Today I went in to grab some gas and some items. The lady who is replacing Pat has been extremely nice to me until today. When I went to pay for my gas the employee confused what I asked for. I was very clear with my requests and even offered to tell her again incase she needed the help. When I came inside to show the mistake she made after clearly saying what I wanted. She told me it couldn’t be return led because I opened the package. It was her mistake. She saw the 1.8ml in size and assumed that was what I was asking for. She clearly doesn’t have customer service skills and when she makes a mistake she will tell you she cannot return anything and you’re stuck with your purchase unless it’s exact same. Only reason I opened it is because I made the mistake trusting she knew what she was doing. I would have completely understood the stores policy but she is the one who made the mistake. Then she takes it a step further with being very passive aggressive with her answers and gave the worst attitude with me even remaining calm and nice with my tone of voice. I would give zero stars if I could. If this stores owner wants to replace the best employee in town(Pat) with this lady? I will never be back ever again. They’re already known the the highest gas prices in town. Let’s all be real here. They kept their prices just higher than anyone else, because they have the contract with the City and this is where the city gets their gas from. Unreal experience today. She makes time to argue with her customers, but yet their trash was full giving indication she doesn’t care for her shop when she’s on the clock. When this new employee was done with me giving me attitude all the way out the door. She goes and sits at the table with her friends and doesn’t care for the store. This picture is clear evidence to her lack of work ethic. I would have understood the trash and not up keeping the store if they were busy. I and one other man(friend sitting at table) is all that was there. With having a National shortage of employees post Covid, I am shocked she thought her behavior was appropriate. I am a Pastor, I don’t write much reviews. This is honest feedback from my experience today with zero exaggerations. I will be back. She needs to know this review was written. I welcome the store owner to reach out to me about my experience today. Please reach out to me, I would like to talk about her behavior with a decision maker.Unacceptable period. My boyfriend and I live a few minutes away and as often as we stop we feel like family just from how friendly and thoughtful the entire staff is, thank you all for everything and your great personalities.

Pat runs this place and is a great guy. The prices here are competitive, and the customer service is top notch. Its why I keep going back.
