The store is filthy. It looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Understaffed. The wee short guy behind the pharmacy counter is very very rude and patronizing. I am leaving and taking my business & prescriptions to Iverson’s

I would like to start off by saying it is often a hassle filling prescriptions here, but it is not the employees fault. They are simply short staffed. Every time I come in, the workers are being verbally abused by customers for not being quick enough. Every CVS pharmacy employee I have talked to has been so kind and handled themselves with grace. I applaud them for working in such stressful conditions.

I hate to post negative reviews, but this store is close to losing me as a customer. It’s not the fault of the people working there; they’re overtaxed. It’s either a management or a corporate problem. The staff isn’t sufficient to handle the customers they have, and it reflects badly on the store. I fear that this place may fail, unless they figure out their problems, and take steps to solve them. My wife and I have been CVS customers for years. We used a store in north Fargo that was great. Unfortunately, this store is about the polar opposite of that location. I sure hope they get things figured out, or this place will close.

0 Stars if I could....Pulled up to drive-through and woman sat and ate her meal and watched me ring the bell and grabbed the speaker microphone and turned it off because she was on lunch break.. had to sit there for over 20 plus minutes. After covid test she walked away and never came back so i could ask a question about results. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS... AVOID at all cost.... spend your money elsewhere...

Management should be fired at this branch. Having people waiting in line for hours just to get their meds started because they will not answer the phone. Then have to wait hours just for them to do the refill. Elderly forced to stand and wait. Ive moved my business elsewhere. Cant do business with a pharmacy that wont answer the phone or update website status so you dont have to make multiple trips just to wait in line again.

Honestly, I want apologize to the staff at this store, I may have left left a terrible review out of frustration. But that isnt how I would act in person, so I dont know why I did online. Secondly, I want to say that if you have a medication you need right away, please go to the store. They do not have the staff to answer phones, or even process RXs the same day that they are sent to them. From what I can tell they are down to two staff (in pharmacy) members and are in desperate need of help. I really hope that they are able to get staff on. The people who are there are overwhelmed and over stressed and are absolutely lovely people, please know that they are doing everything in their power.

Not gonna lie….the phone prescription service is a freaking joke…….literally having me on hold for almost 2 1/2 hours……like there’s no way y’all are that busy….also the automated phone system thing can’t understand a word you say…..such a shame

Scheduled COVID test at 10 am. They said the technician wouldnt be on until after lunch. We came back at 1pm and no one even acknowledged we were at the drive up window. Called the store, used the call button on the drive up. Still nothing. Probably wont come back here for anything again.

They don’t answer their phone! On hold for 15 minutes thought I hit wrong button so redialed On hold for 30 minutes and no one picked up to even say they were busy. Hung up!

If there was 0 stars I would rate it that. Please for the sake of your own sanity, time, and energy just got to a different pharmacy or at least the cvs in target where they actually do their job. As a nurse I know the process of how the medication gets prescribed, sent, possible things that can go wrong with insurance ect., but this place absolutely has no idea what their doing or or maybe no common decency. Every single time, every month I give it another chance (mainly for the convenience of the drive through and hassle of having all scripts transferred) hoping that it would get better and they would get the hang of their jobs if they were new but no. Every time I’ve had to be the one to call providers, insurance, get prior authentications, ect. Things the general public wouldn’t know how to do usually so I can’t even begin to think of how many people have walked out with confusion and no medication they could have possibly really needed because of pharmacy’s pure laziness and lack of staff to preform their job duties. Definitely not worth my time trying to argue with people I basically do their job for but amazingly they get paid for. So please just don’t waste your time it’s really far from worth it. Walgreens, and thrifty white have a drive though too.

Service continues to get worse. Pharmacy will not answer phone, went to store last week, pharmacy said they would mail Rx’s , encountered a group of angry customers all complaining of bad service. Pharmacy told one customer to take business elsewhere. I think the store must be closing or should.

Terrible drive up service, takes forever. They notify you your prescription is ready, then when you arrive its not ready and you have to wait for them to actually get it ready.

Scripts never filled in a timely manner. Example: appointment with specialist who then called in antibiotic prescription. 24 hours later, it was still not ready. Closed drive through window as I was pulling up and required me to park and enter store to learn it was not yet ready. They have to take time to address these needs; therefore, people who have a prescription called in today have to wait until tomorrow. The pharmacy whose customer list was sold to CVS here a few years ago was always prepared with new prescription when you drove directly there from clinic. They were staffed adequately and everyone went out of their way to provide customer service. For the largest pharmacy chain in the US, CVS falls sadly short in their role as part of the health care system. I do not understand how it can maintain its role as a licensed provider pharmacy.

Extremely rude pharmacists. This time after being asked to check for an O meter that was listed in stock online, the pharmacist replied, no, Im not going to do that. Who says that?! As transplant recipient, Ive had to fill many scripts at different places. I choose ANY other pharmacy. I have had nothing but issues filling meds at CVS...

Pharmacy is always late with prescriptions and can never use automated refill because it always is experiencing problems. Ready to switch pharmacies.
