We were looking to buy a ring, and we waited patiently for one of the 4 employees in the store to help us as they were working with other customers, they saw us waiting but as soon as they finished with the other customers they went to the back, and they didnt help us so we left the store and we wont be back. We can spend our money elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

The store manager from this store is a very good person she makes sure everyone that comes to her store is satisfied and very friendly..

I took a 2017 dell laptop into cash america to sell it. It was brand new just came out of the box and all they wanted to give me was $50 and I just paid $895 for this dell laptop so I recommend not to take anything to them and their customer service sucks

Took in this Nikon Coolpix B500 camera and the employee didnt even take time to look at it and said my camera is fake just because the Nikon logo on the front is glossy. Newsflash, the Nikon Coolpix series has glossy logos. He then proceeded to show me his selection of DLSR logos and tried to compare it to my point and shoot logo. Unprofessional. Mind you, I bought this camera from Best Buy. So how is it fake.

They price everything way over retail. They have a Ruger LCP which retails for $329 marked at $399 and when I inquired about it, they said yeah it retails for $329 so the best we can do is $300 + taxWhen I told him it was a rip off and they wouldnt move it, he just shrugged and put it back up for $399They are hoping to pray on people who do not know they are getting ripped off.
