hours here, just walking around looking. I usually end up buying 2 or 3 items whether a needed it or not, just because I love this store and the people here are the best.

Great prices! We havent been to TSC in years. We will be back. Their prices on pet food were much better than we get at the pet store.

They pretty much carry just about everything to fix your tractor or your farming needs. Always helpful to answer any of your questions.

Better prices on chicken food. Poor service when it comes to getting it loaded. When I was pregnant a few months back.... I had to demand help.

Stopped at location in Benbrook, Texas to fill propane bottle on one of the coldest days of the winter. Was informed that they only had one individual that was certified to do that and he had gone home for the day.....REALLY TRACTOR SUPPLY???!!!!! Do not offer the product and service if you cant provide it during your hours of operation. On one of the coldest days of the year???? Talk about PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING!! Tractor Supply....you can kick rocks!!!

I live on 2 1/2 acres outside city limits, somewhat country. Tractor supply has everything that I need to take care of my place. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful.

Id much rather shop here than the big chain hardware stores, if its something Tractor Supply carries, which is a lot really. Good selection of basic tools, hardware, plumbing and electrical. Of course, a huge selection for trucks and tractors, pets and livestock and metal fencing. Clothes and boots too. Always very friendly and helpful.

They almost always have what Im looking for. Yes they are a bit higher on certain things but its local to where I live. Plus propane is $2.49 per gallon

Went there to buy a basin wrench. Nobody (employee) knew what a basin wrench was! I show a teen age male a picture of this wrench. He has no idea what this is. He then takes me over to the tools. Pipe wrenches only. Again I wasted my time by going to Tractor Supply Co.

No one helps you. They walk by you like your invisible. And it wasnt even busy, and it was 4 employees. I finally had to walk up to someone at the register.

Good variety of supplies if you do farming, ranching, or need equipment, wielders,tools, feed, fencing, Animal vaccines, and occasionally, Vet services, but call before you go.

Twice in 2 weeks I have purchased products from TSC and had to return to the store because of missing parts or issues with the product....... I have shopped TSC for 15 years but Im starting to think that I need to find another company..........on a positive note the staff is always accommodating to resolve the problem.........

Company is good but the customer service at this location has gone way down hill.

They tried to rip me off after driving 45 minutes to there store and calling first to make sure the item was in stock. Upon arriving found out that it was being used in the store and had been used for the last year and half. When asked how much they are charging for used item the cashier said it was 699 when they sell for 619. Use caution when shopping at the Benbrook location

Damn bolt selection is BS, how do you skip 9/16 when its a popular size!!!

Best place for pet supplies that I know of.

Had what I was looking for, @ a good price.

Understaffed and had to figure out my needs for fencing project, however the two young men helped best they could and were respectful.

I shop at Tractor Supply 1 or 2 times a month for my chickens feed essentials. I only wish they had a wider variety of essentials. Like dried peas, kelp and fish meal.
