Ive worked with Steven Mendez at GNS for a few years now. I use GNS Primarily to handle various licenses that I need for Trend and Microsoft and other miscellaneous purchases as they come up. For those of you that have to deal with licenses and renewals, you probably know its one of the least favorite things to deal with. Ive been in IT for many years now, and its hard to find a reliable vendor that is quick to respond, quick to follow up if there are issues, and always pleasant to work with when I am on the phone with them. When my renewals come up each year, I never even shop around for a better price because (a) I know I already have a competitive price with GNS, and (b) the service I get from GNS is awesome, so I have no reason to leave them. I dont normally take time to leave reviews (because everyone asks for them lol), but I felt it was worthwhile to spend a few moments and pass along my experience with GNS.

We bought Bitdefender with 200 user licenses from these folks 3 years ago and have been very pleased. Will be renewing with them this year.
I purchased Webroot through this company. They happily took my money but offered zero assistance in installing the software they sold me. They did offer to sell me assistance in installing their product. I spoke with their customer service department who hung up on me mid conversation. As a business owner I would not suggest using this company.
